We stayed two nights in this hotel in Nov 2014 (would not show the correct date range in the "when did you travel" field used March 2015 when doing this review, better late then never!!) The hotel was central to walk to most attractions in District One.The market and money changer are at the end of the street when you turn left coming out of the hotel. We used the street food vendors at night and found it to be a real taste experience they are everywhere( tip use the ones with both locals and ... Read more

Hotel located near to Ben Thanh Market and many halal restaurants. At level 10, room was nice with clean bathroom. Very hot especially in afternoon, cant feel the aircond. Receptionist is really friendly and fast. They provide breakfast too at Level 1.

We took the family room which on the first day where the aircon kept breaking down a few times.it got quite frustrating especially when the weather has been extremely humid lately and we had to call and tell the front desk that our aircon breaks down, gets ok then breaks down shortly after. However the staffs at the hotel whom assist us was quite patient and in the end did solve our problem The hotel location is quite strategic as myself and my brother quite safely and easily walk around hunti... The room was really small, we had trouble fitting our luggage in. The bed was hard and a lot of the street noise made it to the room making it difficult to sleep. The AC was not working properly either working with max capacity and then not at all. The worst part however was the breakfast - one of the worst I have had in Asia. Tasteless food, the selection was nonexistant, coffee was awful. No clean plates so I had to wait, staff was slower than tortoises stuck in glue - items were never restock... Read more

LOCATION: 1. for bargain-hunters--this is very near the Ben Thanh market; 2. for non-pork eaters/vegetarians--there are diners just across the streets and around the area ROOM: A/C in our third floor (corner/back of the hotel) bedroom was not working properly. Uncollected trash was piled up high near our door; otherwise, our room was clean and neat. I slept soundly. BREAKFAST BUFFET: overcrowded, not enough chairs and tables. Food was nice but the refill--if ever there was--was too slow.... Read more

Our group consist of 16 adult and 1 baby (all family members) arrived on 12 May and stayed in the hotel until 15 May 2016. The room was decent, they were kind enough giving one suite for our group (2 queen bed and bathroom have Jacuzzi). Unfortunately, during our stay, we got 7 standard room, and one suite, the aircond was horrible. those who got top floor (lvl 2) have to climb the stairs (because the elevator was only up to level 11), and top floor was a free sauna. They've been sauna-fied!! se... Read more

the room not so big or small. upon check in, the receptionist will ask you the number of person in each room. normally for 1 room : 2 person..so..the might charge you additional fee if exceed that numbers. sometimes the charge is unacceptable. very easy to get halal food especially for muslim people. walking distance to Ben Thanh market.the Aircond in the room not so cool.
