Great service. Clean rooms. The staff is the amazing part of this hotel, they make sure every need is met. The mattresses and pillows are aoooo comfortable! I will go back again and again. Many thanks to all of them!

We were greeted up on arrival with a very friendly woman at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful with local information. Our rooms were very clean and quite large. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spotless! The pool was CLEAN and just the right temperature. I'm a Hilton Honors member - so lots of Hampton experience. The good: Staff is very friendly - agree with other reviewers The bad: VERY soft beds VERY VERY slow internet - don't expect to stream anything Water is crazy-soft Breakfast is below average for free-hampton Every time I changed the TV to HBO - it switched to spanish - I have no idea what was up w/ that but the desk walked me through fixing it, but seemed unable to prevent it from happening time after time - very weird.

went to a university graduation...picked the wrong place to stay. room not ready, was given another one....very old/not modern. bathroom floor was so cracked....hazard. internet not working..did not like it there...breakfast had good coffee, some fresh fruit, and yogurt was good...not much of a selection, but was alright.

No issues at all with this Hampton Inn, apart from no safe (c'mon Hamptons, give us a safe). It's in a commercial park right next to a Home Depot and loads of other hotels. So many hotels for a small city. Maybe they're all for the Frontier Days event each year? We assumed we were on the edge of town, which we were, but this is such a compact (and friendly) city that it's only a short, traffic-free drive to the centre. This was a strange place and a little difficult to get to but there were a number of other hotels that were in the same location all kind of all piled into the same location as well. The room was clean and the staff friendly but you could tell that this property has been around for a while, however it was well maintained. We found that downtown was fairly quick to get to and pretty cool, as old western towns go. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.

Thus was just a short family get away. So we didn't need much. The walls are VERY thin. I suspected they would be, so we booked a corner set of rooms on the top floor. We still her doors slamming all night long... you would think that hotels could install quieter doors by now.... The pool was in good condition. The morning breakfast was typical for the Hampton chain. Nothing really wowed us.

We stayed her one night en route to Mount Rushmore. Fast courtroys check in. Great room. Very clean. Mattresses way too soft, difficulty sleeping. Some amenities missing from bathroom, specifically shampoo.

There are many, many hotel/motel choices in Cheyenne at this exit. We found the Hampton inn to be very nice. Staff is very personable. The room was immaculate. Older but well maintained and updated. Nicole, the breakfast gal provided a very clean and inviting breakfast. Would definitely choose again

Was clean, pleasant and we slept very good. Man at the front desk was happy to help when I asked if by chance he had a can opener. He said I was in luck ..he knew RIGHT where to find one. The next morning at breakfast the staff were very responsive and kind. Thankful for them!! If I HAD to find something to list as a negative the only thing I can think of is the elevator was reaaallllyyyyy slow. I'm only mentioning it now because I have to type 200 characters

First time at this Hampton, but have stayed at dozens and dozens of these both in and out of the US. 3 story building near the highway and also other similar motels and gas stations. Next door to Holiday Inn. Older property, small, pretty typical roadside Hampton. No little treats at check in for HHonors Diamond members, as most Hilton properties give out. Hampton Inn has been our hotel of choice for 15 years. We have traveled in all but 6 of the state's staying mostly in Hampton Inn. On a road trip from Florida to the Oregon Coast, we stayed at Cheyenne Hampton Inn. The Hotel was average. Rooms could use some refreshing. Not a real new Hampton. The location was awful. Among many choices in the Cheyenne area, this is a good place to stop. The room was very nice, the facilities clean and neat, and the staff was great. The location is good if you are trying to see the area.

Hampton Inn is easily accessed from the intersection of US25 and US80. Its clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Close to downtown and restaurants, but still in an area that was quiet. The staff was helpful with suggestions of things to do.

Hotel was clean, lobby newly decorated, rooms nice and staff friendly and efficient. AC in room was extra cool with easy to control unit. Stay was a quick overnight on a longer trip so easy in and out. Best hotel in the area!

After 11 hours of traveling we were ready for a rest. The Hampton in Cheyenne was wonderful. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and meet all of the expectations of a Hampton. The ladies that worked the breakfast area in the morning were exceptionally nice and welcoming.

