So good, definitely stay there, but at the condos! Also, the rooms are very spacious and easy parking too! We really liked the condo bc it had a big bathroom with a tub and s shower, and full kitchen.

We received a great rate and the staff was very accommodating. They put us in adjacent rooms where we had privacy if needed. The hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable. Just a few minutes was to downtown. I recommend staying at the Snow King Resort.

Condo rooms were terrific. Nice furniture, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Views were great, and we enjoyed the decks for wine and conversation. Would definitely recommend the condos for a complete Teton experience.

The location is great and they are pet friendly, which is a plus. They originally stuck us in a room that reeks of urine. We complained, they balked, finely relented and moved us. The hotel doesn't have any of the amenities of a high end hotel, but the rooms are very expensive. We were not made aware of a $30.00 a day parking fee, but were billed separately after the fact. I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was not cleaned well. There was a large wad of hair in the bathtub, coffee stain on the night stand and candy and nut shells behind the nightstand. Furthermore, I continually had to call the front desk to receive coffee replacements.

Probably one of the nicer hotels in the area from what I saw. Front desk was not the most efficient. Room was small and the furnishings not in the greatest shape. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Housekeeping so so at best.

We rented a 1 bedroom condo in June of 2016. Price was $500-600/night. We had a great view of the Tetons, nice balcony, full kitchen, and what I would describe as a really nice place--granite kitchen and bath, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub and huge shower, and king size bed. The only knock, which seems sort of petty, because we loved the placed, is that some of the furnishings were a bit outdated, i.e., comforter, and the coffee maker and stock coffee were lame. That being said, I would highly r... Read more

Snow King is a very friendly, fist class place to spend a vacation or business trip. The facilities are great, food was excellent, and the staff are over-the-top friendly and helpful. One of the best trained professional staff I have ever seen in all my years of travel.

The resort is located a few miles away from town, there is a city bus that will take you around the city. The room was nice, average size, with a king size bed that was nice. The bathroom was small but it had nice shampoo & soap. The lobby was small with a larger room that overlooked the pool. The restaurant had good food, a little pricy for breakfast. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. My only problem was at checkout when they charged us a resort fee of $30 a day for internet, us... Read more

The Grand View Condos are the best. Unfortunately, the resort runs very noisy 4 wheelers around the property that are super annoying. We should know, we live here. We have asked them to either add a muffler or make the change to electric vehicles like other luxury hotels in Jackson, but they don't care.

Charlotte H., she did a great job at the concierge desk. I travel roughly twice a month and to be honest I do not believe I've ever felt that I've ever received quality help and recommendations from a concierge. This was my first time in Yellowstone and the trip was very much impromptu, so I had not done a lot of planning. I was in the lobby using the wifi while planning the trip and overheard Charlotte speaking with a guest. From what I heard she seemed to know what she was talking about, s... Read more

Snow King Resort was a stop between Yellowstone and Park City for our family. We booked the resort for the 4th of July and were not disappointed with our location. Our children were thrilled to see that the resort was right next to the alpine slide... a highlight of our trip for them. We even had a room that faced the ball fields that the fireworks were shot from. This allowed us to stay inside, open our windows and enjoy the fireworks show without the mosquitoes! Our room was large and cle... Read more

There really isn't anything special about this hotel, no big wow for the location or the amenities. Guests don't get any discounts on restaurants or activities like alpine slide, etc. However the hotel staff through out is very friendly. We stayed at another hotel for the 2nd night and was treat just as good for half the price and was still in Jackson Hole. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

We had a regular king room booked for two nights. The room was of a decent size, clean and light. There wasn't a fridge in the room and that was quite annoying as it was rather hot during our stay and we would have loved to have some cold drinks on our room. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Snow King Resort but it was overprized.

I recently stayed at Snow King for a conference. First, the location is great - beautiful mountain views from just about anywhere in the hotel, and an easy 6-8 block walk to downtown (there also is a free local bus service if you'd rather not walk). As someone else mentioned, the décor is funky cowboy. The public space is nice, with good places to sit. The restaurant was good, although the design of the hotel made it get VERY warm in the early evening before the sun went down - better to si... Read more

The shower in my room went from burning hot to cold every thirty seconds. The service at the hotel was mediocre at best. Overall the hotel was ok, but not great. It is walking distance to town which is nice and it is nice for families since there are plenty of activities on site.

We drove to Jackson by night and got there around 1am. We did not have a room. The hotel was oversold by expedia and couldn't possibly take us. They offered a room at the Rustic Inn and free breakfast fot the day after and the next one which we did have availability. The Rustic Inn is a nicer hotel and more expensive. We had a very good room and went back to the SnowKing which is pretty good too. The personnel was very nice to us and offered good solutions to the problem. The restaurant is good ... Read more

Condo/Townhome was misrepresented on-line which showed an updated & nice space. In reality, the three floor Townhome had filthy carpeting throughout, very old furnishings, marginally working appliances and lack of supplies for our 6 day stay.

The staff was great. The restaurant was pretty decent. The view was nice. The room was awful. Our room was very dark, and the air in the room was dusty and stale. We felt like the room needed to be power washed to get it clean. The HVAC was so loud we could not hear the TV. The bed was so uncomfortable the neither of us slept well at all, even after a full day of touring and hiking. We were with a large group, and several others had similar experiences. I loved the location of this hotel. It is minutes from downtown Jackson and the shops and restaurants. But I enjoyed being out of the hubub, quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains, easy parking for my large truck. The restaurant in the hotel was excellant and I had breakfast there every day. Service great, peaceful and again with beautiful views. It's a short drive to the National Museum of wildlife art which is superb, and a few more minutes to the Grand Tetons. About an hou... Read more

While the town and area are wonderful, this hotel did not meet expectations. Booked by our group representative for a business meeting, the hotel fell way below the expectations of the guests. Rooms need to be updated and better maintained. Cleanliness was the primary issue.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is little to no noise from one room to another. It is a very pleasant area. The rooms need some work. The wall air conditioning / heating unit is so loud that you need to turn it off to hear each other or to sleep. We were there in the fall and we were ok over night. I think this would be a problem in the middle of the ski season. Small things like the dresser drawers not staying closed, the fan in the bathroom not working at all and the bathroom doo... Read more

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at the updated decor of the entry/lobby. This was soon deflated as we discovered the remodel was limited to the most visible areas. The sheets were as old and thin as I have ever experienced, the pillows were lumpy, and there was very little covering on the bed. I would expect the first order of importance in a hotel upgrade to be the beds/bedding/pillows/duvet! The shower water pressure was very weak and it switched from very hot to cool and was difficul... Excellent location near downtown Jackson. When we first checked in were given really small room with no place to hang cloth, Went to front desk and were quickly assigned much larger and better located room. Went to Hayden's Post restaurant for breakfast and happy hour. A lot of confusion. Staff appeared to be poorly trained and not well informed. Maybe we were there at bad time as summer staff had left and ski season had not started.
