Company booked room here and it was a great place to sleep. Bed was comfortable, and pillows just right. Only problem is saw was the Wi-Fi was a little slow. Good rate and a great breakfast in the morning helped get the day of right. Was supposed to stay another couple of nights but the Blizzard of March 2016 caused us to check out early and they were great to let us do that.

I have stayed at other hotels in the Douglas area & hands down the Holiday Inn Express in Douglas is the best. The staff is AWESOME, they ALWAYS greet you with a smile & nice compliments. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast area has a great selection, clean, & maintained. If you have an issue or concern they are on it to ensure it is corrected as soon as possible. Overall the Holiday Inn Express Team is why I continue to stay at that location.

I always have the best stay here. The staff is great and knows all of my room preferences and they really treat us all like VIP's. My room is always clean and ready when I get to the hotel. This is by far the best hotel in Douglas.

The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy. They had a good size conference room where we had the birthday party that turned out great! The staff was very helpful and nice! The pool was also a lot of fun for the kids!

We drove through so much heavy rain and was very tired when we arrived at this Holiday Inn Express. All I remember was that it was a very nice, clean place and we were treated nicely by the front desk. Our room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. The free Hot Breakfast was good also. If we are ever in this area again, we would stay here again.

Everything about this establishment is first class, from the facility itself, to the staff, and even the breakfast. The owner, Mary, and the manager, Paula, ensured that every detail of our stay was top notch. Every person we encountered was overly attentive and extremely friendly. The rooms are fresh, clean and remarkably comfortable. Attention to detail seems to be the theme here, from the beautiful flowers at the entryway to the distinctive soft/firm pillows and even the immaculate fitn... Read more

There are a few things my team and I look for while we're on the road: cleanliness, hot breakfast, a smile at the front desk, a pool, and the ability to do laundry. Holiday Inn Express has it all! We had a great, comfortable stay. Mary and her staff are so accommodating and kind. Thank you!

Unlike some other IHG brands, the Holiday Inn Express properties are generally newer, cleaner, and more consistently run. The Douglas Holiday Inn Express is no exception. We needed a place to stay and Douglas was a good place to stop. We were really glad to find the Holiday Inn Express. The price was right and, more importantly, the service and cleanliness exceeded expectations.

Got lucky, no reservation, had a nice clean room. Hotel seems new and fresh. Bed was great , had a choice on pillows , firm or soft. The tub had a great contour, plenty of hot water and pressure. Free breakfast, good fresh selection. Attendants were keeping on top of the cleaning and supply. Location was excellent, easy access to the Interstate. Noise level was minimal. Easy access to parking lot. Staff very helpful. I'd stay again and recommended.

The roomws well appointed and probably cleaner than anyother room I have visitedin the past decade. However, housekeeping didn't make it to my room until 7pm on the second day of my stay. Then I was fortunate enough to listen to them vaccuuming, moving furniture and banging things around in adjacent rooms for about an hour. Just when I thought I would be able to begin relaxing, myevening was interrupted because "we had a lot of change-overs today". If the cleaning staff were gone by the time... Read more

We arrived late having exhausted possibilities in Casper. We were kindly greeted at the front desk and we had no complaints about the room. You may need reservations for this inn as they often get overflow from the rodeos in Casper and The National Guard is right across the street, a popular inn for them as well. We felt lucky to have found a room so late and double lucky it was this one. We did not smell tobacco smoke. We will return.

Lovely hotel. We were on a road trip and this was by far the nicest and surprisingly cheapest place we stayed. Check in and check out was a breeze. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good! No complaints. Would for sure stay here again!

First let me say this place is immaculate. Everything from the lobby to the pool to the stairwells and rooms is positively sparkling which is unusual for chains. We love the kids suite. The kids love having their own space. Theain room is really comfortable with a great bed, up-to-date bathroom, fridge and other minor amenities. I could hear a little through the walls but not much. I wish there were more hotels that went above and beyond like this place.

Stayed here one night passing through the area. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. Lots to choose from for breakfast and it was quite tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Noticed it was pet friendly, though we didn't have a pet. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night. If not a brand new hotel, sure feels like one. Rooms are very nice and quiet and beds were the most comfortable ones we had for the trip. Staff were very friendly and breakfast area is large with a good selection. Only negative is the pet charge of $25 for a 5 lb poodle. Other chains are only charging $10. Easy access from freeway. Would definately recommend.

Most of the time we are very pleased with Holiday Inn Express but this time it was below average. We have a kiddo who likes to use the swimming pool and when we went to get the last three towels that were left we found them extremely small. The "towel strips" are about 12 inches by 36 inches. It gave us a good laugh but at the same time not enough towel to dry off. We were told the small towels are because people take the larger towels home! How about a check out system for towels? Our s... Read more

Loved the room and breakfast. Quiet and the staff was nice. One downside and that is the hot tub. Watch out if you use it. The rail that you hold onto to go in is not lined up with the stairs. I found out the hard way and ended up falling in. Wrenched my shoulder, bruised and cut my leg and twisted my ankle. I thought it was me being ungraceful but another guest had the same issue right before me. Be sure you know where the first step is before you go in!! When my kid went to the front desk and... My husband and I stopped in Douglas on 2 October 2016 on our way to Yellowstone. We had stayed at another Holiday Inn Express in Council Bluffs the night before where our truck was broken into. (Separate review posted.). We arrived in Douglas that night with no window in our truck, looking for a safe place to park for the night. The assistance that we received from the local police department to locate safe accommodations for the night (coincidentally yet another Holiday inn Express) was simp... Read more

I came back home to Douglas to visit family. I had a lovely three day stay at the Holiday Inn. Adrianne the front desk manager was very kind and helpful. My room was very clean and we had a lovely time in the pool that was beautiful!
