The room was really small, we had trouble fitting our luggage in. The bed was hard and a lot of the street noise made it to the room making it difficult to sleep. The AC was not working properly either working with max capacity and then not at all. The worst part however was the breakfast - one of the worst I have had in Asia. Tasteless food, the selection was nonexistant, coffee was awful. No clean plates so I had to wait, staff was slower than tortoises stuck in glue - items were never restock... Read more

LOCATION: 1. for bargain-hunters--this is very near the Ben Thanh market; 2. for non-pork eaters/vegetarians--there are diners just across the streets and around the area ROOM: A/C in our third floor (corner/back of the hotel) bedroom was not working properly. Uncollected trash was piled up high near our door; otherwise, our room was clean and neat. I slept soundly. BREAKFAST BUFFET: overcrowded, not enough chairs and tables. Food was nice but the refill--if ever there was--was too slow.... Read more

Our group consist of 16 adult and 1 baby (all family members) arrived on 12 May and stayed in the hotel until 15 May 2016. The room was decent, they were kind enough giving one suite for our group (2 queen bed and bathroom have Jacuzzi). Unfortunately, during our stay, we got 7 standard room, and one suite, the aircond was horrible. those who got top floor (lvl 2) have to climb the stairs (because the elevator was only up to level 11), and top floor was a free sauna. They've been sauna-fied!! se... Read more

the room not so big or small. upon check in, the receptionist will ask you the number of person in each room. normally for 1 room : 2 person..so..the might charge you additional fee if exceed that numbers. sometimes the charge is unacceptable. very easy to get halal food especially for muslim people. walking distance to Ben Thanh market.the Aircond in the room not so cool.

Location near Ben Tan Market and night market. Very easy to get halal restaurant and most of the nearby hotel was occupied by Malaysian tourists during their school holiday. Hotel breakfast was not bad . Just a few minutes walk to attraction places such as war remnants museum , saigon square, statue of president and etc. Nice clean room , good staff hospitality.

The good thing is the hotel is just walking distance to Ben Tanh Market, whenever you feel tired you can just go back to the hotel and rest for a while and go back shopping at Ben Tanh. The bad thing is, the rooms were quite small and the receptionists were not friendly and helpful.

We were very happy when our room has been upgraded from superior to deluxe with window. Thank you to the staff on duty, Miss Emily. The location is fantastic which is very close to Shopping Paradise, Benh Thanh Market. Breakfast were good! Have few choices of western and local cuisine. Room is a little bit small for 3 pax. But overall is ok.

The room is clean but small. Wifi is strong throughout. The staff is friendly. However, there is only 1 small lift to service the customers. The hotel is very popular with muslims. The food is good although the spread is not much. One advantage of this hotel is the location is very strategic. You can reach Ben Tanh market in 3 minutes! Ben Tanh market is a shopping haven for visitors. It offers a variety of goods and is a must visit place for tourists.

We were booked here for 2 nights accomodation but decides to cancel our 2nd night. We find that the room is not exactly like the one we saw on the internet. (dont get cheated by the pics on the internet) we paid for a room with window but the least we ever wanted was NOT facing the back of a building. (no view at all, yes its not FREE but we paid more for it!) Never expect that. Room is really really really small. 1st impression of the hotel is sloppy lobby, worn out bedrooms, outdated old furn...
