Begin your adventure aboard your colorful two-person easy to paddle, sit-on-top kayak, and begin your adventure to the Historic Hassel Island, part of Virgin Islands National Park! A ten-minute paddle brings you to the Creque Marine Railway, the world's oldest surviving marine rail & slipway. It is currently undergoing a million dollar face lift renovation and offers many interpretive signs with historic photos, illustrations and information. Learn about the history and significance of this unique historical site from your Professional Guide.
Next, your guide will show you other historical sites before paddling over to a protected cove inside the National Park. There you will be able to relax in the shade, cool off with a swim at the beach or snorkel over a beautiful coral reef. Your guide will snorkel with you and identify and explain to you about the colorful marine wildlife. End you historical nature adventure with a relaxing paddle back to the marina!
