Donâ??t do it! Not good value. For price expensive.Dirty, broken bathroom door knob, ceiling vent ready to fall off. Room not swept when it really needed it. Slow lifts and have to switch and take different lift. Continental Breakfast not included but you donâ??t know this until youâ??ve already started eating. Only thing it has is location.

Great location right on Bourke St Mall. Room was pretty small but clean and functional and bathroom was big enough. Very competitive pricing and you even get a nice continental breakfast and coffee to kick off the day.

The room was small but it was only a short business trip so i didnt mind so much. The bed and pillow were comfier than normal business style hotels in my opinions. The room had the basic amenities but if you are staying for a longer period of time you would feel quite claustrophobic in the room. The inclusion of breakfast is a definate plus for more than business travellers. It is simple fair but the have Sultana Bran so im a happy chappy! All in all i would recommend staying here but not for ... Read more

Excellent location; older but still reasonable facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, as expected, bathroom rather outdated but clean and in good condition apart from a broken/ removed hair dryer. My shower temperature kept randomly changing one morning but was fine the next two. Can be a little noisy - both noise from outside and from people in the corridor, especially as my room was near the lift. Overall was good for a short trip and I would stay there again.

Hotel right in the heart of city. Close to Flinders st station. Room was clean, comfy bed. If your looking for some were to sleep and being out most of time this would be ok. Is a little out dated but fine

Stayed here once again mainly due to location, cleanliness and quietness. We had a few minor issues with our first room and when i bought this to the attention of the gentleman at reception we were quickly moved to another room. The way they dealt with this was very professional and not a problem at all. Every time after our move when we walked past reception they always asked if everything was now ok. If your looking for a great cbd location i recommend you book here.

Felt more like a room we'd stayed in visiting Tokyo, very small. However it's all about location and budget. It was clean, quiet and breakfast was ok. Walking out the front door into a laneway and 30 steps later you're opposite Myer in the Bourke St Mall.

Our room was soooo small...a long very skinny room...more like a corridor..the room was clean but the bathroom was in a very poor state....mould everywhere and dirty toilet. Above our room was the housekeeping room which was so noisy all night. If you are given room 606 ask for another room. While cheap, really needs an upgrade.

Our room was small but very definitely adequate. It was impeccably clean with lovely clean linen and towels. It appeared to have been recently painted. We were worried being so close to the busy tram lines of Bourke St it might be noisy but it was very, very quiet. The only minor issue which have rated it top marks would be if the grout around the shower is replaced. It appears the mound has grown into and behind it, it has been cleaned but not removed. Very Minor issue though. Position is wonde... Read more
