Great staff and rooms. Kind of a wired location in an industrial area but I think that's because it is close to the airport. The staff recommended a great little diner just up the street where we had a great steak.

This was my last stay at the Hampton Inn at Rawlins, Wy. The reason for my last stay is this has been the third time when I checked in and the rate was higher then I had been paying in the past without the manager letting me know there was a new summer rate even for state and federal employees had reservations for the full year but I cancelled all of them.

After driving all day from Bryce Canyon we tumbled into this place and right away felt relief! The two gals working the front desk were friendly, helpful, and joked with our children. You can tell when people like working somewhere and it makes the whole experience a positive one. We stayed one night and it was a great way to recharge and reload for the rest of our trip.

This was a stop along the trip from Jackson Hole to Denver. Although the weather was not the best the staff was friendly and were accommodating to meet our needs for a quick in and out while we were there. They recommended a good restaurant for the evening and the early morning breakfast was fresh and hearty.

I have stayed here frequently, usually having a great experience. However, on my last stay I was put in room 302. This room is spacious, and should be comfortable, but the TV and Thermostat do not work. I could not keep the room cool, and the windows are south facing, so I got hot sun all day. The cables on the TV were damaged, so I had to turn the TV and adjust the cables every time I turned it on.

We were relieved to be welcomed by a friendly staff at the Rawlins, Wyoming Hampton Inn. We received an excellent rate through TripAdvisor and could not have been more pleased. In keeping with Hampton's high standards, the room was spacious and clean, the pool refreshing, and the fitness center well-equipped. We were so glad we chose Hampton for our stay in Rawlins. I highly recommend it.

With AAA discount, a pool and hot tub, helpful staff, and a good hot breakfast, this was the perfect place for my family to stay on their way home from Yellowstone. My granddaughter loved the pool (which provided plenty of towels), my husband and I relaxed in the hot tub, and my grandson filled up on the hot breakfast before we headed down the road the next morning.

This hotel is surprise. It is clean, neat, and and the staff is friendly. We didn't find a cleaner hotel from Denver, to Yellowstone and back. The breakfast area is clean and neat - and the staff immediately cleans and refills. The fruit was nicer than any we had seen in 3 weeks of breakfasts. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. Thanks Hampton Inn!

Clean rooms with friendly service and a nice pool. I would suggest looking at other options if you plan to use the sofa beds, the internet, or breakfast. The sofa bed in our room was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while so it was temporarily replaced by a roll away bed. Being a Hilton & Hampton Inn fan (Diamond Member), I reserved and stayed at this hotel two weeks ago. It was an expected hotel experience, but I would not return due to their pet policy. Being pet friendly doesn't bother me, but I am use to hotels having specific rooms and/or floors for pet stays. As I stated prior you need to take walk through the rooms and check for cleanliness. That also means vacuuming around the perimeter of the room. If there is a kitchen area then by all means wipe up the floor all the way to the edge of the cupboards. Clean is the absence of dirt. Monitor the cooling of the room. We have walked into the local freezer where you could hang a beef. Remember senior citizens usually do not like it cold.
