We were a group of 7 people staying 10 nights for a ski holiday and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The team at the Parkway are lovely and Jackie the owner incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious with loads of storage room and the jacuzzi is great. Perfect location just a block from the ski bus stop, and one night the driver even dropped us at the door! 5 minutes and you're in town. We couldn't have chosen better. Thank you Jackie and team for a fantastic stay.

We've just visited in the shoulder season. We picked the Parkway for its exceptional value and we ended up staying four nights. To be fair, I stayed at the Amangani for two nights on my honeymoon, so it may not be possible for me to give another hotel in Jackson five stars. But besides the fact that the hotel looks like it was decorated by a grandma (flowered wallpaper, lots of nice antique furniture), and the (free) continental breakfasts are nothing special compared to the nearby Lotus Cafe, ... Stayed 3 nights and found the Parkway an excellent place to stay. Has everything one needs including pool, jacuzzi and sauna. My room was clean and in nicely appointed. Located within a short walk (2-3 blocks) from all the action downtown Jackson. I work in Jackson 3-4 times a year and this place is tops. I will return.

We could only spend one night at the Parkway, but we will be back! From the gracious welcome to the lovely room with real antiques and adequate reading lights (a problem in so many places) it couldn't have been nicer. The bathroom was redone and pleasant, and breakfast was ok as well. A short walk to the town square and nice restaurants is also a plus. One caution--there is no elevator, although there is a dumb waiter for getting suitcases up to the second floor. All in all, this was as nic... Read more

We loved this place, we had room 20 which had two queen beds in and had plenty of room to move around. A big desk , small table with two winged back chairs. Comfy bed & pillows & spotlessly clean. The bathroom was very small, but it didn't bother us as the sink is just outside with plenty of room. It had a very tiny fridge and a coffee maker. No microwave. But you are only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants & bars. The swimming pool is a little chilly, but there is two lovely hot spa's ... Read more

I considered this lovely hotel a step above the Hampton Inn. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room is nicely decorated and since it is not a chain hotel it gives you the feeling of a bed & breakfast. Our room had 2 queen beds, an actual chiffonier that also had a humidifier for the dry weather. It was very nice to have 2 high back wing chairs and a small table. The room also had a desk with an appropriate chair. I was surprised to see the tub was a whirlpool. For me the only slight minus is t... Read more

We had a pleasant experience at the Parkway Inn. The rooms were well renovated and nicer than we expected. The customer service was kind and helpful. It was somewhat crowded in the breakfast area, and all the guests were awkwardly quiet. I think a little music might have made it a little less awkward. All-in-all the Parkway Inn met or exceeded or expectations.

I was very surprised how nice the rooms were at this hotel. When you first drive up, it doesn't look like anything special, but once you get into your room it's almost like being in a B&B with antique furniture. It was also only a couple of blocks walk to the center of town and all of it's bars, restaurants and, mostly, galleries. I would recommend the Parkway Inn anytime.

There is a reason that this hotel was one of the few in town not to have a vacancy the first week of June. As long as you are not looking for a resort, this place offers everything you need to enjoy the area for a modest price. At more than 360 $ per night this is plain robbery. Some may call this a nostalgic return to the past, but I call it continue to keep milking worn out premises. We got what they call a King Bedroom suite, but it is by far not matching the quality of a standard room in a average decent modern hotel. The fridge produced so much heat that you were obliged to put the airco on. That unit made so much noise that even at "low fan", you got the impression of sleeping next to a jetplane engine. Our family of 4 stayed here recently on a trip to Grand Teton Nat'l Park. We found our room to be extremely clean and homey, with vintage/antique furniture and decor. The bathroom was small but very functional and the beds were extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was average (oatmeal, cereal, pastries, etc). We selected this motel because of its high reviews and location off the highway. The suite was very clean, modern, well appointed and roomy. Our only complaint is that Jackson Street is very busy. The locals use it as a bypass to circumvent the nearly gridlocked highway through town. We like to sit on the balcony which meant lots of road noise. If you choose to stay here, you may want to ask for a room off of that street.

We stayed here two nights and it was a pleasure. We are a couple of seniors. First, we walked a few block s to the Hatch Restaurant (great by the way) and then we walked around town after dinner. Even though it was dark, it was a safe walk back to the hotel. A city park is across the street. Our room had very nice large living with big screen tv and sofas, frig, nice size bath and a separate bed area with another big screen tv and tons of storage, closet. Newly decorated. Comfortable bed and... Read more

We stayed here for one night and had heard that it was a bit quirky. In this we were not disappointed. The downtown location, beside a quiet park, is a short walk to several restaurants. We enjoyed both The Blue Lion and Bin 22. The western motif is ideal for Jackson. Our suite with a separate sitting area and extra TV was lovely with lots of cupboard space for hanging clothes, a bar area with a sink and a private patio with chairs and table. The continental breakfast included lots of selections of cereals, fruits, juices, bagels, breads and pastries. Parking is safely within the hotel property. ... Read more

We stayed here on the way home from Yellowstone and found Parkway Inn to be the perfect place for our one night stay. Perfect location to walk to the brewery, dinner and check out the town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean and had access to a shares balcony to enjoy the views. I would definitely stay here again!!

Although an expensive room, it was beautifully appointed, very airy, and quiet, in spite of being on the street. Breakfast was far better than normal motel fair, and staff was pleasant and responsive. Is in walking distance to all of downtown Jackson.
