This hotel is defiantly worth the price. The rooms are clean and a good size. We upgraded to the honeymoon suit because it really wasn't that much more than a standard room and really liked it. The staff is beyond wonderful. If you need anything at all they will go above and beyond to help you, especially Tam. The only slight down side is the location. It isn't too bad, but the bar area and shopping is about a ten minute walk. For us it wasn't that big of a deal. This company has a few other ho... Read more

I spent 4 amazing days here during my first visit to Hanoi. The room was perfect - so clean and the building itself was charming. I cannot say enough about the warm and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in and experience the old quarter of the city! Thanks for a beautiful 4 days!

I just did a 6 country trip in Asia for 4 weeks. We stayed in multiple cities and dozens of different hotels and this was by far the best hotel of the entire trip. The hotel room was nice the breakfast was great but the hospitality was the best I have received anywhere and that is saying a lot because I go to Las Vegas every month lol. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and nice. They were helpful and always had smiles on their faces. The free Vietnamese coffee and tea in reception was an added bonus! The room and bathroom were both very clean and tidied up every day. Shower wAs separate from toilet with a full bath tub. The AC worked well and we loved our stay at this hotel.

Great buffet breakfast, nice room and friendly staff. Unlike the other place we stayed at, the staff didn't offer a map of Hanoi or advice on things to do in the city. The hotel is a solid 15-20 minute walk to the lake. We had to switch rooms because the first one smelled of fresh paint.

We stayed three nights at Tu Linh Legend in June. Our room was clean and well presented, excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and take care to memorise your face and name so they can greet you and help you find your way around Hanoi and the Old Quarter. We arrived during the shoulder season and were upgraded to a larger balcony room for free. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the Bia Hoi corner where street food and cheap drinks are plentiful. Booked the hotel after landing at Hanoi airport. The hotel is in the old quarter. Spoke with Tam, who was most helpful. Due to time constraints we were staying only for 1 night. Once we reached the hotel Tam was most enthusiastic in greeting us and confirming our arrangements. Our rooms were upgraded without us asking. While we waited for our rooms to be ready (about 10 min) we were offered tea and coffee, which is available in limitless quantities at the lobby throughout the day. The rooms were... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for our entire Hanoi stay and booked all of our trips (Halong Bay + SaPa) through them as well. Words cannot describe how appreciative we feel for the service we received and how great was the entire crew, taking care of any issue, need or want that we had, for example allowing us to check in really early. A definitely recommended stay, especially if you book the spacious honeymoon suites that are really worth the upgrade sum.

This is a nice hotel, staff are very kind and helpful, except the male receptionist who works during late night into early morning. This hotel is very cheep one, but worst hotel that i've stayed in vietnam. I've stayed in a Family Room, but floor wood is lifted from floor. Plus, there's mold on a toilet shoes, dead fly on curtain. Staff's attitude was also not good, reception was Ok, but others were terrible : tiresome. the room was big enough to stay 2pax. The personnel, especially Tam, we're amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast offers broad variety of food and the hotel is just a few streets from the busy part (so much quieter, but still really central). Tam is a lovely person, so warm and attentive, and helped us organising the trips to Sapa and Ha Long Bai. It's not the cheapest hotel, but it's really good value for money so we would definitely go there again!
