A completely appalling experience (not normal in my reviews). Booked it as had to pick something near it. Flight got delayed and got in at 3 am. Was given a windowless filthy room full of mosquitoes at the back of the reception and the kitchen. After a few hours woke up and packed away to never come back near it. I am not sure if the previous reviewer stayed at the same Bizu Boutique Hotel in Phu My Hung? It sounds like a " Twilight Zone" to me. There are quite a few hotels with the same name Bizu in HCMC and..... If you want a quiet and peaceful place in the suburb of Saigon then this is a place for you. Located in District 7 Phu My Hung, Bizu hotel is well known for its serendipity, good service and well price. The room here is spacious, clean and quiet. I have a good night sleep and no street nois... Read more

There's a government issued 2-Star plaque on the front of the building. Make sure you go to the correct Bizu hotel. There's 2 in district 7 and one in distrct 1. Located on a quiet street, but there are restaurants and bars near by.

I needed a hotel near the hospital and selected this one. Room was not the biggest in town, but ok for 2 nights and it was clean. Reception staff spoke reasonable good English and was extremely polite, and assisted our taxi driver to find, as it is located on a small street away from main streets. The street has numerous restaurant and coffee shops, and the English restaurant next to the hotel was absolutely reasonable. I am likely going there again during my visits to Saigon for medical checku... Read more

Good place, quiet and safe area, very friendly and useful staffs. The first day here i got up very late due to the last stay-up-late night. A front desk called and asked if i needs to have my room clean or more water added or anythings else. I asked for some water because i really thirsty then. When i need to go out, they ask me if i need their help to call taxi. So helpful staffs. Not just one, most of the staffs here seems to be friendly and lovely, always smile, they are very attentive to gue... Read more
