It was a friendly place to stay on a business trip. I would recommend it as a known chain, and they are very service oriented. The fact that they provided a full breakfast was a feature which saved me time and was helpful to me as a person from out of town. Thank you for a pleasant stay

We needed somewhere to stop overnight in this area and plumped for Green River rather than the bigger town of Rock Springs. Right by the freeway and very convenient. We guessed this was a fairly new hotel but apparently not, so it has been very well maintained. We had requested a room facing the rock formations which proved to be the quieter side of the hotel, away from the freeway. The only issue with the room was the tub was slow to empty so, when showering, you are standing in several inc... Read more

After being beaten down by the wind all the way through Wyoming we decided to push a little further and made late afternoon reservations. We rounded the corner after the tunnel and there was a jewel sitting against the rock formations. Staff was awesome and the rooms were as they should be at a Hampton. Good job folks, thank you!

Whenever we visit family, this is our pick! The staff is very friendly and efficient. They know the area and can make recommendations for restaurants and activities. The accommodations are pleasant, clean and quiet. The breakfast includes healthy choices such as oatmeal and fruit salads. They also provide snacks & bottled water if you don't have time to sit down for breakfast. The location of the hotel is a little ways out of town but very scenic. This is one of our favorite Hampton Inns!

So great to have a really nice hotel to stay in when traveling I-80. Love the location right below those amazing rock formations. The facility is always clean and inviting. They have a good free breakfast and even to go treats if you need to check out early. Only downside is that the cost goes up substantially during weekdays so we had to move to another location during the week. Too rich for per diem.

The hotel is next to the interstate and on its own with nothing else such as shops or restaurants in the immediate area? This is a problem as the hotel serves "free" food between 5 and 7pm which consist of pizza, until it runs out, and then such things as chicken strips. After 7 there is no food available! Anything wanted has to be ordered from the local takeaways, which are mainly pizzas. There is a bar/lounge in the hotel which is open till 10 and the helpful staff made obtaining drink easy an... We were on a two-week road trip between six states, and stayed in many hotels. This one was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The reception staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. There were all the amenities and facilities of a mid-range quality hotel, but the service was lacking in attention to our needs. Even though we had our two dogs with us, there was no mention of the dog walk area in the back area of the hotel. The internet had security issues, so we were never able to log-on, and directions were given verbally, even though pads of local maps were available to draw these out for us.

This is such a gorgeous location after driving from Oregon to move cross country to Georgia. Hundreds and hundreds of miles of unscenic geography and then we dropped down into Green River, my friend and I were so surprised at the beauty of it all. The hotel standards were above what we expected, the beds were so comfortable, and the room was immaculate in cleanliness. It was our oasis for the whole 2,500 miles driven.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is a clean hotel with many amenities (breakfast is included with the room price; the rooms have microwave, coffee maker,TV with a good selection of channels, and a small refrigerator).