Service was very friendly and professional. Most of the staff made it feel like a family run inn rather than a chain hotel. The breakfast was adequate, nothing like Embassy Suites, though. I would have preferred a location closer to town. There really isn't anywhere to walk from here, just other mid-range hotels and the Home Depot! There is some traffic noise from the freeway. Overall, our stay was very pleasant but I felt it was overpriced.

This is a clean and well managed Hampton. As travelers we found it a good restful place to stay. There is an Outback close by as well as severL other restaurants. Easy on/off access to interstate. We were in room 205. Avoid this room if you want a view. The window looks at the roof the lobby.

In the absence of higher end Hiltons, we sometimes use a Hampton. On this occasion, it worked out really well. This one is a great example of this chain and we would stay there again. Breakfast - no idea, we prefer to eat out but others seemed impressed.

Very nice hotel. well positioned near the city, but away from traffic and noise. Restaurants are close. The free internet is SLOW, (dial up modem slow) so you might want to get the premium if you have to work.

Cheyenne, Wy is not a destination for most people. I understand summer rates increase, but the price we paid was not a value based on the age of the hotel, room decor and location. The staff and breakfast was satisfactory.

We always stay her because the hotel has a very comfortable feel to it. It is tiny, but has all the amenities of a much larger hotel. The rooms are always clean and the staff extremely helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking and very close to nearby restaurants. Easy on and off access to Interstate 80 freeway.

Got enthusiastic greetings and the rooms are very good. Breakfast at Hampton is always good. There were 2 problems. First, the wifi sucked! It was worse than I experience in low resource countries. Two, the water is so soft you can never wash off the soap or shampoo. Not sure what they can do about the water but they need to do better about the wifi.

I stay at Hampton Inns when ever I can. This one is located within short travel distance of most areas of Cheyenne, but away from the city hustle and bustle. The convenience of these properties are the key point. Work out room, Breakfast buffet, internet access and business center are great for the business traveler. I attend training in Cheyenne several times each year and I find that this is a good value for my agency as well as comfortable place to stay.

We always try and stay at a Hampton Inn. We have found them to be the most consistent from place to place. Nice accommodations and breakfast. Staff was very helpful and the location kept is very close to the interstate.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was pretty good. We stay at Hampton a lot and sometimes they are not so good. This Hampton was one of the better ones we have stayed at. Did not seem brand new but seemed to be a newer motel. Not run down like some motels you see.

We try to stay at the Hampton Inn wherever we travel, because of the consistent quality and service. We found the same quality and friendly service in Cheyenne. The manager working the front desk was gracious and personable. The staff putting out breakfast were courteous and eager to help. The hotel room was clean and well-appointed. All-in-all a very good hotel.

We had an accessible suite, so there was lots of open space. The king bed was comfortable for my son and I. Great decaf coffee at breakfast with two different kinds of liquid coffee mate ( regular and hazelnut.) The staff was very approachable and friendly. The owner stopped me on the way out to show me all her trip advisor awards; she was so proud. She had been out straightening knick knacks and fluffing pillows. First time I had ever seen an owner so involved0.

I've stayed in various hotels and more often, the back of my van when traveling. I have to say I prefer it when it comes to this location. Very dingy, poor room and turndown service although staff was pleasant enough. Not nice enough to make me want to return, unfortunately. Wouldn't stay again. Stayed 07/2016.

Traveling across the country we generally selected our destination for each night's stay about 5 hours out. We called and we're glad to have our call immediately answered by an actual human at the Cheyenne front desk. We were on our way to Montana and needed a comfortable place to stay. The only negative I could find is in the bathroom. They used caulk to fix grout and a couple other aesthetic weird things. But, hotel was very clean, friendly And comfortable. Would stay again.

We were nearing the end of our vacation. We came up from Colorado and then we're heading home. We enjoyed the beds. They were nice and soft. I would give the breakfast an A+. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The only thing that I didn't care for was it seemed overpriced for the location.

This is a standard Hampton Inn but is different from others simply due its staff. The staff is simply awesome from the manager to the room attendants they are extremely friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to assist you and answer any question. It is also very clean.

