We had a long day of driving and stopped at the Radison for the night. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided good service. The cost is reasonable but used to stay at better quality hotels. Also they had not hottub which we were looking for. The room was clean but we had a queen bed for two people.

Snowed in again. They got the heat fixed, and this time it was a relaxing stay. Still better than most hotels in the area. Restaurant had reasonable prices. It also had issues, they had to go to the front desk to run cards.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip. This hotel is located in a weird location, away from restaurants, attractions (not that there are a lot in cheyenne), but close to the interstate. The original room given to me was dirty...hair all over the pillow cases. Went to the front desk to ask for another room, was given an "upgraded" room...which just meant a higher floor, that's the only upgrade...not that I was looking for an upgrade. The hotel is in severe need of renovation. Elevato... Read more

We had poor customer service from the manager upon check-in. My husband is a rewards member and they refused to upgrade us, and she was very rude. We got into our room and there was brown stuff smeared all over the windows (looked like melted chocolate ice cream), there was someone else's stuff in the fridge, the fridge wasn't working so the freezer had melted everything into it, and the lamp and entire outlet had no power. Microwave didn't work, and there was pubic hair in the bathroom. You cou... Read more

A worn beauty, that was probably something in her prime. The place is well worn. The parking lot is a mass of potholes, the room, just look at the door jams and you can see that no matter how many coats of paint you add it is still beat up.. The access to the room I had was a bit of a maze, turning this way and that to finally get to the average room. For the money it was OK. Being Solo, it was OK. I think I would choose elsewhere under other circumstances.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Easy on and off for I-80. The nicest hotel so far on our I-80 road trip. To save money we haven't stayed in the premium hotels, but have stayed with moderate hotels. This was a good choice. My sister and her husband said to add that the soap smells good - so there you go.

Gotta be honest, from the outside, I didn't expect much. But the staff and the room surpassed all expectations. Surrounded by hotels that cost twice as much, you might not give this place a glance. But do yourself a favor, save your money and stay here. You'll love it. This will be the only place I stay every time I visit Cheyenne.

It was late and we were super tired. the women at the front desk was very pleasant both at check in and check out. Excited to share about things to do in the city. The room was clean a bit worn and could use some remodeling but the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was a bit hard no matter what setting we had it on so just be aware otherwise we had a great stay.

Place was a dump when it was holiday Inn it's the same dump with a different sign. Came here for a banquet and and was absolutely miserable. The food sucked and the worse part the air conditioning did not work at all. It was almost 100 degrees with 300 people. The food was melting as quick as they got it out. Rooms sucked so bad I took me and my crew to Little America. Please quit supporting this dump!! Go to Little America

This is a lovely hotel in a good location and quiet. The room was clean but some wear and tear in the bathroom and the shower spray was very hard and strong. The internet service required a password so it was easy to get online. There was a coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The queen size mattress was VERY soft causing us to roll to the middle of the bed all night. No complimentary breakfast but there is a restaurant with a breakfast buffet.

The service there was great. We got locked out of our room late at night and they were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, used to be a Holiday Inn back in the day, and I don't think they have done anything to the rooms for decades. The restaurant was fine and the bartender in the bar was awesome. They need to update and CLEAN the halls and rooms.

The Radisson served as our convention hotel for a recent conference, and failed in many respects to live up to expectations. The breakfast buffet was skimpy and servers seemed ill-equipped to handle large groups; meeting rooms proved to be riddled with technical problems, and staff were not always polite or accommodating. The suites, at least, proved to be very spacious, with plenty of relaxing and work room, and a comfortable large bed. Radisson, which recently acquired this property from Holid... Read more

I'm giving this four stars because despite the obvious need for a face-lift, this hotel had many good things going for it. It's easy to find, close to downtown, and fast food is within walking distance. I asked for and got a better room with no trouble whatsoever. I brought my dog, and there was a $25 fee, but it was only a one time fee. They couldn't have been nicer and more pet-friendly. Stayed at the Radisson Cheyenne because it was the conference hotel. The hotel had not been maintained. Our room lock didn't work properly and we had to get new room room keys constantly. It was never fixed. The business center was a joke. Neither of the computers had Microsoft Office, needed if you want to do any real work. Also, the restaurant was substandard.

I stopped here for one night on the way to Yellowstone. It is easy to get to from I-80, but you don't hear the highway noise from the rooms. A 5 minute drive brings you to downtown, which has some great shops and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Sandalwoods was included. OK we got a great price and a free upgrade upon arrival. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I will admit the hotel is a bit dated and needs some clean up. The only real negative was the in room refrigerator, it was buzzing loud off and on until I unplugged it. So yes i would stay here again and yes I say if you get a good price here take it.

I chose the motel because of a meeting that was held in it. I was not disappointed about anything. It was clean and everyone was friendly, helpful folks. The food was Good and served with a smile. The beds were just right. You also had extra pillows! Everything was laid back and did not seem to be in a rush. I will stay again when I am in the area. I would recommend this place for anything.
