Our stay at the Rusty Parrot was wonderful. The room was lovely, the service was outstanding and the restaurant was everything you would expect from a 4 diamond rating. All this without a hint of pretense made the Rusty Parrot a lodge we truly loved and would recommend to everyone. Kudos to the entire organization.

Nice decorations, comfortable bed and pillows, and friendly staff! Enjoy the free chocolate and the piece of poem provided every day! Awesome place to stay if you want to visit the Greater Yellowstone Region and the Jackson town. Five star recommendation!

We loved our stay. We felt like we were being treated like royalty. The workers were very gracious and the bell hop took our bag to our room and started our fire for us in our fireplace. The desk workers were eager to help us find good dinning and recommended some sights we might enjoy. It was a very good experience.

The Rusty Parrot Lodge has top notch staff. The meals are prepared with love. I recommend dinner and breakfast. I had invited clients to the hotel for dinner and it was a big hit. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We always stay at the Rusty Parrot when visiting Jackson. This visit was unexpected and was a result of a spur of the moment decision to change our route. The hotel accommodated us with their normal excellence. Food was superb. This one night stop was the highlight of our trip.

Last May 2015 my husband and I discovered this amazing lodge on our first trip to the Elkfest in Jackson and knew the Rusty Parrot would be our go to place to stay on future visits to Jackson. When the Elkfest came around again this May 2016, there was no need to search for a hotel because we knew exactly where we were going to stay, the Rusty Parrot Lodge of course. Both of our stays were wonderful from the start. The customer service is top notch and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I ... Read more

We stayed at the Rusty Parrot while visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. We had a room with fireplace on the third floor, spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff are wonderful, always pleasant and attentive. The library on the third floor is a nice place to hang out and the coffee and cookies provided are a plus. Location is great. Highly recommend and would visit again!

We really loved the Rusty Parrot. Supremely helpful concierge staff - while we were checking in, I could hear one of them arranging for a private wildlife tour over the phone, and clearly the tour providers weren't used to doing this kind of thing, but she made it happen for the guests anyhow. Nice. The staff were also very helpful to us. We came back to the hotel after dinner, and were looking to have a single drink at the hotel bar, but they were closing up. The host we spoke with told ... Read more

You will want for nothing. Tea, water, coffee, cookies, fruit all available when you want them. Jacuzzi has beautiful view with fire pits to warm you. Great location to walk to town to eat or shop. But still a quite area so you can sleep with the windows open. Restaurant was fabulous, especially dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

Rusty Parrot Lodge is a perfect luxury hotel in downtown Jackson. Everyone with the hotel staff were Wyoming friendly, helpful and accommodating all day and every day. The rooms were very spacious, the beds had luxurious linens and room amenities like chocolate on the night stand each night. It is close walking distance to the Town Square shopping, bars and restaurants, but it is not on the travel path of bus tours. The Wild Sage Restaurant was the best meal in town if you are a foodie, and I h... Read more

Lovely small hotel in quiet yet convenient-to-downtown location. Very comfortable beds with feather pillows and good linens. Cozy library area with coffee, tea, infused water and cookies, second floor deck with fire pits for late night conversations, drinks, and stargazing. Wonderful staff--from front desk, restaurant servers, the young man who carried my suitcase to the room--everyone was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent--we ate out three nights at top local restaurants,... Read more

We are from the South where hospitality is king. The Rusty Parrot and all its employee's belong in the South. Everyone from the front desk to bell hops to employee's in the restaurant were exceptional, friendly and willing to go out of there way to help us.

Spent our 30th year wedding anniversary at the Rusty Parrot. Great location in JH. Walking distance to town for shopping and restaurants. Staff did a great job recommending tour guides, whitewater rafting, rodeo and restaurants. Third floor outdoor area had a two fire pits and couch/chairs to relax after being out all day. Overall great experience.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a weeklong western adventure and we had a fantastic stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations as well as helping us get rodeo tickets. Ed spent a lot of time talking to us about the area and places to go in and around Jackson, Yellowstone and the Tetons. The rooms were beautiful and the outdoor deck was great. I also loved the snacks they gave us for the road! Highly recommended.

We stayed here for four nights over the Fourth of July holiday. All of the staff from check-in, to wait staff were extremely knowledgeable about the area and attractions. The restaurant served gourmet breakfasts and dinners. Our room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. There was hot coffee and tea in the mornings and warm cookies in the afternoon to enjoy. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck while watching the fireworks. The location of this hotel makes it easy to walk to the quaint... Read more

Stayed here for one night at the end of our YNP/GTNP adventure. It was terrific and would definitely stay here again. The location of this small hotel is convenient in the heart of Jackson but on a quiet block adjacent to a park. My family stayed at the Rusty Parrot for a week. It was fabulous! The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant--whether breakfast or dinner--is the best food in Jackson by far!!! I love sitting on the deck at night by the fireside, and I love sitting in the lounge with coffee in the morning. All the tour recommendations have been top notch as well. I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

Small lodge with superb restaurant and spa made this the perfect way to decompress after 10 days in the nearby National Parks. Staff was friendly, helpful and relaxed. The enormous bed was delicious to fall into; comfort and rustic charm abounded. Delightful bath, plush robes, lots of nice touches. Only two blocks from the town square, but quiet and tranquil. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfection in Jackson Hole. Spent six days here. The Inn's hospitality, d├ęcor, and awesomeness match the beauty of the Tetons. Everyone is so helpful. The rooms are decorated perfectly. The breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Dinner at the restaurant was perfection. The spa was incredibly relaxing. We loved the library with coffee early in the AM and the deck with cocktails in the evenings. Just a really great place! Can't wait to go back!

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Best night sleep! Simply put, perfect! :) We were fortunate to be able to book on short notice. The staff was professional and welcoming. The hotel is intimate and for lack of a better word, petite. Hated to leave but with all the beauty the surrounding area holds, will definitely come back!
