Myself, my partner, my five year old son, and my mother stayed at Pacific Lagoon Apartments for six nights in January. We had a Lagoon View apartment which was absolutely perfect for us. The two bedrooms offered plenty of space for the four of us, and the whole apartment was clean and very pleasantly furnished. The other guests at the hotel were all really lovely, yet we also felt that we had plenty of space and privacy. Chris was fantastic. Super relaxed and super helpful - and very welco... Read more

Location is great. Close to town, peaceful and on the lagoon with minibuses coming past every minute or so. ($1.80 au one way). We were upgraded to a lagoon apartment which was spacious with a great view and swimming outside our doorstep. The main bedroom had very effective air con. The rest of the apartment was very hot though but an unusually hot summer here apparently. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds good quality Sealy Posturepedic. Chris, an Aussie, is a friendly and helpful host. We stay... Read more

Our family have spent 5 days at pacific lagoon apartments and have to say it was great. This I was our second trip so we chose this place for its location and facilities. We spent hours in the lagoon snorkelling and watching the locals fishing. The lagoon is very safe- my 9 yr old spent many hrs snorkelling by himself. Town is a short bus ride (small transit vans) that costs 150vt for adults and 100vt for kids. The units are spacious. We stayed in the lagoon view apartment which is very clean an... Read more

We only stayed overnight on way to Tanna. Apartment was very comfortable and Manager was very helpful and organised. He even gave us a ride to airport when taxi didn't turn up. Nice location by lagoon and close to some good eating places.

A group of us were recently in Vanuatu from Noosa Qld for a holiday and an organised open water swim. We stayed at Pacific Lagoon Apartments and were very pleased with everything they offered. Close to town and easy commute but out of the way. On the water. Lovely comfortable apartments with all that is needed. Great staff, very friendly. Delightful stay. Recommend highly. I travelled to Vanuatu with my two kids aged 10 and 16 and we stayed in a two bedroom garden view room for two weeks, however only had to step off our patio to see the ocean. The accommodation was clean tidy and comfortable and met our needs well. The kithen has everything you need to make your own meals. There is a daily maid service during week which was nice. There was also a washing service for 500 vatu per load. The pool area and BBQ areas was nice and comfortable to hang out in. The wi f... Read more

Welcoming atmosphere made our time here very enjoyable. The apartments were well equipped and spotlessly clean. Special thanks to Chris for sharing his local knowledge and to Anthia for being so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was ideal as in a quieter part of Port Vila

The views are beautiful and the accomodation itself is comfortable, clean, and accessible. The management and staff are incredibly helpful, and the equipment available (from kayaks to snorkelling gear) is readily available and provided free. The atmosphere of the resort is fantastic; the units are self-contained and feel like a second home. There is immediate access to Erakor Lagoon, which is the perfect place to snorkel, paddle-board, kayak, or just admire from the verandah of your room. The un... Read more

We have just returned from a truely memorable holiday in Vanuatu. We stayed for 9 night at the Pacific Lagoon Apartments which suited our needs as a base to explore the island. The apartments are located at Pango and it was easy and economical to catch a bus the short distance into town. Buses came every few minutes so there was no waiting around. The apartments were clean and suited our family of five. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden and exploring the lagoon on the kayaks available f... Read more

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed staying at Pacific Lagoon. It was our second time staying at Pacific Lagoon, and it most definitley be our last. We have 3 boys and this time were accompanied by my mother inlaw and close friend. The units are really comfortable, with what you need to self cater a comfortable holiday. The accomodation are located in Pango, a beautiful spot. A short walk up to the main road where you will find a local bus every few minutes. The supermarket Bon Marche is ... Read more

I have recently returned from one week at PLA with my 3 adult daughters. We found this accommodation very pleasant in every way. We stayed in a lagoon view apartment which provided a gorgeous outlook at all times of the day. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The location was quiet as it was out of the town centre but just a short bus ride into shops, restaurants and markets. We used the bbq by the pool one evening but found so many nice restaurants in town we decided to eat out often... Read more

Loved staying here rather than a hotel. Close to all the resorts and restaurants and had the advantage of being able to buy local meat and vegetables and being able to cook at home. Enjoyed the pool, free kayak, relaxing spot right on the edge of the lagoon,. Clean apartment everyday, and washing facilities. The vegetable was an asset. Chris and Anthea were very helpful in the office. Can't wait to get back to the relaxing Vanuatu lifestyle.

These apartments are not like a luxurious resort but they are very clean and the staff are wonderful. It offers all the basics of an apartment stay including a pool, and it is right on the water. Transport is close also if you want to go into town, and Le Lagon and Erakor Island can be accessed via the beach when the tide is out. I always stay here when I go over to Vanuatu because it has everything I need. I just love it!

Pacific Lagoon Apartments and staff have once again lived up to the incredibly high expectations they have set for themselves! With the exceptional manager, Chris, at the helm, ready to point guests in the right direction of what this incredible island has to offer, to Anthea making any booking seamless, to the 'cleaning fairies' who ensure our bungalows are spotless each day..this place is a true gem! The advantage of staying here gives you the option to enjoy the fresh produce from the market,... Read more

Most favourite spot to stay. Met by manager at the shuttle bus. Carried bags to the bungalow. Waterfront, view just awesome down the lagoon and out to sea. spotlessly clean bungalow. 2 bedroom, self contained. There was some damage in the cyclone, but an improvement is the corrogated roof over the front patio, you can now sit out there in all weather. We had a bit of rain this time so was pleasant sitting outside, looking across the lagoon. Staff are just the best, Anthea at reception jus... Read more

First of all, Chris & Lily, thank you so much for your hospitality. We missed you at the airport to say goodbye. Please give WaWa a hug from the boys. We felt like we were your neighbours for 9 nights instead of guests. You are a credit to this place. We stayed here because we wanted to have somewhere clean, safe and close to everything without being in a resort bubble and it didn't disappoint. The view of the lagoon was amazing. I miss my tanna coffee on the patio every morning watching th... Read more
