Since the first time we stayed here it has been nothing but wonderful. The staff is excellent, they will go out of their way to assist you. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and all around a pleasant stay. The restaurant is great, breakfast always hits the spot and dinner selections are enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Casper.

The overall hotel was great. My disappointment was with the digital check in. I had requested a King Room but on the digital check in found I was in a Double Queen. For the most part it was a good fit for the one night stay.

Probably one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at. Great location, very nice staff, and extremely good food. The dinner Chef has got some serious talent. My room was clean and well maintained; I will definitely be back!

I was on a 32 road trip, and despite staying in different hotels almost every night, I remember this hotel because of its great service. Abby at the front desk was so kind and personable! I loved having her help me as I booked my room for the night. We ordered room service after being on the road all day. It was delicious! We used the pool and spa and it was very clean. Overall, I'm glad we decided to stay here overnight! Thank you for the great service!!!

We asked for king bed. Received small queen. Charge was too high and did not include any type of breakfast. On our HHoners it specifies the need for a handicap accessible room on first floor or close to elevator. We were far down the hall on 4th floor.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was very clean, bright, nice, and the staff were helpful and polite. It's a relatively new hotel, pretty close to most major things, including the Nat'l Historic Trail Interpretive Center (awesome!). The pool was nice, kids played for quite awhile. Dinner and breakfast the next morning was very good. Everything in our room was clean and in place. We didn't need to ask for anything. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a newer property and thus is very clean, in good repair, and well run. It is also well located, just down the hill from the convention center (we attended the College National Finals Rodeo) and the Historic Trails National Monument. It is also just blocks from downtown and the Interstate. But ... breakfast is not included. In addition to paying more, you'll also need to pay $12 plus for breakfast if you want to eat at the hotel. Excellent stay for business meetings! Meetings rooms accommodate large groups. Restrooms close. Sometimes air conditioning got to be too cool in places in the meeting rooms. Breakfast bar was a great selection of eggs, meat, fruit, and pastries/toast/bagels. Breakfast staff very accommodating and quick. Sleeping rooms very clean and neat. Curtains easy to close.

We stayed here when we were driving from Yellowstone to Rocky National Park . The staff were friendly and helpful , the bar and dinner service were good and we enjoyed both. Our room was comfortable and there was free parking and wifi. We didn't use the guest laundry but looked at it and it was quiet and clean. The indoor pool also looked better than many hotels have. Would recommend it for 1 night stays

We had a great visit at this hotel. Our room was a king with a living room. The perfect fit beds were amazing. They felt to firm at first but we got a great nights sleep. check in was super easy with the HHonors app. The only downside to this stay was the breakfast. Was way overpriced and a let down. Pasteries were cold and partially frozen. Eggs tasted fake.

The hotel is nice enough. The staff on the other hand had a terrible time communicating about the bar and breakfast. The service in these areas was sub par as well. You would think that the only person in the bar area could get quality service... You would think that out of 7 breakfasts they could get one order right.

Casper has only so many choices and this is one of the better ones. I stayed here again Labor Day weekend. Facilities are clean, rooms are decent and there is both a restaurant and a bar. On weekends they tend to close them early and so don't expect a drink or food after a long day on the road. Also the quality of the check in staff can be jekyll/hyde. At night they are not very attentive or considerate. During the day it's entirely different.
