We stayed in a suite for one night. It was nice and roomy with a kitchen counter, frig. and micro. It also had a sofabed and 2 doubles in another room. The only bad thing, it was warm and we needed the air conditioner and it really didn't make it to the bedroom. It was in the other room with a small vent through the wall. One room was cold and the other hot. Other than that it wasn't to bad.

We stopped in for a night as we passed though town, the lobby was torn apart for renovation and a mess. The room was dated, hot and stuffy but the window was screwed shut. The shower handle fell off in our hands. The breakfast area was not clean and the coffe creamer bowl had human hair in it!!! The health department needs to onvestigate.

Nice Place, Friendly Staff. We stayed in a suite for one night. It was nice and clean; Can't beat it for the price. Hot breakfast was adequate; Waffles, fresh scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, some other pastries and fruit,Good Coffee & juice. Easy access to the highway. We plan on staying here again for Summerfest.

Currently undergoing lobby renovation, but continues to provide terrific service. Centrally located, good food service nearby. We stayed in a recently renovated suite, and it was excellent. Nice breakfast and pool included.

Guest service was awful, they were rude and extremely unprofessional. Called several times to make reservations and kept being told to call back at a later time. When they told me pricing they wouldn't match online pricing and were extremely rude about it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will not be using them again. The facility is fine but everything else was awful.

We spent one night at this hotel, whereas the room was clean, and the staff was friendly, the construction in the lobby made it uncomfortable. The temporary side-entrance is where smokers tend to gather, and to get to the elevator you must walk through the remodeling in the lobby.

Stayed here for an early morning flight. When arrived late at night place looked abandoned as lobby is completely torn apart with construction. 1st impression left me concerned with how stay was going to be. Room itself was nice, very large and comfortable. I only stayed for about 6hrs before leaving for flight, so didn't get to try breakfast or any other amenities. I would have to put place as average right now due to construction, but could improve when construction complete, lobby mess is a b... Read more

The hotel was easy to find. The check in process was quick, the lobby is very large and the pool is right there. The elevators were quick. My king sized room was huge! I walked into a "lobby" area with a chair, couch, end table, and a small table with seats. Then in the next area was a counter with a microwave, and a large fridge. A very large closer to hang clothes. The bathroom was very big, clean, with good water pressure and warm water. The bedroom was big and had a door you could close. The... Read more

It took us about an hour to get into a room because they gave us a room that was already occupied, the rooms were hot and ac wasn't working right, breakfast wasn't anything special and we had to wash a table ourselves because they were all dirty and nobody was cleaning them, and to top it all off we never got a refund from a cancelled room. We cancelled a day before we got there. So if you stay here don't pay in advance.

This is at least the 4th year that I have stayed at this hotel for the annual Pridefest. The hotel is going thru some cosmetic improvement which caused no inconvenience at all. The manager remembered me as well as my friends from prior trips which was very nice at check in! The King room was a surprise upgrade from a single bed room to a King suite with a living room. The living room has a sofa bed, chair, desk, large TV and kitchen area. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed, chair dresse... Read more

This was our 4th stay here. It has gotten worse each time. There was a lot of construction going on this time. Like previous stays, the ac unit was all busted up. Every channel on tv was "snowy" and had a notice that twc customers need to get a new receiver to get the channels. Pool was nice, but no towels stocked either time we used it. Breakfast was typical of any hotel. We asked for extra pillows (they were very flat) and were denied due to "maximum occupancy". Mattress was comforta... Read more

After reading some of these reviews, I was honestly surprised. I have nothing but the highest praise for this hotel for many reasons including the location, the staff, accommodations, and breakfast. First, let me back-up and tell you how we found this hotel. My mom was suddenly ill and she had to undergo quintuple bypass surgery (open heart surgery). My dad, three older brothers, and my 6 year old nephew and I all live in different places. We travelled from Alaska, Hawaii, Kansas City, St.... Read more

Hotel was very nice. Clean and very large rooms. We booked 11 rooms for one week for a church mission trip. Staff was more than helpful. Breakfast buffet included both hot and cold selections. Manager went over the top to handle our every need. WiFi was in and out due to upgrade during lobby remodel.

We stayed at this place for a few days. They are trying even though the old age of the place was hard to cover up. Like stains in the carpeting that would not come out. Over all it was alright. The television channels were very limited. They were still analog. No weather channel or pbs. .We would come back.

We stayed at Quality suites after reading other reviews. I was pretty disappointed with our 2 night visit. The rooms are large, but very dated. Unfortunately you can't control the thermostat on the ac, it's either on or off. Also, there is no key card access at other doors, so if you are staying at one end of the hotel, you have to walk all the way around to the front if you don't get a good parking spot. The pool and hot tub are located within 15 feet of the front desk. Seemed a little ... Read more

We were battling a heat index around 100 plus degrees so made the decision to stay here for swimming and super cool room. I am very pleased with our stay even though due to Time Warner's upgrade on cable service we had no television service. I would like to make a suggestion for safety reasons. The bath tub is steep and with my disability I found it difficult to step out of shower Could a hand rail be installed? We'll be back and thank all the employees we dealt with for your great hospitality.

We drove 20+ miles out of our way, arrived around 2am after a concert at Alpine Valley, & was told they had no rooms available, even though we had a reservation. Their 'Guarantee Policy' states that rooms will be held until 7am the next day.' The desk clerk was very rude & we had nowhere to sleep in the middle of the night & all other hotels were booked. We had to drive two hours & sleep for a couple hours at a rest area!!! Woke up at 6am & drove the rest of the way home to Indiana on a few hour... Read more

I was not content when I was not able to get a hotel close to my destination. However staying here demonstrated to be ok. Not too much trafficking crossing the city to work. Food was ready in the morning. A couple of glitches in the clean up of the room. However, the maintenance was great getting the TV running to watch the NDC; history in the making. Thanks for getting that solved.

With sweeping views of I-43, the Quality Suites is sure to impress the most frugal traveler. There is a charming ambiance to the hotel, with its well worn carpets and sagging mattresses, youâ??ll think youâ??re back in the 90â??s, because thatâ??s how long the carpet has been here! Breakfast is sure to please those who love soft fruit. The hotel carefully selects only the fruit which has been picked over by the finest hotels, each apple guaranteed to have at least one bruise. BEST PLACE we have stayed for our money! Beautiful hotel, good breakfast, great pool area, clean, staff was very friendly, clean rooms. I can't say enough about this hotel. Wish all mid-ranged hotels were this perfect! Plus it slept my husband and I and 4 kids with all a bed. When you walk into the hotel - the front lobby usually gives me an indication of how the hotel is. Beautiful front lobby and very clean!!!

Recently stayed at this location. The room was the Presidential Suite which was very nice. My only complaints were the tv in the living room had no signal. I called the front desk and the clerk said she would send someone up. After waiting a hour I called again and she said oh there is no maintenance here on the weekend. Really! Although there was a tv in the bedroom my husband went to bed early so I could not watch tv. Very disappointing! I attempted to make coffee in the morning and guess what... Read more

Stayed at the Quality Suites Milwaukee Airport while on business for five days/nights. Attended this hotel 7 an 8 Oct 16.. hotel has musty smell in halls.. this is a suites hotel. One elevator causes many waits in lobby to get to floor. I found room clean but dated . TV options are good a seems like a upgraded channel package.. has microwave . Fridge. Coffee in room. You have a separate living room provided as suite. Just be aware everything is older less tvs .. I would say a good overnite stop if you are on budget. Breakfast normal fare of waffles toast bagels.
