The amenities was good, location is great and the room was clean, but the bath towels looked as they were the same towels when the building was built. Meaning they were washed so much the color was a white gray and well worn. You need the room key leaving your room to use the elevator to exit. The problem is if there was a fire, you would be trapped. The staff was helpful and kind. Find a way to exit without using a room key because if there is a fire you don't have time for keys, and Replac... Read more

Very pricey place for what your getting it does have nice facilities like sauna little and gym and pool but the staff were rude and was not a taste of Vietnam in any way. We then went to Ngoc Minh which was great.

We booked this for our first 3 nights of our trip to Vietnam as it was mentioned in lonely planet. Good price, clean room and the main reason we choose it for - location. It was a great location for us to walk around the city and get used to all the sights and smells of Saigon. All the major touristy stuff is within 20mins walk of the hotel. Being in a side street the traffic noise was greatly reduced. Great hotel to start our trip. The roof top pool (while a little run down) has a great view.

Hotel facilities are fine but i booked a room with a panoramic view but i got a romm om the lower floor were you can't look out of the windows due to the fact that other buildings are in the near. Breakfast is ok and the staff is very friendly.

You would never expect such nice hotel . The staff is very friendly and eager to please. It is a new hotel and everything was just perfect. We stayed on the 3th floor and had a nice view of the area. The breakfast had a large variety of fruits and pastries not to mention the made to order omelets. Aside from that we were very satisified. We'll definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any of our friends!

Hotel is located right in District 1 within walking distance to Vincom Shopping Mall. For foodies, this is a great location as it is nearby to Thai Van Lung Street which houses many Japanese and Korean restaurants as well as an Irish pub (Dublin Gate). For the uninitiated, Thi Sach Street is considered to be more quiet than other hotels located on the main roads. Good service from the staff, a rooftop pool to unwind at and clean room with a decent and clean washroom with a bathtub. Great d... Read more

Stayed in May hotel on early September this year and the receptionists were very unfriendly. Tried to communicate with them but they just keep silent all the time and feel like I was talking to robots. Staffs did not help us to carry our luggages.

Nice room. Clean. Lots of storage. Good view. Shower had an actual tub. Breakfast had extensive selection with food that was fresh. Cups to for take away coffee. Big plus. Excellent location in Dong Khoi area of town. Central location. Able to walk pretty much anywhere. Staff friendly and able to help us arrange tunnels tour. Perfectly safe for 2 females. HUGE compliment to the night crew of the front desk - we went to unpack only to find TSA had damaged the lock on my BFF's luggage. We were de... Read more

I stayed there for 3 separate occasions and the location is convenient for restaurants if you are NOT looking for Vietnamese cuisine. Restaurants near by are mainly non-Vietnamese. There is a semi-outdoor BBQ place around the corner if you like grilled food and beer. (food can be grilled in the kitchen or on a "hibachi" at your table. Then, there are the Pizza place, Korean BBQ, more Japanese restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, etc. just a few blocks radius. Depending on how fast you... Read more

The May hotel is a nice place to stay in central HCMC. The Deluxe room we had was clean and had enough space to store two adults, two big suitcases and all the gear you need when discovering Vietnam. Especially what I appreciated was the fact that we had walk in shower and no bath (which I never use). The bathroom was ok not really spacey. HCMC is filling in every space they have and erecting huge buildings everywhere. Also at the back of the hotel construction activities took place which contin... Read more
