I came into town for the weekend for the college rodeo. I was a bit concerned that the location might not be convenient for a large rodeo outfit however, we were pleasantly surprised. Also was concerned that this property might not like college Cowboys staying at their hotel. Again we were surprised. The staff was very kind and helpful all weekend long. We felt right at home. The hotel is very clean and updated. The staff was very professional. Just a great place to stay for the weekend. I will ... Read more

The hotel was very convenient, being attached to the University convention centre. The room, on arrival, was clean and tidy. Lighting in the room was good, which tends to be a little unusual these days. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room cost was quite reasonable - generally good value for money.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Every time, we receive prompt and friendly service. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is friendly. It's the closest hotel to campus, so you have the option of walking to UW--which is convenient. The lobby is decorated very nicely and the sitting areas are comfortable.

Would stay here again if traveling back this way again. Only negative was reservations were down so we had to go to the hotel to check on availability at 12:30am.

Great hotel in Laramie in a good location. The hotel itself was quite clean and we received a warm welcome from the front desk staff. The rooms are nice and the adjustable bed was a surprise, especially after staying in so many previous hotels on our trip and having to adjust to the bed ourselves. The hotel is within walking distance to little shopping area that has a few restaurants and shops. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

The room was excellent with good furnishings. The only drawback was the view from our room. But that was okay on this stay as the only thing we could see was the snow falling. When we arose in the morning, there was a foot of new snow on the cars. I80 was closed over the pass to Cheyenne. The staff was wonderful and accommodating knowing what we were going through wondering if we would be able to get out and on our way. They held rooms for us to give us time to decide. This Hilton in Laramie, Wy is one of the best places to stay. It is right next to the University of Wyoming and is close to all needed conveniences. The hotel and rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet is reasonable and terrific. For dinner, there are several choices to choose from. I recommend the Salmon salad, hamburgers, or daily specials. They also have great Chicago style pizza. You will be impressed.

I have stayed at the Hilton in Laramie at least six times in the last 3 years. Used to stay at a slightly cheaper, but still tolerable hotel up the road, but finally decided to go with the Hilton. Unlike the hotel up the road, the Hilton has consistency. Consistency in service, in the cleanliness of the rooms, and the desire to make your stay effortless. That is worth a lot.

I stopped here on my cross-country trip and was very pleased, I checked in very early without issues, staff was super friendly, room was nice and clean, shower was hot and a lot of pressure, as a couple of food choices within walking distance and there's also a restaurant in the hotel. I did not stay around for breakfast. I would definitely stay here if I was ever in the area again.

We had a room on the 5th floor next to the elevator, but we never heard any other guests. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. We appreciated their prompt attention to some other needs we had. The only complaint I had is that breakfast is not included at this hotel like it is at comparable hotels. $11.95 for per person seems a bit steep for breakfast which appeared to be just your average complimentary breakfast.

This Garden Inn was superb! From the gentleman who took our reservation on phone (sorry forgot name) to when Emily geeted us on arrival, very helpful, friendly employees. Room very quiet and nothing short of exceptional as far as cleanliness goes. It's maybe 1 mile from downtown Laramie. Lots to do in Laramie and plenty of nightlife so if you need the closest hotel, this is the 1. Won't be disappointed.

I frequently stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie. While visiting my daughter at college it's nice to have such a great place to relax. This hotel is always clean, quiet and very friendly. Good restaurants nearby and easy to find. All in all it's one of the best Garden Inns I've stayed at.

Need Starbucks coffee at the hotel!! Excellent staff and very friendly! Just need new mattresses - upgraded ones, then I would rate this tops! We were in for the Family Weekend at Univ of Wy - and the location couldn't have been more perfect!! Was fun seeing the football players warm up and spend a little time with their parents before the big game.

Excellent except for adjustable mattresses which are very uncomfortable. The staff, however, found us a non-adjustable bed. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The hotel seems to be run by college students. A few need more training or to work with an experienced person while they are learning.

The Garden Inn in Laramie is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are first rate and the services the best. For the price, it's a great deal. Great breakfast bar and excellent exercise and pool facilities

Nice hotel across street from University of WY. Nice staff, clean room, good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Staff had great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Laramie over Thanksgiving, and I wanted to especially note how helpful and friendly the staff members were during our stay. Especially worthy of mention is Rebekah (sp?) who was working at the front desk on Thanksgiving evening. I was having a problem printing boarding passes from the business center. Rebekah took ownership of the issue, made sure I was able to get my boarding passes printed, and apologized for the inconvenience. I know how hard it can be... Read more

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly! Very convenient for us as we were visiting our daughter who attends UWYO. The breakfast was a little pricy for a family of four but tasted pretty good. The pool and hot tub were not available due to a pending repair.

Amazing service! The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable despite our unique situation. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean. I spent 10 years in hospitality management/guest services so I'm very picky and critical. This property and its staff met my expectations.

This hotel has very friendly and dedicated staff. Amenities are the usual for a decent chain hotel. Good location for the University. The only negative is that they have the cheap Con-Air hair dryers that are deafening and ineffective for styling. I did ask for a better one and the front desk happily supplied one. Breakfast is good. Did not try the restaurant for other meals.