The room was fine, but at 9:30 the people occupying the room above us checked in and were making noise until almost 11pm. I don't know if they were working out or were just letting their kids run laps around the room and jump up and down on the bed. We contacted the front desk twice and after the second time offered to go talk to them about it. The noise went on for about half an hour afterwards and started back up at 6:30 the next morning. Stop in transit. The room was very expensive for our 9 hour stay, The hotel was very noisy. I understand that it was Frontier Days but after being in the car for 12 hours, all I wanted was sleep and it was very hard to achieve.

I come to the Hampton inn because it used to be superior to little america. That is no longer the case. Internet is almost to the point of not working at all and the front desk person told me it is what it is. Marriot down the street here I come with my staff from now on.

The Cheyenne Hampton is more than the usual quality stay you can expect with most Hamptons. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to almost go out of their way to help in way they can. If one cant help they would call another to see if they could. The indoor pool was great! I would definitely stay at this one again if in the area.

Very good experience..when the worst thing that you can say, is that the room was actually too large, then I would say that the review is quite positive..the TV was very far away from the bed, & we did not even utilize the big jaccuzi tub, although as a HHonors member, the upgrade is always appreciated.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Only problem was that we had little children that wanted to swim and they had just refilled the pool because it had been contaminated. The water was very cold. Breakfast was great. Quiet.

Cheyenne has some fun sites. Though we were not here during Frontier Days, the Museum and rodeo grounds are worth visiting. Historic fun for cowboy lovers. Our family has heard about the Grand Daddy of them all--and here it is!

I always stay at Hampton's, love the chain for all of the reasons you love a hotel. Hampton is always my first choice when traveling on business or with my family. In particular the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Never any issues when staying at a Hampton Inn.

This hotel is new, clean and provides superior service. We traveled about 6 hours to get to the hotel, arrived very late and exhausted. Our room was clean and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious and provided more than the common "carb fest" at other hotels. There were omelets and breakfast meat in addition to many other selections of breads, fruit and cereals.

I like the Hampton brand and am staying at 9 Hamptons over a 2 week road trip. This hotel was average in comparison to other Hamptons I have stayed. We came for wedding and didn't really have many interactions with the staff until our last morning when an elder gentleman, who was not in out group, put a whole bagel in the toaster and it started to burn. My brother in-law and I saw this happening and tried to help out. This is a nice Hampton Inn, conveniently located off of I-90. We had a king suite with whirlpool tub and it was a very pleasant room with lots of space to move around, a comfortable bed, and the whirlpool tub was great. The facility was clean. I don't often stay at Hampton but this hotel was so comfortable I will return. My room was neat and clean on my 4 night stay. The breakfast was outstanding and Nicole did a wonderful job keeping it well stocked. Even the warm cookies when I returned each day were an added touch.

We like using the Hilton Honors program when possible as we travel. The Hampton Inn Cheyenne was clean and well-maintained. Two important points for us are price and location. Bedding was dirty. Fitted sheet was wrong side out, possible that it was not clean. The staff was friendly and made my reservation over the phone. Check-in was quick. We left the motel and came back in late which is why we did not turn in the dirty bedding, it was too late to do anything about it. My husband and I were on our way to Utah and some national parks. I thought Cheyenne was a good place to stop on the way. We enjoyed some time downtown. We took a trolley ride and enjoyed some history while actually seeing the places. The hotel was only a mile or so from downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. All our expectations were met. The WiFi was good which is important to us.I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is fine, but its location right on the interstate makes it noisy at night. It's also hard to find good food in the vicinity -- that's probably a Cheyenne problem rather than a hotel problem. Bathroom was just faintly grimy in the corners, and there was a scratch in the porcelain of the toilet seat. I'd certainly stay here again, but I'd ask for a room away from the interstate and have a look at the bathroom.

Excellent hotel to stay while traveling. Everything you'd want in a hotel is there. From clean rooms, the best breakfast buffet, convenient restaurants and shopping, and very close but not right on interstate highway.

We exclusively stay at Hilton properties and we have stayed at this hotel years past. This time it seemed the hotel was showing some age. The decor is worn, the bed was horribly soft and uncomfortable to sleep in. The room was otherwise clean and had all the amenities we expect from Hampton Inn. Hoping they do some updating soon!

