The hotel has a wonderful location: 2min to the Grand Place, 3min to the Central Station. The rooms were old-fashioned, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is very small. And there is no elevator in the hotel, you have to carry your luggage up the narrow stairs. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good, although there is not a big choice, however it is fresh and tasty.

Good location - 2 minutes walk from central station and next to the grand place. Restaurants nearby. Free in room wifi. However, room was NOT as the picture shows. A bit shabby and filthy. Breakfast - way too simple. Just croissant, danish, cornflakes, milk, orange juice and coffee. Good thing is it was free. NO elevator. Need to leave the key to the reception and pick it up just say the room number. Doesn't feel secure.

The Moon Hotel is a basic hotel, in a perfect location in central Brussels. If you want a luxurious place to stay, do not stay here, but common sense says at this sort of price you will be receiving a budget hotel not a high end hotel. Rooms are basic, bed, small wardrobe, shower , toilet and ours had a town square view. Helpful staff and as I said a perfect location, 2 mins walk to the Grande central station and 1 min from the Grande Palais square. The beers are to die for, if you use your nose... Read more

It,s the cheapest and most confortable option to visit Brussels for a few days. Staff are friendly. We could store our luggage last day meanwhile were in a tour. Fantastic bed. Breakfast is served between 7am to 10 pm. Croissants were delicious. We paid 158â?¬ for a double insuite room breakfast included. Grand Place is 50m far. Ideal for a weekend

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Central and close to the attentions. However the wifi was horrible and the staff were not so pleasant. The breakfast buffet consisted of a few slices of cheese, sliced bread, cornflakes and afew croissants. Once the so called breakfast had ended the electricity was turned off so that people would leave the hotel. Horrible.. not value for money at all.

Arrived late in Brussels without a hotel reservation. After asking at a couple hotels, we found the price of this one the most reasonable. The front desk attendant told us that for 90 EUR a night we would get the biggest room in the place (slept three people) and it had a big window and a tv. We paid cash and headed up to the room - we were so disappointed. The room had cracked linoleum floors, two small beds, a window that looked into a brick wall and no tv. We knew that it wasn't worth the pr... Read more

cons: Really a run-down place. Missing such basic things as lobbay and elevator. My room was really worn out and could have been cleaned better. Breakfast... well look at the picture and decide yourself. Difficult to distinguish tea from coffee. pros: great location, nice staff, free (shaky) wifi

I came across this hotel when I was visiting London, and decided to book it base on the location. The room was small with a small shower, but I figured I wouldn't be paying for the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. This hotel was however really close to Grand Place and convenient to walk around. It was also close to Brussels Central (definitely a bonus).

Location is excellent, easy to walk to main square, shops and restaurants /bars. Central railway station 5/10 min walk along with metro stops nearby. Hotel has stairs to climb up to reception on 1st floor. Room OK clean and comfy with no noise. WiFi worked perfectly. Pleasant staff and breakfast was OK. Croissants, jam, drink toast but not self serve.
