Like this place particularly due to it's location right in the center of town. Walking distance to town square and many great restaurants. Found a very reasonable rate. The place is a bit dated but clean. The spa/hot tub need some updating or work (missing tiles). Friendly staff and very accommodating. Actually booked this on Booking.com they had a better rate than trip advisor.

This is a basic old time motel. No amenities to speak of but it is three blocks from the square making it a great choice when you don't want to mess with the traffic. Rustic cabin decor, friendly staff and one of the best lodging values in this high-priced tourist town.

Was quite, well priced, easy access, and within walking distance to shops and eating spots. Bed was compvey, and bathroom was fine. Interesting decor also. Very cowboy oriented. Would stay again when in area.

I was on a motorcycle trip on my Harley Davidson and I came into town around dusk with no reservation and was very lucky to find a room at this inn. I was very pleased with the room, it was clean and comfortable. The folks in the office were nice and pleasant. This summer some of my friends are staying here because of my good experiences.

The Room we got was clean and spacious, had a little table, a microwave and a fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a bid small, but as the sink is in the room it is not too much of an issue. The wifi is not the fastest, but it is fast enough to check your emails. The staff was also friendly. The one issue we had was that our neighbour liked to take long midnight showers, and unfortunately you could hear it through the wall. The location otherwise is close to downtown ... Read more

My friend and I stayed here for a couple days while in town for a race. Not some swanky tourist place, but a nice quiet little motel next to the creek. Older, but very clean. Within walking distance to downtown. Parking was a bit limited, but we still managed to get a spot in the lot each night. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if I was in town!

The hotel was located off main street so it was fairly quiet. The room was dated and very crammed. We had two double beds and a little table. The beds were saggy. The bathroom was small but water pressure was good. Since we were only staying one night so it was okay.

We stayed several days at this hotel. This is an older motel where every room opens to the exterior and you have a large window to view the world, or to be viewed in your room. In our case the window had Venetian blinds which never felt quite enclosing enough. The hotel has two parallel two story segments with the office in a separate building between the two sections. Rooms are good sized, furnished with western like furniture. The bathroom has the commode and shower in a separate small ro... Read more

This place was an affordable hotel that had a pretty good "in the woods" kind of feel. If you're looking for a place that won't break the bank but is a neater experience than the typical budget motel, this is worth checking out!

Situated only a couple of blocks from Jackson's colourful town centre and backing on to Flat Creek this is a cozy little motel and despite the smallish room has everything required for a pleasant stay. In addition to the comfortable queen bed it had a table and chairs, good sized dresser for storage, flatscreen TV, fridge, microwave, workdesk and iron/ironing board. Furniture is of a chunky wooden style which fits in with the western theme of the town. The bathroom (shower over bath) was small a... Read more

Very nice motel in a great location. Walking distance to downtown Jackson. The rooms are a good size and clean. The bathroom is a bit small. The staff is friendly and parking is free. Would stay here again for the value and proximity to downtown.

A bit on the small size but very adequate for our needs. Neat as a pin. Clean and comfortable beds. Very close to town. Given room rates in Jackson this was a very fairly priced room. Breakfast was not included but a good breakfast place was just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

The Angler is a motel that has been updated. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Jackson. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Friendly staff. The rooms are fairly small but have decent appointments including a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Prices are high in Jackson, so this motel is attractive as more affordable. There is also a separate house available that sleeps 6 that would be s good value. Free parking and wifi; no breakfast included.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is there is no comp breakfast. The place is spacious, clean and 5 minutes walk to the town square. Andrea is a delight to work with if you have any issues. There is however a couple of fast food restaurants and a great breakfast place called the Virginian just a 5 minute ride away.

