We stayed at the White Buffalo Club for a ski weekend in February. Our room (Deluxe King) was perfect for the two of us. The shower/bath combo plus a washer and dryer was a great addition to a very comfortable King bed. The staff was very friendly, especially Alex who drove us to the mountain every morning. The hotel offers an 8 am to/4 pm from Teton Village shuttle. We took advantage of the morning trip and then took the very convenient town shuttle back in the afternoon. The hotel is walking... The White Buffalo Hotel was a perfect alternative to renting a house for our family of 9. We were not able to find a 5 bedroom house so instead rented the 3 bdroom penthouse at the white buffalo and added 2 hotel rooms to accommodate our group. The penthouse was great for gathering, and seated 10 for family dinners. The hot tub on the roof deck was super for sore muscles..the large couch and gigantic tv were excellent for relaxingx napping, watching sports and movies. The kitchen was well out... Read more

I decided to stay at the White Buffalo Club as I really liked the pictures and location. I was not disappointed. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. Beds very confortable. The hotel has a little White Buffalo plush to welcome you on each bed. I stayed for 3 nights and found the kitchen useful to cook. I will definetely stay there when I return to Jackson Hole this autumn. Finally, thank you to Rob who picked up me at the airport and to Alex who advised me to have lunch at the Lotus Cafe n... I have stayed at the White Buffalo several times. The location in Jackson is walking distance for shopping and some wonderful restaurants. Since my last stay they have added a shuttle service to the Jackson Hole Ski Resort. It was so convenient. We loved it! Had a terrific dinner and their restaurant is one of the best in Jackson. They also have workout facility and spa that is first rate. I have stayed at other nice properties in Jackson but the White Buffalo is the best!

We stayed here because it looked like a nice place and was well reviewed. The front desk staff was very nice and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. They informed us that they had a private garage for us to park our car in, during our stay, which we did utilize. They offered to bring our bags up to our room and they procured wine glasses, for us to use while we were there. They seemed informed about local shops as well. We got up to our room and were really impressed by how ... Read more

We stayed in the loft suite which has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The location is very walkable to downtown, most places being within 5-10 minute walk. We came early in the season so there was a bit on construction/maintenance going on and a skeleton crew for staff, however, nothing that impeded our trip. They advertise that they have a spa, however, they only offer massages and gym. There are no other services or amentities (facials, sauna, hot tub, etc). The breakfast is a typically... Read more

We were very impressed with the hotel. Within walking distance to everything...clean...fresh...beautifully decorated...decent continental breakfast. The only complaint-- which we were surprised by--was how much we could hear the people upstairs. They weren't doing anything obnoxious. But as they walked around, watched TV, opened and shut the sliding door to the bedroom, etc., it seemed magnified. Every move they made was loud!. Everything was peaceful until our neighbors arrived. I asked to be m... Read more

We stayed in the king loft room which consisted of a bathroom, king bed, living room area and full kitchen (oven/stove, dish washer, refrigerator, dishes, etc.) as well as a washer/dryer in the room. There was plenty of closet and storage space and the bed was comfortable. Having a full kitchen was great - we liked making our own coffee in the morning and snacks in the afternoon (though there was also a complementary continental breakfast provided). The service was fine; it was early in the se... Read more

Put us in wrong room. Fixed that but room was still not as described in Expedia. Room had trash left in trash cans. The brand of coffee is very weak. The full free breakfast described is not , it is only muffins or toast or bagel- they did put a waffle machine in for so it yourself on our 5th day. Costruction project going on in garage the whole stay. Asked to have room made up and left sign on door to do so. Had to ask repeatedly. The hospitality suite advertises 2 bathrooms - neglected to s... Read more

Really enjoyed our stay in Jackson. The hotel was easy to get to and really convenient to walk around this quaint town as we were just about 2 blocks from the town square. Our room was clean and was well furnished...king bed, full kitchen, sofa sitting area, 2 flat screen TVs, 2 large closets, nice modern shower, and a balcony overlooking the park. Staff was very friendly and great for information about Jackson Hole and Yellowstone.

We had a wonderful room and stay. Would probably stay again but honestly not sure. Our room was great with balcony, comfortable bed, large flat screen tvs kitchen, washer and dryer. My only issue was NOT being able to control the thermostat. It was quite warm in our room especially being on the 3rd floor. I informed the front desk the thermostat was stuck and they told me it couldn't be adjusted. I've never stayed in a hotel that doesn't allow the guest to control the thermostat. To be to... Read more

The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Tom K. Our group chose the WBC for our stay in JAC and we are very pleased with the hotel and w/Tom's (& Diana) help in getting all of our activities lined up. Pretty much everything went smoothly and we had a great time while we were there. The restaurant at the WBC has the best food that we had while staying in JAC and their chef, Will, even took the time to come out and speak with our group. Our rooms were clean & very nice also. The room was lovely. Very comfortable and sufficient size. Iron, closet space, TV, WIFI, washer and dryer was very convenient with a week long stay. The fitness facility was an added benefit with machines; cardio, treadmills, bikes, free weights etc. Most of all we found that the management and staff did all possible to accommodate us in every way making this an even more pleasurable stay and one that my wife and friends will continue to endorse to others.

The rooms are actually studio apartments with fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, bedroom with kingsize bed, bath and we had a balcony overlooking the park. Nice for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bonus was the washer and dryer; a much appreciated luxury on our two week trip. We stayed at this place for the first time. Overall we loved the location and found the staff to be very nice. There were many experience reasons for us not to return however. Sad showers, OK beds, marginal privacy, street noise - services at unusual times. To us it was a confusing experience. As ski town condo set ups go, this was very average overall. But to us, the attraction here was this place was very well located for our own personal overall activities. If you plan to spend most of your t... Read more

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our National Park/Jackson Hole vacation. Good location, very nice shared outdoor terrace to relax. The room itself was beautiful. Large comfy bed, large bathroom and nice sitting area with flat screen TV. The down side was that at night, when the air conditioner kicked in, there was a dripping noise that came from within the walls that was annoying. Included breakfast was adequate at most. A very good, not great, stay.

No amenities, no parking. Bed was as hard as plywood. The small ice machine for entire place broke after the first day. This is a very high priced location, we expected better customer service. The suite was not a comfortable place to hang out, no seating area and non functional layout. The only natural daylight came from small windows in the bedroom that did not open. It smelled musty.

We stayed here during ski season. We liked the location and the amenities. However, the breakfast included with the booking was dreadful, brown bananas, stale baked goods, just checking the box. The staff (with the exception of one female member) really didn't seem to give a care and during the night I don't think anyone was on duty at all. We phoned down to complain about being woken by an extremely loud and apparently drunken group leaving the restaurant, nobody to take our call. What would h... Read more
