We had a wonderful stay at this hotel conveniently located right next to the center square of Jackson Hole. The rooms are spacious with separate sitting room and bedroom and a complete kitchen! The fireplace is a nice touch as well. They use Neutrogena products (shampoo, soap, etc) which are extremely nice! Housekeeping is great and will bring up any extra supplies you might need. The staff is super friendly and offer great suggestions for restaurants, shopping or other activities. We would love... Read more

No air conditioning, claimed they had not switched over for the season and construction activity was very loud which was very misleading on their website. Indicated that the swimming pool and spa was not available, not that they were having daily construction activity

we visit the Tetons in early May. There were no lines at the park and the hotels were practically empty. We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Jackson Hole. The service was great and the price was also ($136/night). This included free breakfast and dinner! The food was also great. There was a free washer and dryer on each floor, that we made much use of, since we hiked quite a bit. The one drawback at the park was there was a lot of snow still on the hiking trails.

This was a nice hotel with a very helpful staff. It was fairly easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go from this location, and we stayed here on our way to Yellowstone. A nice touch is that they offer a light dinner every evening. There wasn't a huge selection, but it was still nice of them to make it easy (after a long, tiring day) to grab a bite and head up to your room.

So I finally got up to shut it off, only to realize a huge noise is coming from outside my window. my room directly overlooks some kind of large noisy operating machinery that sounds like a jet engine. Our family of 4 could not all fit in the beds. The room was so small that it was impossible to get out on the wall side of each bed. We had no other options because of our late arrival and the scarcity of rooms in Jackson Hole. The photos make the room appear much larger. When we complained that the room with the beds was tiny, the girl at the front desk referred to the room as a "mini" suite, which is NOT what we thought we were booking for 350 a night. This is a great location, and brand new hotel, with easy parking, an indoor pool/hot tub, and a good breakfast all going for it. But the rooms are RIDICULOUSLY small, especially for almost $400 a night. You couldn't use the pull out sofa without putting the furniture into the kitchen. It's the size of a small regular hotel room but with a big wall down the middle making it very cramped and uncomfortable and there were only 2 of us. There are a lot better values in town.

We spent July 4th in this town and as we usually stay with a Hilton property, we chose this one for its reviews. It is nothing more than the usual Homewood suites, with a tiny bedroom, barely fitting the bed and oversized dresser which I had to squeeze past all the time; also had a split bathroom, which is a personal dislike.
