We were a group of 7 people staying 10 nights for a ski holiday and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The team at the Parkway are lovely and Jackie the owner incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious with loads of storage room and the jacuzzi is great. Perfect location just a block from the ski bus stop, and one night the driver even dropped us at the door! 5 minutes and you're in town. We couldn't have chosen better. Thank you Jackie and team for a fantastic stay.

We've just visited in the shoulder season. We picked the Parkway for its exceptional value and we ended up staying four nights. To be fair, I stayed at the Amangani for two nights on my honeymoon, so it may not be possible for me to give another hotel in Jackson five stars. But besides the fact that the hotel looks like it was decorated by a grandma (flowered wallpaper, lots of nice antique furniture), and the (free) continental breakfasts are nothing special compared to the nearby Lotus Cafe, ... Stayed 3 nights and found the Parkway an excellent place to stay. Has everything one needs including pool, jacuzzi and sauna. My room was clean and in nicely appointed. Located within a short walk (2-3 blocks) from all the action downtown Jackson. I work in Jackson 3-4 times a year and this place is tops. I will return.

We could only spend one night at the Parkway, but we will be back! From the gracious welcome to the lovely room with real antiques and adequate reading lights (a problem in so many places) it couldn't have been nicer. The bathroom was redone and pleasant, and breakfast was ok as well. A short walk to the town square and nice restaurants is also a plus. One caution--there is no elevator, although there is a dumb waiter for getting suitcases up to the second floor. All in all, this was as nic... Read more

We loved this place, we had room 20 which had two queen beds in and had plenty of room to move around. A big desk , small table with two winged back chairs. Comfy bed & pillows & spotlessly clean. The bathroom was very small, but it didn't bother us as the sink is just outside with plenty of room. It had a very tiny fridge and a coffee maker. No microwave. But you are only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants & bars. The swimming pool is a little chilly, but there is two lovely hot spa's ... Read more

Spent two nights at the hotel. The stuff was very welcoming and provided us with much information. They serve a continental breakfast, which was basic but satisfying. Room was very large and clean, with great bath and a balcony. Plenty of parking in a great location. I'd recommend this to a friend.

I considered this lovely hotel a step above the Hampton Inn. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room is nicely decorated and since it is not a chain hotel it gives you the feeling of a bed & breakfast. Our room had 2 queen beds, an actual chiffonier that also had a humidifier for the dry weather. It was very nice to have 2 high back wing chairs and a small table. The room also had a desk with an appropriate chair. I was surprised to see the tub was a whirlpool. For me the only slight minus is t... Read more

We had a pleasant experience at the Parkway Inn. The rooms were well renovated and nicer than we expected. The customer service was kind and helpful. It was somewhat crowded in the breakfast area, and all the guests were awkwardly quiet. I think a little music might have made it a little less awkward. All-in-all the Parkway Inn met or exceeded or expectations.

I was very surprised how nice the rooms were at this hotel. When you first drive up, it doesn't look like anything special, but once you get into your room it's almost like being in a B&B with antique furniture. It was also only a couple of blocks walk to the center of town and all of it's bars, restaurants and, mostly, galleries. I would recommend the Parkway Inn anytime.

There is a reason that this hotel was one of the few in town not to have a vacancy the first week of June. As long as you are not looking for a resort, this place offers everything you need to enjoy the area for a modest price. It looks like a clean but unassuming motel from the outside and more deluxe property once you step into a room. Each room is spacious with a very comfortable bed and large sitting area. The bathroom is small, but there is a full tub and plenty of hot water. The A/C works ... Read more

Our room was very well decorated, reasonably priced, and great location close to the downtown area. As other commenters note, it doesn't look like much from the outside but do not be put off by that. Jackson is a FUN town!

At more than 360 $ per night this is plain robbery. Some may call this a nostalgic return to the past, but I call it continue to keep milking worn out premises. We got what they call a King Bedroom suite, but it is by far not matching the quality of a standard room in a average decent modern hotel. The fridge produced so much heat that you were obliged to put the airco on. That unit made so much noise that even at "low fan", you got the impression of sleeping next to a jetplane engine. You get ... Read more

The room was large with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. All standard for this accomodation. Bathroom was small with toilet and shower/bath. Washbasin outside but separated from room by partition. Old fashioned building and decor but adequate for one night passing through Jackson Hole. Buffet breakfast was good but dining area very small.

This little beauty was full of surprises. Great find! Staff is great, the breakfast that is served is very good, and the rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Wifi works very well, even from 2nd floor. Bathrooms are nice, though a tad small. Beds are not bad, pillows are a little uncomfortable. Only reason I have one less star.

Our Family of 4 (kids 11 and 13) stayed her for 3 days. At first glance, it looks like a motel, but it is very nice inside. The rooms can be a little cramped, but they are well decorated and maintained. The location is perfect! Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Jackson to be quiet, but an easy walk for restaurants, bars, and shopping. The breakfast was a welcome addition. It is a nice continental breakfast and everyone was able to find food they liked. The pool was a fun hangout fo... Read more

My husband and I stayed at this inn after passing through yellowstone. We love this place. We got room 19 on the end and will request it any time we come back. The room is perfect and spacious enough; the coffee is amazing and the bed is so so so comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the service was incredible. I am so happy we discovered this place.

Stayed for two nights. Rooms are nice and clean. Convenient location within walking distance of the shops in the town center. For some reason, did not sleep well on these beds, but that could just have been me (rest of family slept fine). Breakfast was ok, but could be classified as continental. Does have the feel of a B&B. We would stay again!

Stayed two nights. Room was very nice, staff helpful, breakfast was great. Nice touches: q-tips and cotton balls on the bath vanity, and terry bath robes. If we hadn't had other plans we would loved to have stayed longer. Best place we stayed on our two-week western trip. Maybe next time!

Good location close to the centre of town but a few streets away so noise wasn't an issue. The room was very nicely furnished, well laid out and a decent size. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the wifi worked well and the continental breakfast was decent.

Our family of 4 stayed here recently on a trip to Grand Teton Nat'l Park. We found our room to be extremely clean and homey, with vintage/antique furniture and decor. The bathroom was small but very functional and the beds were extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was average (oatmeal, cereal, pastries, etc). Unfortunately we were on a tight travel schedule so we were not able to try out the pool, jacuzzi, gym or sauna. We found the price to be reasonable for the area.

We booked this hotel not expecting much, as it was on the lower end of the price spectrum for Jackson. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and -out were quick and painless. When we arrived in the evening, there were brownies and juice available in the lobby lounge. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We weren't really thrilled with the memory foam pillows, but that's a preference thing. There was a continental break... Read more

My vote would be more, but I can not. Stunning hotel, vintage / country style. Excellent location, within minutes you can reach the Downtown on foot or in half hour you can get to G.Teton Park. Breakfast well stocked, clean and well-maintained room. Fitness center & spa good for the category. The Indoor pool is on the standard level. Very quiet area. Welcoming environment. Friendly, helpful and really nice staff. "I would not recommend it", but "the OBLIGATION" for those who want to stay in Jack... Read more

Very clean room, and professional staff on site. This hotel was in a great spot, just off the main road, and walking distance to the town square. Everything worked just as it should. Although the price was a bit high, it was right in line with all the other motels nearby. We would stay there again.
