My wife and I have stayed at Spring Creek Ranch multiple times because of the comfortable rooms and the beautiful views of the Teton Mountains. We enjoy the studio rooms/condo's, which have a fireplace and full kitchen. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is large and has a wide variety of accomodations depending on your budget and the size of your group. Our favorite time to visit is January/February when the elk are in the refuge and snow if plentiful. We have traveled a... Read more

When we arrived at Spring Creek we walked into our room and the view of the Tetons was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spacious and well appointed, the staff was terrific, and they had a genuine wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood stacked outside. We will definitely return!

Beautiful setting overlooking the valley at the feet of the grand Tetons. 10 minutes from Jackson Wyoming. Scenery, wildlife in grand teton national park were awesome. An hour and a half to yellowstones south gate, well worth the trip. We had a hotel room at the ranch, not that great but we didn't spend much time in it so no complaints. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds, pool, spa and hot tub, restaurant and bar were nice. Would definitely return

Spring Creek Ranch has a wonderful view of the Teton Mountains; however, it needs a refurbishment of its rooms. When making our reservation, we were not told that the restaurant was closed (pre-season), even for breakfast unless one purchased in advance a breakfast package. And, it would have been helpful and time saving, to know that the south gate Yellowstone National Park did not open until the day we departed. Do your own homework.

We were here for a wedding. Our room was on the second floor, a "lock out" option for the full condo. Comfortable bed, plenty of water and fantastic views of the Grand Tetons from our balcony. The units are a bit tired, need updating. There is a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the closet in the bathroom. A second bedroom had twin beds, handy if you have different sleeping patterns. I would like to give a special mention to Luke at the front desk, a very capable problem solver and quite prof... Read more

This was my third visit to SCR. I've been here on business and pleasure. I'm never disappointed. The locating is on top of a mountain, overlooking Jackson and the Grand Tetons! How bad could it be? Oh! And there are resident moose, too. I've stayed in several different cabins, including a 3 bedroom condo. It is a little rustic, compared to a Ritz Carlton, but you are in Wyoming!!! If I had a complaint about the cabins, it is that the lighting in the bathrooms are not the best, but you are ... Read more

OMG, this place is so beautiful! The best view from a bar or patio I the area! Drive up the mountain to Spring Creek Ranch. Then go to the Granary which is a bar/restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and the view.....breathtaking!!!! We even spotted a few deer walking around. A truly amazing place. Checked in easily and sent to one of their "condos" scattered across a big area. After waiting for the wagon ride to pass by we drove up the hill to our room. While the decor and the room itself was a bit dated, it was reasonably clean and well furnished. Of course the view from our back porch was stunning and worth the price of admission. Would have been better if they had cleaned the glass doors though. Additionally, a bit of attention to oiling the glass doors so they open more easily would h... Read more

We stayed in a Spring Creek Ranch townhouse. We were a party of two mature couples. The unit had two very nicely appointed bedrooms plus a loft with two additional beds, so the place could have accommodated 8 or more people. The units look new on the outside but are probably about 20 yrs old and probably receive a fair bit of rough use from skiers in winter, so things are a bit worn but not badly so. Most impressively, though, is the setting and accompanying views, which are magnificent of t... Read more

We had a room with a great view of the cliff side. The room wasn't bad. Carpets/flooring really need updated. Our room had an iron burn on it. Rooms come with a small fridge which we used for drinks and snacks. The staff at the hotel and the Granary restaurant were very helpful. The Granary has a pub like floor open between 4-10 with piano players. We didn't go, but it was packed and looked fun. We did go there for breakfast and were disappointed with the food. My 2 kids, husband and I stayed at Spring Creek Ranch last Thursday night. We were initially impressed by the property. The buildings look great on the outside. The views from each building are stunning. However, once we entered our room, we found very dated decor, old bedding, brown and dirty carpets, cracked tile in the bathroom and a screen door to the small deck that was rickety at best. As, I believe, most of the units are privately owned, the standards of upkeep may vary and may not measure up to a 5 star property. However, this did not detract from how thrilled we were with staying here. The swimming pool, for example, was under repair during our 4 night stay...a major disappointment to one of us who swims daily. However, the kindness and understanding of the property manager in compensating us f... Read more

This is a very nice resort with stunning mountain views. The horseback ride on property was one of the most fun things I've ever done! Absolutely stunning. My only complaint is that the carpet in our 4 bedroom condo needed to be replaced badly... But even so we loved the experience and will definitely be back

Very nice location. Ride up along the ridge was spectacular view of the tetons in the distance, as well as the elk refuge below. Our guide was informative and friendly. Ranch was well kept and clean. Easy to get to

The pictures do not do it justice! Our room was beautiful. It had a large stone fireplace, stunning mountain views, a very comfortable king bed. The staff were so helpful and the restaurant delicious! We will always come here while visiting Jackson Hole and the Tetons!

