This hotel is well positioned, well maintained, and employs customer oriented staff. I had made a last minute booking earlier in the day for two nights at this hotel directly from the hotel's website (got a big discount vs travel sites). I took a screenshot of my booking confirmation and reservation. Upon arrival the staff could not locate my booking in their system. After some discussion they put me in a room and agreed that we'd figure it out later. They could not find the booking until thre... Read more

Booked this hotel last minute for business and wasn't disappointed. Rooms are large, clean and beds are very comfy. Staff are very helpful. Gym is small but you're perfectly able to do a full body workout. Pool and rooftop is a break for the hustle and bustle on the streets below. I'd certainly recommend this to anyone travelling to HCM.

From the amount I paid for my stay, I was expecting a budget hotel. Was I mistaken. I found it great value for money as I had booked a windowless room firstly because it was cheaper, and then finding it very conducive for rest as it shuts out the street noise and light. Nicely appointed with a jacuzzi bathtub too. Only 2 things gave me some concern, the thin walls(but I must add that the room next door was occupied only one night of my 5 day 4 night visit). The other was the wash basin which was... Read more

We are here at moment, coming to the end of a 7 night stay. Beautiful friendly staff, go above and beyond to assist. Gave swift and excellent advice when I sought some medical help this morning for my daughter. We have executive family room, 1 king bed and one single. Not always easy to find these rooms and part of reason I chose hotel. Pool area peaceful and relaxing. We are really enjoying our stay. Lovely smiles great us each time we return to the hotel. Great breakfast, complimentary afterno... Read more

Firstly I want to express my greatest appreciation to the staff at the hotel, my daughter got ill from eating something and being very dehydrated the one evening and the staff were at her beck and call to help clean up the room, several times that evening. We then proceeded to take her to the International Family hospital, hotel management ensured that on of the front desk staff accompany my wife and daughter to the hospital and stayed with them till the very end (6 hours later), they even went ... This hotel seemed really nice upon check-in, but once we got to our room we realized we'd made a mistake. We booked a "Deluxe" room and were informed upon arrival that the room had no windows. This didn't seem like a big deal at first but once we got to the room we found that it had a musty odor which made it feel like a cave. I had trouble sleeping because of the smell and couldn't wait to get out of there. If we had realized this would be the case we would have either booked a different type o... Read more

very important: good location! close to atm, many restaurants, the ben than market etc warm helpful staff who immediately offered us free tea at our arrival very clean room, enormous soft bed, bubble bath and most important of all: oh so quiet! the rooftop is great! beautiful view and a clean swimming pool you can use the sauna for free but remember that you need to go downstairs first to book your free spa session. we only had to wait for 30 mins (the time for the sauna to heat up) but i can... The Grand Silver land Hotel & Spa is an excellent place to stay, situated as it is in the heart of downtown Ho Chi Minh City. I spent a few hours just in a two block radius and the people/traffic watching was varied and fun. Having a windowless room is not the best but I knew that beforehand and the room itself was very good. The rooftop pool is small but really enjoyable with a nice little bar/cafe adjacent. Weather was inclement when I planned to dine at the rooftop restaurant but views amazin... Read more
