Noisy coz its around the central area, nevertheless if you want to roam around the city this area is good for you. Accessible to arms and there's quite a few bars and restaurant you can actually visit

Basic small no wifi really...little bit of ghetto feel...unfriendly front desk girl...not a place I am going back to. Has potential but seems apathetic in so many ways...bad info on buses to Mui Ne...wrong times posted for bus departure and they knew it but kept the posting up anyway..

My boyfriend and I ended our 3 week holiday in Vietnam at this hotel. It was more expensive than the other hotels we had stayed in, and the worst experience. Location was ok, but the room itself was very old, dirty, hot (air con was poor). We had the fan on but it was very noisy and as it is close to a nightclub it's very loud throughout the night. hot, noisy stay. Would not stay here again. Much better (and cheaper) hotels throughout Ho Chi Minh with better service too.

I have done much budget traveling and have reasonable expectations for what I pay for, ie clean even if amenities were basic. I came to this hotel based on its 4/5 rating from TripAdvisor reviewers and now wonder how much of them are fake reviews. Upon check-in, the unprofessional front desk clerk immediately demanded full payment. Since credit cards were accepted, I told her that I wanted charges to be made in US$ which was what I was coached by my credit card company so that I would not be s... Read more

A language problem is to be expected when travelling abroad but in HCMC I was led to believe that English was fairly common. Problems with the room from the start could/should have been resolved quickly but with the language difficulty they took longer than should have been the case. We were ón notice' from arrival with a fellow guest complaining that his clothes had come back wet from the laundry. We were asked to pay for the room (2 nights) when checking in as we weren't prepared to leave ... Read more

When travelling abroad to developing nations, great showers are a commodity. The shower in my room was great. The room itself was very large, larger than any of the other hotels I've stayed in throughout Vietnam. However, the WIFI was a bit sketchy and the T.V. didn't work. My room was slightly more expensive than other rooms I've stayed in in this country so I'd expect those amenities to work properly. The GREAT SHOWER made up for it, though. The staff members were great. Ms. Rose, especially,... Read more

The staff were all helpful, the main english speaking lady was really helpful and organised any tours or taxi we needed. They even helped us book a trip to Hue and Hoi An and prepared everything we need for that trip: The transportation, the hotel and all. You can make toast yourself and have them with butter. The room was a bit noisy at night due to the hotel being located on a busy street. Perfect location for cafes, bars and tailors as well as the main market. I spent a week at this hotel. T... Room was clean but decor is very run down. Staff tried to be helpful but appear to need further training as they are quite disorganised and didn't seem to know where things were and didn't have much information about trips in and around HCMC. Breakfast was very poor. Disappointing I'm afraid.

The room have window and good condition. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here if you want to stay right central of saigon. Close to Ben Thanh markets and many restaurants with good, cheap food closely. Ben Thanth market was a 10-15 minutes walk but it was fine to me as I get to surround myself with the locals. Location is great and the breakfast is good to start the day. I would definitely go back here.

The hotel is located in the heart of hcmc, down an Alleyway that seems to house every bar/club in Vietnam... The hotel itself is pleasant cleanish although random bits of rooms such as mattresses are propped up against various walls. My room on the second floor was clean with an abundance of nicesaitys. Fridge , T.v, wardrobe, desk, hairdryer, kettle , tea and a desk. Shower and bathroom clean same as the double bed. Reception staff were nice. Shop two doors down for tea , coffee and water. Down... Hotel continues to be well maintained. Buffer breakfast no longer provided, new reception staff not as obliging as before, coffee sachets no longer provided in the room. Except for the mentioned omissions, it continues as one of the better hotels in the area.

Really central, nice staff, rooms clean, breakfast is average...if u want to explore saigon its a really good place to start! The nightclubs around can be heard so if you want to recover its probably to noisy but then u in the wrong district anyways
