This is more of a review of the parking garage (Parking Rogier) that is affiliated with the hotel. I parked my car in their garage overnight and came back to found it had been broken into. My passenger side window was destroyed although nothing was taken ( I left nothing inside). The worst part of it is that I paid 15 euro for the parking before discovering the damage and they have refused to give me a refund. Several cars were broken into overnight as there were piles of glass all over the plac... Read more

Confort is basic but OK, but service at the desk is far from being friendly. Furthermore, even after a month of weekly stays over there, I'm still being asked for my name and ID, to fill forms, which gets very tiresome when you travel a lot. If you book at this hotel bring your own mobile Internet connection, as the one of the hotel is barely useable beyond email and the most basic form of web surfing.

Not what you expect from a Hilton hotel. The beds are soft due to not having a proper mattress. Instead it is a thin 2 inch mattress on a sprung Rican base. Not comfortable at all. The rooms are small and very basic and what you expect in a cheaper been hotel like ibis . Being a Hilton honors good member also didn't matter as no room upgrade as per club benefits and no water. I also had a card in the room with another person's details on to welcome them. Very sadly I will not return here on my ... Read more

I slept there one night. This is the worst Hilton I have ever been. The window of the room they initially gave me could not close, which from the outset should have been a reason not to give that room to anybody at all. In any case, they offered me another room. In both cases, rooms were really small, but this is not what matters now. I found hair in the bed (three: in the pillow and in the matras), the water from the tap was brown, and I could perfectly hear everyone walking in the corridor. Na... Read more

On this trip to Brussels, I stayed one night @ Hilton Brussels Grand Place and one night at Brussels City. Grand Place Excelled... Brussels City Failed. Hilton Brussels City is in desperate need for a renovation; the rooms are old and getting a bit shabby, the beds have wafer-thin mattresses and horrible air-circulation. the rooms are very tiny and if anyone is in the hallway, you will hear every word as if they are in your room. Not conducive to a good night sleep. Breakfast buffet is OK ... Read more

Very good value. Rooms are small, which is inherent to Europe in general. Location is excellent - right in the heart of Brussels. The staff is outstanding and very pleasant - overall would recommend this hotel in general

I was there in Brussels for a business trip and was staying in Hilton and was disappointed with their quality of room and service, Heaters don't work and sometimes it's too hot and sometimes it's doesnt even start, rooms are smaller is size where you can't even move properly. Big disappointment from them specially when you are on your business trip.

Nice location in city center with easy access to attractions by walking or many transportation options (watch for panhandlers). HHonors gold so my breakfast was included but the same every day so to mix it up I order my eggs fresh cooked once in a while. Elevators are old and small and will take you for a ride so be patient (they really need to update these). Drink certs made up a little for no exec lounge but when the Leffe ran out I wasn't happy.

My second visit. A pleasant hotel, the rooms are fairly modern and the hotel is central enough to walk into the centre easily. The bar and breakfast rooms are nice. Breakfast is ?18 if booked the night before. It is plentiful albeit the hot items were lukewarm. The staff were very competent. Rooms are not massive and the radio did not work but it's certainly nice enough for a couple of nights stay.

Located on Rogier Square (which has large scale renovations being done to the paving). The Rogier Metro Station has an entrance on the Square, a few meters walk from the Hotel. (The Metro Station is 1 stop from the Brussels North Train Station). At night, some of the buildings on the Square light up in various colours. It is very photogenic. I took many photos of these. The Hotel its self is good but not exceptional. My room on the 8th floor served my needs. It had a large flat screen te... Read more
