Really nice motel that looks brand new with a gorgeous color coordinated, lovely king suite with kitchen and all the comforts of home. Bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent with a very tasty quiche on the morning of May 16th, 2016 and the usual bagels, sweet breads and muffins, waffles, good coffee, juices, etc . Tina was fabulous and couldn't do enough to please us. We loved her and would come back just for her. A real pro who was genuinely interested in our having a great ex... Read more

We were traveling on a budget, but we also want a clean, nice place to stay, and we typically use Trip Advisor as our travel guide. We arrived almost too early to stop and too late to get to our destination, so we had time to drive around and check out some places in Rock Springs. The top four listed hotels didn't have much of a price difference, but when you walk in and ask to look at a room there are MAJOR differences. We could not believe the Best Western scored so high among travelers and th... Read more

There's a lot good to say about this clean, expansive, well-run hotel. But I want to first talk about eggs. Good eggs in the morning are not the staff of life, but they are a pleasant part of a good breakfast. Usually, chain hotel eggs are dry as popcorn, with less flavor. Here in the dusty old mining town of Rock Springs, a hard-working fellow named Fernando makes eggs of a caliber one pays premium prices for in fine, big-city hotels. They are moist, flavorful, with just a hint of cheese -... Read more

IF you ever go to Rock Springs this is the place to stay! Super clean, extremely friendly staff, comfortable beds, soft linens, not a single complaint. Have a real nice breakfast with plenty of food choices. If you stay Monday - Thursday they have a nightly dinner. Rooms have USB ports in multiple locations for all your gadgets. The best place in Rock Springs. Rooms are well lit and the curtains keep the room dark if you have to sleep during the day.

I stayed here for just one night, en route to northern WY. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The hotel was clean, the lobby and eating area very nice, my room was good sized and very clean, the breakfast was pretty decent, coffee was good and the internet was slow but usable. I didn't use the pool but it looked very nice as well. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes off the highway so its location is good for travelers. Perhaps I was just lucky, but the che... We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and have found that at least twice dogs were allowed that were NOT service animals. It was a large beagle this time in a crate that was taken right through the lobby (so no one was sneaking around). The staff is great (Tina is a trip). The place is very clean but if they are going to allow animals due to allergies we will have to find somewhere else. Your web site says no pets.

We were stunned by how nice this new hotel is. The rooms were immaculate and huge. It was quiet and there was plenty of parking. It was very near a new shopping center just west of the hotel. There was nothing lacking in the rooms. There was even enough light to read by. I know, you laugh but 3 tiny lamps with LED coil bulbs is very dim light. Surprisingly that is what you get with some other Hilton Group hotels. We bring our own bulbs sometimes...I kid you not. They are still energy ef... Read more

We stay at Homewood Suites whenever possible. We have always found them to be among the cleanest, most friendly, best managed, best designed rooms, and best lodging values in the Hilton group of leisure travel value accommodations. The only problem is that there do not seem to be as many Homewood Suites as other Hilton and competing brands....hence "we wish there were more" (at least at along the routes we travel) locations .

Return trip from the Grand Tetons and needed a room along I80. Knowing the trustworthiness of Homewood we rushed south. Storms held us up though and we arrived two minutes before dinner was to end. The desk staff hurried my family in and the kitchen server, who could have sighed at our arrival and began cleanup, instead started restocking everything and even brought special treats to my daughter. Love the thick bacon, oatmeal, waffles, cereals, hard boiled eggs, turnovers, and muffins. Stayed 3 nights, able to enjoy Flaming Gorge, Oregon Trail Tracks, and a wedding. We were on 2nd floor to be able to open window. Close to everything! Love the full kitchen and separate living room!

Staff went out of their way to help us when we needed to find a place to eat, hook up to the internet or find our next hotel. Very helpful and friendly. Room was well furnished, clean and roomy. Beds were comfy and loaded with plenty of fluffy pillows. Our only complaint is that the pool (indoors) was hot, stuffy and had a heavy chlorine smell. No windows were opened to let the heat and smell out so we missed out on our evening swim both nights.

Very modern hotel and spacious suites. The staff was very accommodating with our son's therapy dog. Rooms are immaculate and modern. Site is situated fairly close to I-80 and good restaurants. The only drawback was the morning breakfast. Not sure what was in the eggs (looked like cheesy water), so I decided to venture to "Cowboy Donuts" down the street and was not disappointed ( not a big deal). Overall, highly recommend!

Great property. The rooms are very spacious. The lobby is very nice when you enter. The staff is very helpful. They have a nice breakfast for you in the morning. I like making my waffle fresh. There was plenty of coffee and juices and milk. Fresh fruit, and so on. Great value for the money. Enjoy the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Both were in great working order and in great shape. The gym is very small but has a few things for cardio and weights for working out.

I like the concept of this hotel. But the execution was very uneven. While the decor is definitely a notch above your standard motels, I found the bed surprisingly uncomfortable despite the high quality linens. Homewood Suites is a step up from Holiday Inn category hotels. The bed was very comfortable to my wife who is sensitive to such things. Our room was a suite with front room and separate bedroom.
