This hotel really has everything you need for a visit to HCMC. It is very centrally located -- it's not too hard to walk to the Reunification Palace and other key sights, not to mention the market and dozens of restaurants. However it was harder to find a decent bar, and the one in the hotel appeared closed. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was not as varied as you often get in Vietnam, and the staff seemed a little overwhelm... Read more

This is a top class *** star hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are average is size the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with lot and lots of hot water and large very thirsty towels. The breakfast is immense with both local and western foods. I strongly advise to start your breakfast with a pho every morning. It is one of the best in Ho Chi Minh City. This is really a **** star hotel.

Our room had a jacuzzi that couldn't be used and the shower which was over the jacuzzi. Getting in was ok but getting out was not. We are older and at an age where it is important to be careful on wet and slippery floors. The shower only came up to shoulder height (and we are short). Also the hot tap was for the cold water taps were reversed. and the cold was the hot tap. Forgive us for not realising blue would mean hot and red would mean cold! We do it the other way around at home. Also when th... Read more

This little hotel was close to the market and places to eat. The hotel itself is a bit tired but the service was very good and the room clean. There were some water stains on the wall out side the bathroom. We had a view of the school next dòor but some rooms have no windows. The air-conditioner was off in the dining room in the evening but we enjoyed eating on the balcony outside. The food on the menu was a bit basic. The street it is in is a bit rough but we still felt safe and had a good tim... Read more

Room very quiet and shower had good water pressure. The temperature excellent once we figured out the settings. Breakfast good with enough choices. Very central to market and river. Our room had no window which we knew about but our big problems were after a day out in 30+ temperatures we came back to just as hot rooms which took a while to cool.plus when the door key card was removed the fridge turned off. Some staff behind the desk were helpful others appeared non committal. The foyer had a b... Read more

This was the second and third time at the property. Booked a suite for March first. Just before arrival I was informed that they had some kind of water damage and was sent to another property. Nothing fancy. On the second day I was invited back as the water damage was corrected. Check in was efficient and welcoming. The room, not so much. The suite was just a slightly larger room with two beds...nothing like the pictures. Breakfast was still as I remembered it.Great. One of the best breakfasts i... Read more

I'm blaming the misses for this one as I didn't like it from the start and I was right. The hotel is very dirty and unhygienic, the staff are not exactly the friendliest and the room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was mold on the wall, black marks all over the bed and to top it off BED BUGS, yup the misses woke up with loads of Bites all over her legs and on further inspection of the bed they were loads of them. Avoid this this, there are better place to stay for less... Read more

Very average and didn't really want to use the bath but it was ok I guess. Breakfast was bright and sunny and ok. Not in the nicest area to be staying but very enlightening and the wee shop next door was very useful. I am a lady of a certain age and perhaps am a little fussier than some. Would generally have preferred to be in District 1. Don't know the actual cost so it may well be good value for money so don't rule out if on a tight budget.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and during that time we were impressed with the overall high standards achieved by the hotel. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all the tourist locations and local markets. Excellent breakfast with many choices made a good start to our day. We will certainly stay at this Signature Saigon Hotel again next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is located very close to the local market, but you can walk to the main important places in the city. The room was big, as well as the bathroom (which had a bathtub, but the shower didn't work properly). The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options and offering different things everyday.

My family 11 of us stayed at the hotel and found it comfortable and convenient to get around the city and tourist sights. Near to many good restaurants found on trip advisor. The breakfasts were good and staff very accommodating and efficient ab No friendly. Close to market.

The Signature Hotel is completely adequate and there was nothing at fault but it did not represent good value for money when I returned later to Saigon and chose a much cheaper hotel. The room is quite basic for the money and so you can get a similar room without breakfast nearer to the busy area, for much less. Try the alleyway at 283 Phan Ngu Lao for many options. Signature Hotel Location is fine, in a relatively quiet area but still close enough to the popular areas. The staff were efficie... Read more

Nice timber features & a good size. Only down side was that the water all over the floor after showering. Bit of a pain. Staff were very helpful with great tips for where to visit. Great view from the roof top, lights if the city at night awesome.

The location is good. The room is clean. The front desk staffs & bellboys are very friendly and helpful. But not a lady staff at the 10th floor restaurant. She made me a little disappointment when I dropped some food on the floor accidentally, and she stared angrily at me. That was only one appointment for me about this hotel. Others were good.

Currently On our 2nd night out of 3. For the 2nd time in a row - we can't get to sleep because the room next door is listening to their tv at a loud volume. The walls are super thin. When you walk past people's rooms you can hear their conversation! The breakfast is average compared to our other 2 accommodations in Vietnam. There appears to be a big selection of food - but it is cold and not fresh. The laundry is CRAZY expensive - we had 3 kg's of washing and they wanted $40 AU for it. Go find... Read more

Great location. 5-10 min walk to night market. Road crossings easy when you get your head round it! Breakfast lovely. Good choice for healthy/hot/ cold food. Very clean but shower over bath made for locals not 6 foot teenage girls! Staff helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the Signature Inn Saigon for 6 nights in early June 2016. It was a clean and tidy hotel. The staff were extremely lovely however they all seemed to struggle with English (which is fine as we were in Vietnam!) This made communication and having some of our needs met interesting ie booking day trips. The rooms were nice and comfortable with good air con. The proximity to attractions like the markets etc was great not so great was the eateries in the area so we went to the resturan... Read more

This was a great experience, we had three nights in Saigon and loved it. The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. The Ben Thanh markets, Saigon square and the street food market were all within 5 minutes walk. They provided a lovely breakfast and some good tips for getting around.

Our family of 4 stayed here for a couple of nights recently. This is a budget style hotel so you should expect the accommodation to be reasonably basic but nevertheless comfortable and clean. It is located in a noisy part of town and the walls are thin so you will hear street sounds as well the guests in neighbouring rooms. Location is close to several good restaurants, if you are brave enough to cross the very chaotic roads in the city! Breakfast was included in our package, we found it a bit ... Read more

The staff was quite friendly, the bathroom was slightly dated and we only had one small window in our room, but overall the room was decent. The breakfast was ok, not too amazing. And the location was a strong point. This is a good option if you're on a medium range budget but still want a clean and decent hotel.

Not the cleanest of hotels the beds are like rock and the room Felt damp all the time. Bedding was not the most hygienic we felt icky sleeping in the beds. Breakfast hey food is food if your hungry lolz not flash but nice all the same. We stayed here on a 2 day trip to Ho Chi Minh City with our teenage son. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and centrally placed for sightseeing and restaurants but that's about it. The breakfasts are not very good at all and if you do stay I'd recommend that you go out. The decor is modern but a little tired and stark. Our TV didn't work very well and had to be fixed twice. My biggest bugbear was the bathroom. The shower was above a whirlpool bath which didn't work and should be replace... Read more

This hotel located within walking distance to many of the main eating and shopping areas. You can also get to many of the key historic buildings are also easily accessible. Good couple of eatimg pleaces across the road too. This place was relatively clean but an unusual smell in the foyer meant we rushed to the elevator every time and didn't hang about. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Stayed at this hotel as it was booked as part of a tour. On entering the hotel there is a bad smell in the foyer. Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Beware this hotel's rooms are not what they look like on the website. Superior rooms are very small and do not have windows and overall not the cleanest hotel. Shower was very hard to regulate and went from cold to scalding hot. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good and would recommend eating out rather than the hotel... Read more