Busy location, easy to check in, good staff with helpful information on next days stop. Walked to dinner, which makes this location good. Breakfast was a hoot....hostess was so good as was the staff. Very good breakfast food. Good stay all around.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Manager greets customers at the morning breakfast and asks if their is anything they can do for guests during their stay. Motel is close to the I-80 and I-25 intersection, making it easy to get in and out. Close to downtown and the state capital. An Outback Steakhouse is within walking distance for evening meals.

This is hardly the Hampton Inn I'm used to staying in. The staff seemed bored (other than the nice lady who helped at breakfast), and with little to do other than gossip at the front desk. The hallways are narrow and dark and rundown, and the rooms are dark as well. This place has seen better days. There really is no quiet side. You have the freeway on one side and the train tracks on the other. I'll head to the Fairfield down the road the next time I'm in Cheyenne.

We recently went on a road trip through 14 states. Whenever possible, we stayed at the Hampton. The Cheyenne Hampton did not disappoint. Right off the highway for easy access, the hotel was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

We felt most welcomed there, stay was great and it is a good place for a stopover. For longer stay, the surrounding is a bit boring. Had dinner nearby restaurant Outback Steakhouse that was great. Rooms were nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean and the room is well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the staff is efficient. The complimentary breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. Overall this is a good place to stay if you are in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

I travel quite a bit for work and am staying in Cheyenne for 5 weeks. I always try to stay with a Hilton brands, this Hampton is a little older but very comfortable. The staff is nice and accommodating, the breakfast is great and the coffee good. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it is showing it's age a bit.

I travel more than a lot and some hotels stand out, this is one,The staff ,ALL staff , make me feel comfortable and a real guest in service, attitude.Rooms stand out on comfort and cleanliness. I've been staying here for sometime and is my first TripAdvisor review but this hotel and staff shouldn't be overlooked, make a reservation if you care where you stay.

Stayed here on our 50x50 trip. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were placed in a handicap room and it was huge! Nice living room area with couch, chair & ottoman, desk, bar sink, fridge, microwave wet bar area. The bedroom is separate area. The bed is soft and we slept well. The bathroom is spacious and room for two. Our only issue was the bellhop carts could use some repair. They were all loose and moved back and forth making it hard to steer.

We have traveled with Hilton for approximately ten years with hardly any complaints. Our complaint were very min, more intended as constructive criticism. We were amazed that we did not have to pay for that nights stay. We felt bad and won't complain anymore. They are true to their word, "If you have a problem with their service your stay is on them". I could go on and on but I think you got my point.

This hotel is very easy to get to all places in and around Cheyenne. newly renovated the color scheme was very inviting, staff on all shifts very friendly and accommodating. Bed was one of the most comfortable on our 10 day road trip.

I never received a survey to fill out but they would have received all 10's!! The whole team was great. My daughter in the Air Force had a unexpected medical emergency come up and they opened their doors for us during the week. A true home away from home. Rooms were fresh, food was great and service was wonderful. Thank you

Hampton Inns never seem to disappoint, and this one is no exception. Our room preferences were met without our even asking, the staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and comfy, the internet worked great, and it was quiet. The location is near to all of the local attractions. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I would recommend this hotel to travelers, whether you are here for business or pleasure.

Hampton Cheyenne was a great place to stay. The room was very comfortable clean. The staff were smiling and very helpful. The breakfast selection was terrific. The gal that set it up did a great job. She kept all stations filled and the food had great flavor.

I travel for work and when I check into a hotel after travel, I do not want any issues or concerns. I want to go straight to my room. Well hello Cheyenne Hampden Inn!! The staff was friendly and professional and very informative!! The lobby is very clean and well decorated. The room was clean and quiet for late night work and sleep, of course. I will stay here again when I am in town!!

Excellent Stay, as usual. This is the third time we have stayed at this property and have never had a bad experience. Very good people, clean rooms and a very good breakfast that is well stocked. Pool and fitness area was also very well maintained.

The Hampton Inn, hotel was a very good stay. Myself and guest enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was close to the highway and local area shopping and dining. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.
