Had a one night stay and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff very helpful and seemed to enjoy their work. It also had room for my truck (18 wheels and 70 plus feet) Will stay there when I go through again!

We have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened. We were disappointed that the Hot Tub was broken and for the first time had very loud neighbors. The staff is really great and overall our stay was good.

We arrived at the Holiday Inn in Laramie after the trek through the snow. We were lost. We were tired. However, I must admit, the curb appeal was fantastic. It really brightened our mood and the exhaustion quickly wore off. I walk into the lobby to check in and it is bright and airy. It is relaxing and calm. The front desk is fantastically staffed. No shortage of staff seen! My front desk clerk was super friendly and chatty. My paperwork was ready and I signed and initialed. Side note: pet frien... Read more

During our cross country trip from Chicago to San Jose along I-80, we snagged a great deal on this hotel via priceline. After checking that it was the #3 hotel in Laramie according to TA we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. And for the most part ,that was the case. Pros: -Friendly and helpful staff- very accommodating -Comfortable beds -Quiet rooms (at least on the 4th floor) -Laundry facilities -Large rooms -Mini bar with sink, micro and fridge in room -Nice views from the corner rooms (we ... After working a long and hard twelve hour day in Laramie, WY, It was nice to sleep on a comfortable, clean bed. And with Perkins next door, I didn't need to travel far for a dinner or breakfast. Very nice and comfortable.

My room was immaculate and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and efficiently. My observation of interactions with other guests is that the staff genuinely cared about them. The hotel is connected to Perkins Restaurant and offers discounts for guests. The decor of the hotel was up to date and location is next to several fine restaurants and the hospital. The hotel is fairly easy to get to and I doubt I will stay anywhere else after my wo... We stayed here for only one night and were able to rest well. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and there is fresh coffee at the lobby in the morning. The only minor issue is that the walls could use a better acoustic treatment. I would consider staying here again.

Let me begin by saying that the service at the hotel was excellent. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower with the seat was fantastic and the water was as hot as can be. I stayed on the fourth floor the entire time and was never bothered by noise even with the elevator directly behind my headboard. The staff was courteous as could be. Myself and several coworkers were working at a windfarm an hour away while visiting from out of state. The days are long and the work was hard. Th... Read more

I stayed 3 days for a business conference. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was full so that may have affected maid service. The noise level from other guests in the halls was high so I had to use ear plugs to sleep. The sheets were worn and "pilly" but the pillows were plentiful and varied. When my room was freshened the first two days, they failed to replenish coffee and drink cups that I used and did not seem to have vacuumed. The third was obviously a different maid as ... Read more

We've been staying at this property since it opened about 10 years ago. It is still very clean with nice furnshings. The only exception are the TVs which were once hotel state of the art but are now old fashioned, small, slow and wonky. It's definitly time for an upgrade. Also, until this year we were charged $30 for our two well behaved dogs. This year the bill was $66 for a one night stay. When compared to the usual Holiday Inn charge of $15 or $20 for two dogs, the $66 charge is a total ripo... Read more

Beautiful newer hotel close to campus in Laramie. Most hotels claim a "heated" pool but my kids never last long because they are freezing -but they swam for quite a while due to the comfortable temp! Breakfast at the attached Perkins was great as the kids ate free and we also had a reduced rate guest menu to choose from! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Yellowstone to Denver. Everything was great. Checkin was efficient. We got the quiet room we asked for. There was an excellent pool and laundry room. It was I HG card holders guest night and we were treated to a free wine and beer and small food which was an added bonus . The breakfast and evening meal at Perkins were also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel .

Anyone who rates this hotel any lower than 4 of 5 has to be impossible to please. The staff is outstanding and genuine. The room (at least the double queen) is large and comfortable. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the attached restaurant (and voucher deal, yes get it) is well worth it. Whoever manages this particular Holiday Inn, and we stayed 4 days, pays attention to detail. Really a comfort in a very tough family emergency stay. Thanks guys, big kudos.

Traveling to South Dakota, stayed here for one night & booked due to great reviews on Trip Advisor. Was not disappointed in the least. This is a newer hotel, well appointed and well maintained. Check in was easy and was thanked for being an HI member. Free cocktails and food were offered at the bar for 1-2 hours in the nice lounge (didn't take advantage of this but it looked great). She offered a list of "staff suggested" restaurants, which we thought was a great thing to have handy at check in. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area had a great view outside. The rate was great for a last minute stay. Their pool was closed for maintenance so the gave us passes for the Recreation center in the city which was great. They also have a Perkins on site which they gave free meal cards for the kids and have $6 meal options for guests of the hotel. The room itself was nice and clean and the bathroom was nice. However the bed was uncomfortable for us and squeaked when we moved. We could also hear the room next to us throughout the night.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I would certainly stay there again if we travel back to Laramie. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel has a restaurant attached which gives you a 10% discount on meals. The pool and fitness area are clean and well kept. The best part of the whole hotel is its staff. Staying here while traveling across the country. The hotel is near the interstate and near a bunch of places to eat and gas stations. Pros: Easy checkin Pet friendly (2nd floor) Room was very clean and nice size Perkins downstairs for food (voucher for breakfast is included) Cons: Bed is extremely soft. The place is a bit pricey. I like to work out during my vacation so I always use the fitness room. Pros of this fitness room: cute cow pattern carpet, free bottled water, 3 machines. Cons: I used the elliptical and it was right next to a wall of windows with no shades! I baked in the sun and it was quite unpleasant! The elliptical was creaky and needed new bearings so I don't think they have maintained it. I liked their breakfast deal with Perkins next door. Overall a good experience!

In a five day road trip with my college bound daughter, this was my favorite hotel. Taylor, at the front desk, was so delightful, asking us all about our trip, which was a great way to start our stay there. As an IHG member I had the option of having points or a free glass of wine from the bar, which is what I chose and the young lady bartending was so nice.
