This hotel is great for our family. The staff is super friendly. Our kids were welcomed and even assisted. The furniture in the lobby and conference room is beautiful. The hotel was full of soccer families and staff were still great. The pool is small but clean. The breakfast stayed stocked and hot. The hotel has everything a family would want..... But..... The beds are very uncomfortable! The pillows are worse. I'm not usually picky about that but now I will be. I never understand why hotels pu... Read more

I am a member of several hotel loyalty clubs so I am always hesitant to stay at local hotels. I must say that The Cody Hotel exceeded my expectations. It is equal to most mid-range chains. The hotel is esthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was slightly better than the typical chain. The coffee was excellent. I did not give it five stars because of the category of hotel. I reserve my five stars for the best of the best. But The Cody Hotel... Read more

We stopped here for 2 days on a road trip. What a great find! Beautiful hotel, pet friendly with no extra charge. I could go on and on about this place. Wonderful front desk assistance. The day we left it snowed overnight, hotel employee was in the parking lot clearing windshields for guests. You will not be disappointed with a stop here.

Nice motel in a busy tourist town that is extremely pet friendly. We chose a King jacuzzi room; huge in size and comfortable. Ground level for pet rooms; ours features a private porch with furniture. Spacious and comfortable with Western touches that you don't see at other Corporate chains. Maybe could have been a little cleaner in our room, but the grounds and common areas were always tidy and accommodating.

The hotel was very new looking. Room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. I liked the location in the western side of town. About 2 miles from the Buffalo Bill Museum. There was always very cold flavored water in the lobby and warm cookies after dinner. The only downside for me was the generic free buffet breakfast. Waffle maker. Coldish scrambled eggs and rock hard biscuits. No fresh fruit or packaged yogurt which is my go to breakfast at those buffets. ... Read more

Wow. This place is incredible. The lobby and shared spaces are huge and warm and welcoming. Coffee and tea available at all times as well as chilled water and lemonade during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and hot -- biscuits and gravy, eggs, and meat that varied daily. The Cody Hotel was a wonderful place to stop over after our Yellowstone adventure. We are thoroughly surprised at the affordable price which included a hot breakfast. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and there were many finishing touches to the hotel that made it very enjoyable (cookies, coffee bar, free dvd rental). Cody is a common stopping point before going on to Yellowstone and as such, hotels are not cheap. The Cody is on the outskirts of Cody and is popular with bus tours. We chose to go out for breakfast even though this meant paying for it. It is not a particularly modern hotel in feel and the corridors are rather dark. Room was fine but there was no full length mirror. Bath soap was not supplied, just a body wash/shampoo. Not to everyone's taste. The room did not contain information about the hotel... Read more
