There was a consensus among all my family members from 84yrs to 17yrs that our stay at the hotel was a Very pleasant one ! We were a family of 7. The hotel accomodated my 3 daughters with 3 beds in one big room. All other rooms have a comfortable size. Staff members are top notch. Serviced by Edgardo (who can answer all your questions in details ) the breakfast can be taken in the open area terrace with an exquisite freshly squeezed orange juice, media lunas, sunny side up eggs ... Magnolia is a lovely special little boutique hotel in Palermo, a most lively and interesting part of Buenos Aires. From an excellent breakfast to the care and consideration of the exceptional staff and the comfort and cleanliness of this historic house, complete with a gorgeous roof terrace, I cannot recommend it enough. I was sick with flu while I was there and Eduardo couldnâ??t have been kinder.

We stayed at the Magnolia about three years and really enjoyed it. We liked our trip to Argentina so much that we decided to return this Christmas. We decided to stay at the Magnolia again for the great rooms, wonderful service and staff and the location. We were again, extremely satisfied with everything about the hotel. One of the experiences we enjoyed the most was going up to the roof and watching the sunset. Looking forward to staying there again.

We recently traveled from Minnesota to Buenos Aires to spend a few days before traveling on to Patagonia. We found out about the Magnolia Boutique Hotel in the Lonely Planet Travel Guide to Buenos Aires. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed and made to feel at home by the friendly and very helpful staff at Magnolia Hotel. Edgardo helped us with an orientation to the area and was so helpful in recommending places to dine and helping with reservations. The other incredibly h... Read more

The Magnolia was a wonderful base in Buenos Aires for our 9-night stay. A few of the highlights? Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Beautiful main floor room with patio. Exquisite breakfasts. Lovely rooftop patio. The Magnolia is on a quiet street but close to all the action in Palermo Soho. We would definitely return.

We stayed a total of six nights at the Magnolia, as we came and went on out-of-town excursions; each time we returned, we were greeted with "Welcome Home!" We had an opportunity to stay in four different rooms, and all were beautiful and restful. Our greatest joy was becoming acquainted with this exceptional staff: Maria who is the proprietor, Alex, Edgardo, Michelle and Francisco. Each person was intent on providing the best possible service, whether arranging for a remise to take us to the ... Read more
