No frills hotel, clean rooms but very very dull lighting with black walls and really spooky feeling overall. Apart from the reception and the bar area downstairs, nothing feels comfortable there. The lack of lights and the black walls kinda make you feel uncomfortable and that's not how you want to feel when you're on a vacation! The window in the room seemed to be so old and when I tried to open it the handle came off. The room pics on their page are far from what their rooms are. The pics obv... Read more

I only stayed for one night, less than half a night actually. I had a 14-hour layover in Brussels so I decided to spend the night at a hotel. Location was good. Itā??s near the shopping district. Too bad, I didnā??t get to enjoy it as the shops were closed early! I got room #1. That was cool. It was weird though that the room had 2 doors. I liked the decor. Itā??s probably not for everybody but I did love it. Itā??s artsy. Probably too dark though sometimes. The staff were very friendly. They di... Read more

I have travelled a lot. I love boutique hotels. Not this time. Elevator plus entire flight of very dark stairs to room. All walls, in staircase and room and ceilings painted black. Poor lighting. You can wash your hands while sitting on the toilet. Shower water goes cold intermittently. No place to unpack. Rod to hang short items only above desk and blocks window light. Need I on? Staff lovely, location ok.

Just back from a 2 night stay at the Zoom Hotel and had a fantastic time! Wonderful reception staff at all times of the day made us feel very welcome to Brussels. Clean, spacious room - only complaint is that the bathrooms could be doing with a few more amenities such as moisturiser or cotton wool buds/pads but no big issue! Segafredo espresso machine was a lovely touch as well as tea and biscuits also. Bed linens were crisp and clean and changed both days - plenty of towels also! Location is... Read more

Good location and price, but I have never before stayed at a hotel where lighting conditions in my room has been an issue. Room was very dark With minimal lighting, causing this to be an issue after dark. I reckon most People would have difficulties Reading a book in these conditions. The hotel has a camera/photograph theme, and the poor lighting conditions is probably because of this. I also asked for a late checkout, but the reception informed me that this would cost an extra ā?¬50 for a coupl... Read more

This hotel had such polarizing reviews that I was still not sure about what to expect until I had actually checked in. Aesthetically speaking, every aspect of this hotel is Instagram perfect. It is new, clean, and beautiful. What you see posted on TA is what you get...and it's even better in person. The front desk service was very nice. He promptly checked me in and asked if I needed any information about the area. My room is an absolute delight. Considering that this is a boutique hotel, ... Read more

This place was absolutely amazing. Incredible value for money, a beautiful photography themed hotel, clean facilities, quiet street, and the most kind and caring staff. It's so close to the shopping district of Brussels and within walking distance of everything worth seeing. Honestly, all of Brussels is in walking distance so nothing is too far. The main Grand Place is about a 25 minute walk but you don't even feel it because the entire route is mesmerizing!

This small Brussels Hotel is ideally placed steps away from Place Stephanie and Avenue Luise. Whether you are in town for business or leisure it offers convenient access to transportation with Metro Luise close by. It is smack in the middle of the city's shopping area with galleries and boutiques in close walking distance. The old town and its tourist destination is less then 15 minutes as is the European quarter of the city with all its institutions. Just down the street you find Place Saint Bo... Read more

In the center of Brussels, fairly priced, well furnished, clean, though lacking parking space for which you will have to pay 20 EU per night appr.. Did not try the breakfast here, had cheaper breakfast in town. A bit noisy.

We can recommended this hotel, very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff where very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was a good size and was very clean. Well located for us. We had a vehicle and there was secured parking for the vehicle across from the hotel, paid extra but reasonable. There are plenty of shops in the vicinity, with a mini market close by. About a 30 minute walk into The Grand Place from Hotel. Nice bar located in the hotel. We can recommend this hotel.