First I would like to say that the views are all they are said to be and we are very pleased with the views. However our stay was very uncomfortable due to the overall cleanliness to the facility and amenities. I will list them in order for you: - after checking into our room, we we're welcomed by stained carpet. Not small stains but rather large stains throughout the room and the stairs. - we attempted to get on wifi and were unsuccessful, we called the front desk and spoke with Luke and he was... Read more

We stayed for four nights for a wedding in October. The setting immediately took our breath away. Rooms are well appointed. Views were sensational. We had a room on top of ours and it was extremely noisy. The restaurant never answered their phone to order room service or make a reservation. Being up on the ranch you are limited with food options so it was were well frustrating when they didn't answer and then one day when they did they said their kitchen was cooking today. Although we enjoyed ... Read more

Reviews are pretty accurate here. Views are amazing and great access to parks, town, airport. Most staff friendly while upper management seemed checked out. Pool and hot tubs were either not working or not open. Rooms was very dated, dark, crack tiles, dirty pillows, poorly lite, stained carpet, etc... found cup of cigarette butts on my porch that remained for the three days while I was there. Food on site was OK. Upon check out was billed inaccurately and staff told me it was my problem, later ... Read more

We stayed in a townhouse that included a garage. We arrived to warmer and sunny weather but a front blew through that brought rain then accumulating snow which made the garage very nice to have. Place was very nice, had a grotto with fireplace and two couches, very cozy especially when weather got cold. There was lots of firewood and the views of the Tetons were spectacular. Great location and easy access to town. Big drawbacks were place had outdated kitchen and bathrooms and the wifi was ... Read more

Stayed here for one night for my fiancaes birthday. Found a discounted rate on jacksonhole.com. Got a king room with a firplace. I asked for a top floor but one wasnt available. We got to our room and that is where I became disappointed. I did not show it because I wanted my fiance to have a great time. Here is what I thought about it. It was definately the discounted room. Guess if you pay full price, you get a full price room. The walls were plain. 2 pictues throughout. The log that was placed... Read more

I was here to attend a conference and talked my husband into taking time off from work to come with me. I had gone to a resort in Sedona last year and regretted that he hadn't come with me, so I encouraged him to come this time. Spring Creek wasn't nearly as nice but we had a good time anyway. It's hard to complain about any place that is as physically beautiful as Jackson, WY! We were in a cabin that had a small kitchen which was helpful in saving money (didn't have to eat out every meal), and ... Read more

We have been going to Spring Creek Ranch every other year for 10+ years. We did not go last year. We just sent 2 nights there and I have to say I feel very disappointed. The service at the front desk was efficient but impersonal. The room is definitely shabby. I feel like nothing has been done in all the years we have been going to maintain the quality of the rooms. Carpet is old, stained and has burn holes. Nails are exposed in the area transitioning between carpet and bathroom which hurt when ... Read more

Thank you to Chase: an up & coming resort Mgr. if the owners know whats right! It was a nice property with beautiful Teton views but the lack of an open restaurant (days before Thanksgiving) & of course a closed outdoor pool means they should NOT charge their 'resort fee' at this time of year. Also: they desperately need to update those showers & the hot tub from the 80's! Converting the wood fireplace to gas wouldn't hurt either to compete with others (although we understand this is part of t... Read more

My husband and I treated ourselves by staying in a lovely fireplace cabin overlooking Spring Creek Ranch. There is a walk from the car park to the cabin - we had an early departure planned and when carrying bags to the vehicle at 6:30am all the walkway lights went out. It was snowy and icy - this was a very dangerous and idiotic thing to do - maybe the lights are programmed to come on and off but we are now in winter daylight hours - it is not light til 7am earliest. If I am still sore after s... Read more

We went to this hotel based on online review and celebrity reviews. Clearly neither of them had been to this hotel. TripAdvisor had the real story. This hotel is a mess. I did not read the TripAdvisor reviews until after we had booked and they had the money....yes they do take the money well in advance. The view was wonderful....but that is all that was wonderful. The room had a very outdated bathroom on an outside wall with no heat....and it is cold there now. They told me on the phone t... Read more