Great place to stay in Jackson! Very accommodating staff, comfortable, affordable, and close to everything! My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We were very grateful to find an available room on short notice. The lady at the front desk, Debbie, was so friendly, accommodating and understanding of our situation. We're evacuees of the cliff creek fire and have had to move from hotel, to hotel as we can not return home and available hotel rooms are scarce this time of year. Angler's Inn was... Read more

If you're looking for the typical antiseptic, prescribed, modern hotel/motel, this is not where you want to be. The first thing to strike me was the office. It seems to be the hotel owner/manager's front room, which is not bad - just different. It's clean, but you may find yourself sitting on the edge of the chair that sits in front of the desk where they will check you into your room, just because it's not the typical setting for a motel clerk! They offer government rates, which I've found to... Read more

Anglers inn was clean and had all the amenities needed to be comfy. Close to Downtown and quiet. Enjoyed the rustic decor of the rooms and the front desk staff were great. Parking was easy and convenient. Nice size small fridge and microwave. Worked great for two climbers before and after our climb. I'd stay again.

This is a great place to stay, however, the mattress in our room appeared to be worn out and soft. I've noticed other reviewers liked the mattresses, so maybe we happened to get an old mattress. The room was large, but the bathroom is small. The decor and furnishings in the room are nice. The property also supplies ice if you need it. The staff was friendly and helpful. We returned yesterday from our fifth stay at the Anglers Inn.There are several reasons we return regularly. The beds are extremely comfortable and their pillows are far superior to those at much more expensive hotels. The room was clean and habitable, with a TV and internet. Otherwise this this is a bare-basics motel with no other amenities and a steep price for what you get. We were grateful to find a place to stay in Jackson Hole that wouldn't break the bank after searching sort of last minute. Though in regular world, you can get a pretty luxurious room for $200+, it didn't go that far in this town. The Angler's Inn was surprisingly nice. We weren't sure since we never stayed here before and it being not one of the standard hotel chains, it could be hit or miss. From the outside, you couldn't tell either how the inside would be. However, we were glad to find out ... Read more

Anglers Inn Jackson/Jackson Hole, WY If you are looking for bargain prices for lodging you're probably not going to find much to choose from in the Jackson / Jackson Hole area. The vast majority of land is held by governments, National Parks , and private trusts with a serious bent toward wilderness area and non- development. Thus there is little real estate available to develop lodging and the small pool of beds keeps prices up. So it is refreshing to discover a little ge... Read more

This hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and they are in walking distance to historic downtown along with a lot of shops and restaurants. When I checked in there was a tour bus employee that was checking their guests in. After she checked what the hotel set up against her client list she smiled and told the clerk that it was the first hotel of fourteen she had dealt with that had the rooms right for their clients on her arrival.

I discovered Anglers Inn while searching for a reasonably priced room in Jackson, Wyoming. While it is not a resort or an extravagant luxury hotel, it does meet the needs of tourists on a budget. My room was clean and everything worked as expected. It is short walk to the Jackson Town Square and the hotel staff were friendly. I would definitely book a room there again if I return to Jackson.

This is by far the most beautiful place we've been. Jackson and the teton Mountains are amazing. Now about the hotel...it was very clean and very quiet. We loved it and got some great rest. My only wish was that they had a coffee maker and maybe a small continental breakfast in the morning. It would have made this hotel top notch if we could've grabbed coffee and a muffin before heading out.

Our room was at the end of the hall overlooking the truth route. The wooden staircase was outside our room. Both truck traffic and foot traffic were loud. The cost of the room, which was higher than others we stayed in the nights before and after, did not include breakfast. These accommodations were average at best. I will say the decor was rustic and suited to the area.

We loved the location as we could walk to the older part of town with the cute shops and nice restaurants. There were two parks nearby. We used the coffee maker and room fridge to store our snacks ( we purchased at Albertson's) as we hiked in Grand Teton every day. We didn't mind the lack of breakfast as we discovered the Persephone Bakery our first morning and ate there every day! The room was very clean with rustic, but appropriate decor.

After a successful elk hunt I found myself unexpectantly in need of lodging in Jackson in late October. The Anglers INN was recommended by a local so I walked in after the dinner hour to find a cheerful and pleasant receptionist, Tina. Tina could tell I had limited options as it was late, I smelled like a campfire, I had no car, and it was getting cold. She could have told me almost any rate and I would have taken it. However, she didn't. Instead Tina gave me a super competitive rate (under... Read more
