Warm welcome, lovely rooms, lovely breakfast. Great location and close to everything. Helpful staff informing us that the police didn't work in the afternoons so to be careful with our bags when out and about. They offer a airport shuttle service which is reliable and good value. I have stayed several times now in the Elios and can thoroughly recommend it. It is extremely well located in the tourist and bus company/travel agent area particularly if you are using open tour companies. The hotel itself is good value with small but pleasant rooms, some with no window. Excellent breakfast restaurant on roof with fine open views. Extremely pleasant and welcoming staff

Staff was so so. Massage at this hotel was not advisable as my parents tried it and complaint that they kept requested for tips and not very professional too. Smaller change they didn't want to accept. The location was good. Only 5 min to the happening street at night. What I can say is that the price I paid can g... Read more

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is good near most of the main tourist attractions and a lot of bars and restaurants. The ABC bakery next door deserves a special mention! The hotel itself was fairly basic, but the staff were friendly and the rooms have everything you need, though my girlfriend would like me to mention that the hairdryer didn't work properly. The breakfast was not great, but the food overall was ok and there is a nice view from the rooftop bar.

The halls halls are not air-conditioned. The rooms are not sound-proof and you can hear lots of people in the morning and night, and people trudging up to the rooftop bar, especially if you are on floor 11. The bar isn't that nice. I recently stayed at Elios for 3 nights in July. The room was the no window one which I was fine with but I was constantly inundated with cigarette fume which I complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Breakfast was adequate but often they would run out of popular dishes. The staffs was friendly enough. The location was very central which was for me the only highlight.

Considering the price, the hotel is good. Fairly old, but decent rooms, very good location, breakfast quite alright - nice touch that they do your eggs fresh for you. The receptionists were simply not polite and ripped us off completely for our airport pick up for which they charged 20USD. It's an 8km ride costing less than half if taking a cab.. We had to pay everything upfront, plus the airport pick up in cash and USD without receipt, making the scam quite obvious.

We were on a 10-day tour of Vietnam and the tour booked our hotels. Our Hanoi hotel was excellent but this hotel was a bit drab and dated. In the first room we were assigned the AC didn't work and it took a while to change rooms. Then we realized our kettle didn't work. It's a solid 3star hotel and not one I would return to.

We found the service in this hotel to be adequate generally and our stay had no problems. They had given us a twin room but quickly changed it when we asked for a double. The room was confortable and clean with a good bathroom. The breakfasts had a good range and the evening meal was fine.

Nice Place to stay in Ho Chi Minh - "expensive" for Vietnam but def. worth it! It's very very clean, friendly and in the Center of the City. Some rooms don't have windows (only in the bathroom) so remember to ask for a Room with windows. We would Def. stay there at our next visit!

We stayed there for 2 nights and we found one issue with the hotel was the reception desk, they are not that friendly and warm, not so helpful either. From our point of view, the bellboys are even more friendly and smiley. The sky bar - restaurant is nice with a very nice view to the city but the ... Read more

We spent our first night in Vietnam here. The room was small and the reception staff not particularly friendly. Otherwise the location was great, close to bars and restaurants and a park. The roof top bar and restaurant were lovely and the breakfast really good with plenty of choice. Would stay here again.
