This was a very clean and attractive hotel that I would recommend. A very decent value. We were in the area when cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing at the nearby Northern Kettle Moraine area of Greenbush.

The inn was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool. The location is excellent for my visit back to my home town; it is very convenient to everything in city. The staff is very professional and helpful.

I had a little issue with the hotel on my booking. I used a CC that I forgot to authorize through the bank. Oops. So my Advance booking rate did not go through. The hotel called me to let me know that and that I had a half hour to call back to save my rate. Unfortunately I was on the road driving 4 Boy Scouts to a campout which I was not going to partake of and could not answer my phone which I have off when driving. Needless to say my rate was void by the time I got there and I was informed I w... Read more

We were in the area for a college graduation. We sought lodging with a pool, breakfast and two queen beds as well as wifi. Cost and proximity to the college were also a consideration. This Americinn scored on all points, plus the customer service and quiet room were excellent.

Have stayed at the AmericInn in Plymouth multiple time for track days at Road America Nearby. Unless you need something fancy, this is a good hotel, newer remodel that is clean and well done. Would recommend.

It was rare to see someone at the front desk. Small wait. Rooms were nice and clean even if shower tub drained a slow. Do breakfast when there are few people or things are scarce to eat. Not a five star stay but far from the worst. If you are in love with yourself and demand to be catered to immediately this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a decent clean room and can do things for yourself and understand the few people working there have several jobs to do, it isn't to bad.

Racing at Road America at the June Sprints is a huge affair. The place to stay during the event is Elkhart Lake. For those of us who do not plan a year in advance, normally you have to find a room in a town close by. AmericInn works for that purpose. It is ten minutes from the race track, in the town of Plymouth. Everything is decent, from the breakfast, to the rooms. It's clean, the free wifi works well, and the room rate is about as reasonable as you can expect, given that all hotels jack up... Read more

While this is definitely not a 5 star hotel it doesn't pretend to be either. As with most of these chain motel/hotels you get free breakfast and WiFi. Room was clean (had a bit of a smoke smell though) and was decently sized - it fitted 2 queen beds with ample space between and easy access on both other sides. Bathroom was split into toilet and shower/tub with noisy extractor that ran all the time the light was on and the basin with built in hairdryer. There was also a bar fridge and coffee ... Read more

As always, a wonderful stay! Greeted upon arrival, happy with the handicap accessible room. It's always a good deal and bargain! Was able to use my $75 reward with ease! My son loves it because it is so close to road America! 3.7 milesš??? Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the AmericInn Plymouth. The hotel and rooms were very clean and updated. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was OK - typical for this level of hotel. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here. The quality for the price was outstanding!

My husband and I stayed here for one night for an out-of-town wedding. Coming from Los Angeles, and at the price point, my expectations were low. I was very pleasantly surprised by the room's updated decor, sparkling clean bathroom and surfaces, and the hotel's overall pleasant ambience. The bathroom was on the small side and the bed was a little creaky, but for our purposes it was absolutely perfect.

we traveled to Wisconsin for my nieces wedding. The hotel was very clean and staff helpful and kind. Breakfast had lots of selections. I usually have trouble with this as I can't eat eggs or wheat and they had granola bars that I could have on the first morning but not the second. I am sure if I would have asked they would have gotten me one but I travel with foods I can eat so didn't feel I needed to ask. Room was big, roomy and clean. Also noticed that you did not hear every sound in the... Read more

I've stayed at the AmericInn in Plymouth, WI twice now, and both times they have failed in customer service and satisfaction. The first time I stayed, I called the hotel directly for early check-in, which they told me would not be a problem. When I arrived however, the clerk at the front desk was apparently unaware and told me it would be at least another hour before they could provide a room. In order to prevent the same thing from happening again, I made sure to proactively call the 1-800 numb... Read more

I stayed at the AmercInn in October 2016 while attending a ChumpCar race (amatuer level) at the Road America racing complex. I booked about 2 weeks before our event and was able to get a king-size bed for my girlfriend and I for 2 nights, $99/night + tax. Due to the nature of racing, I spent very little time at the hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and maybe even a little nicer than I was expecting. It's also not far from Road America, maybe 10 minutes drive, which was really important to... Read more
