This is a nice small hotel in such a good location, so near to the centre. We stayed here for a weekend break, travelling by Eurostar. It‚??s not too far from the rail station, and easy to find as in a large street. It is near the main shopping streets, with lots of lovely cafes and reastaurants nearby. The hotel, is basic, but clean, with comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. The towels were small and a bit harsh, and our room had a bit of a whiff, possibly from the shower drain? We di... Hotel Bla Bla is anything but! The hotel is cottage country charm with modern day touch! The wooden arches, the rustic, charming outside, the exceptionally comfortable bed! I found it hard to get out of bed to visit the beautiful city, as it was that comfortable. David was warm and welcoming. He knew the history of the building and was pillar of information for both the hotel and the city. Do I recommend this hotel? Absolutely! But more importantly, I would stay here again should I ever re... Read more

I was in Bruges for less than 24 hours and found Hotel Bla Bla for it's price and location. I was traveling by myself, so room size wasn't a bit deal. The room I was in was small, but worked just fine! The only "issue" was that I could only find one electrical socket by the bed, which meant I had to choose what to plug in (multi-USB charger, lamp, fan..). The walls seemed a bit thin, and the bathroom was a bit smaller (basically had to hug the sink to sit on the toilet), but the bed was comforta... Read more

Came to Bruges for first time in April 2017, and this booked this hotel for my wife and I due to its great location in city center and its nice price. We drove in from Amsterdam and arrived a little late. The manager had left us instructions on getting key and such as desk was not staffed 24/7. There was construction going on in the area so we had a hard time finding the hotel and parked a ways away and walked to hotel, There was a little mix up and we called manager and he was on site a minute ... Though we were a bit nervous at first because of the name, and the walking we did with roller bags on cobble stones, we were pleasantly surprised with the friendly welcoming, personal attention and the clean, no frills room. We were given a room downstairs in the building behind the pleasant courtyard. The only issue was the noise from the room upstairs when the guests early in the morning during the weekend. Floors are not carpeted so noise echos. Overall a good stay at a good price.

Stayed with our kids for 1 night and was a little disappointed. Our room was up 2 flights of winding stairs which isn't ideal for little legs nor terribly safe. Room was fine but very basic as is the place. The whole place is just very dark. Feels like they are trying to save money on lighting. Breakfast was just about as basic as it gets. Location wise it's very good and has a public car park across the road which cost us less than ‚?¨10 overnight. To be fair the place is ok but for the price w... Read more

We stayed at BlaBla in January 2017. The hotel is on Dweersstraat, about 100M from T'Zand and 500M from the Markt square. It's an easy walk (about 15 minutes) from Bruges rail station, and all of old Bruges is easily accessible from it. Our Eurostar train had been severely delayed, so we were more than four hours late. Even so, a call en-route to the hotel made sure that everything was ready for us (the reception isn't staffed after 18:00). We had clear instructions on how to get in and how... Read more

Bruges is a must-see city in Belgium and staying at the Bla Bla made it even better. Just out of the city center, walkable to the main attractions but the street was pretty quiet at night. Nicely-decorated common areas (reception, breakfast room), and the room was simple, white, and clean. There was some mold and dust in the bathroom, and the drainage for the sink and shower were bad which could be fixed with some draino. Huge spread for breakfast in a lovely breakfast room decorated for Xmas. F... Read more

This is an amazing little hotel. So well positioned, friendly clean and great value for money. We stayed for 2 nights and had an excellent time, and if that wasn't enough, it's only positioned next door to one of the best restaurants in Bruges. We will certainly be going back, if you're planning to visit Bruges please stay here.

We decided to book this hotel due to its proximity to the central Markt square and the fact that it had an underground car park directly opposite. The rooms were clean and airy - we had a family room at the top of the building and other than some occasional outside noise, it was very peaceful. David and is team were very helpful and pointed out local sites and most importantly a nearby park for our 3 children to run off some of their energy. Breakfast options were good and there was something ... Read more
