My wife and I visited as part of a 15-day packaged tour of Vietnam and Cambodia, so I can't identify the unit price of this hotel. Centrallty located, it presented well initially, but the allocated room fell far short: aircon not functional, windowless rroom very dark made worse by some lights not working, bathroom not clean enough. Complaints got us shifted to a different part of the hotel and a much more acceptable room. Reception staff during later part of our stay seemed unwilling to help wi... Read more

Rooms are not so spacious, but just good enough for a 4 days stay. All was super clean. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was also nice. There was a bit noise coming from the nearest bars, but after 11:30pm all was gone, so you can sleep peacefully. The location was the best. Would go back there again.

I was in a package deal and this was the hotel I was staying on the last day of Vietnam. The room itself was ok, however I the bathroom was very... well lets say it needed work. Maybe they though he is male and single - he turn a blind eye to that... Well they were wrong. Oh and the staff in the dining hall were abit rude. Had one staff member walk right infront me while i was going to get a coffee, just so that she could talk to someone else.

We arrived here late at night and staff were lovely and helpful. They even went out and purchased a SIM card for us so we didn't have to get it ourselves. Beautiful room and amazing breakfast! They serve an array of both Vietnamese and western food, along with delicious fruit and Vietnamese coffee. They have recently had a pool added which is fantastic! It's roadside so makes for great people watching while you relax with a beverage and cool off from the warm Vietnam weather. Will definitely be ... Read more

First hotel for our trip to Vietnam. Staff very friendly and helpful, room cleaned very well and quickly. Room quality was probably at the lower end for a 3* hotel. Breakfast was nice. AC worked well. Probably wouldn't stay again or would at least get a nicer room for more money.

Came here with my girlfriend for a couple of nights. The room was adequately furnished although the towels provided were a little faded and grimy. The breakfast had a decent selection, however, it was only a small room so if you timed it so that you arrived with a big tour group you had to fight to find somewhere to sit. The staff were a little rude at times, however, when we left our key in our room they were helpful so when it came down to the crunch they were dependable. Overall wouldn't... Read more

The location is very strategic, we saw coffee shop, starbuck, kfc nearby. I wwnt to the convinience store accross and find rice paper plus noodle soup base. tried New York kfc which is different from what i had in my country. Tasted chilly, lime and spices.. loved it but too spicy for me. Bought a dog collar for my doggie ;) i get 2 types of room when i was here, the room accross the elevator and the corder room. Loved the last one better cos i can spread all my luggage to search my things

This hotel located strategically in the centre of HCMC district 1 where most of happenings things are. Walkable distance to benhtahn market, night market, backpackers district, shopping malls, cafes and bar. As for the room - not bad at all clean and tidy. My tips: ask for the corner room and make sure state that you want window, otherwise too stuffy inside. This hotel is located near the heart of Ho Chi Min city. The room is quite big, but they don't provide enough lightning at the bathroom. When i came there the wifi was very very slow. The breakfast menu was quite pleasing, and the hotel is quite clean. You can find shopping district in walking distance from the hotel.

We only slept here as we were out by 8am every morning and only back in time to shower & sleep around 10pm... So it was good enough for that. Breakfast was basic. We stayed for two nights at the Le Duy Hotel. Our room was ok but not too clean. The hotel's location is not bad for walks to the city centre. So the hotel is quite ok to stay if you are looking for an average hotel - except for breakfast. Hi we spent 3 nights here.check in ok front desk staff well trained rooms small but clean .If you are asian you would say the included breakfast was great but if you are westerners it is absolute rubbish under cooked tough bacon cold. Cold chicken sausage and an egg station cooking half cooked fried eggs and that is not acceptable if they want western tour groups to stay here.

Decent 3 star hotel offering you breakfast and to us the best part about it was the location.. also if your cabbie doesnt know where this just say next to New World Hotel ???. This is about a 10 mins walk to Ben tanh market and just opposite Chill Skybar. Staff are very courteous and the concierge are always so polite to help you with your luggage from down the stairs. I definitely did not regret booking this hotel.

The hotel is nicely situated close to the markets and the rooms are clean and tidy. There's no pool so forget relaxing after a day of shopping. The real issue relates to the bizarre dining arrangements. What's hot: a. It's very near all the points of interest of the city (landmarks, market, shopping areas, restos and coffee shops, parks, etc.) b. Room amenities are complete c. Breakfast includes Vietnamese dishes What's not: a. Room is not that clean; bed headboard is very dusty b. It's pretty challenging to talk to the staff, since most of them are not that fluent in English. You would usually get one-word answers or no answer at all
