The rooms are suites and have been completely remodeled. I have stayed several times and have had good service checking in. The only complaint would be the Managers reception snacks weren't replenished very fast and the service was okay. The pool, sauna and exercise room are nice. This hotel has a lot to offer for the same price as other area hotels, especially the space and if traveling as a family, there are 2 tvs.

We were in town to visit family for holiday and stayed at this newly remodeled hotel. Pros: excellent breakfast, great attentive breakfast staff, new modern decor. Nice pool area. Beautiful lobby. Nice staff at check in desk. Cons: housekeeping needs improvement; trash in the trash cans when we entered room. Crumbs under sofa bed pull out. House keeping tried to enter room at 9:30 in the morning even as I requested late checkout. Further, No ventilation fan in bathroom; at least I co... Read more

Stopped by Milwaukee after visiting family in Wisconsin for Brewers game. Excellent location for restaurants, mall and easy access to Miller Park. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only recommendations for improvement compared to other Embassy Suites we've stayed at was disorganized (food was excellent) for breakfast on a busy morning and the Sunday reception was weak (remnants of chips, pretzels, and veggies).

This hotel has been updated but you can tell it was built a while ago, the ceilings in the room are low, there are stains on the carpet and tile, the housekeeping did not come to my room, until I asked for them to come. The view from my room was of the A/C units and service entrance, the Windows need to be replaced badly, rusted and fog all the time. The service is average, tried calling the front desk 5 times with no answer. The a/c / heat unit in the room is never accurate, one minute you are ... Read more

Great experience. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Busy at breakfast, but good food. Word of advice...if you booked through the hotel when it was still called the Brookfield Suites, make sure to call and give them your credit card number...the numbers didn't transfer when Embassy took it over and your room will be classified as "cash payment". So, if you show up late, they may give your room away since it's not held with a credit card

I have approximately 80 hotel stays annually. I will say this stay will go down as the most unusually and disappointing in my 27 year career. The front desk service is non-existent. I checked in at 5 pm had dinner and went to bed early. At 9pm I'm woke up with a call from the front desk demanding that I come down to the front desk to have my credit card sword again. I said I'm in bed, contacts are out, and you just woke me up. The rep insisted again and I pushed back. She reluctantly and r... Read more

Newly remodeled but the bed had a huge stain on the mattress chairs were full of dirt under the cushions and the room had mold on the ceiling. Bartender was either hungover drunk or stoned and totally didn't have a clue. Breakfast was OK. It nothing to write home about. Wouldn't recommend this one.

The room was spacious and very clean. It's true what someone posted about the housekeeping being a bit spotty. My boyfriend and I did stay here back in May when it was The Brookefield Inn and Suites, and we loved the Hotel that trip. The prices were a lot cheaper back then too. At the end of May it got changed to the Embassy Suites in Brookefield, and we didn't like our stay at all. I felt the new Embassy Suites of Brookefield was understaffed, and then when I did get help: the staff wasn't pleasant. The second trip was more expensive too, remember? We won't be back! Thank you!

This hotel comes highly recommended; perfect in every way, except that the complimentary evening snacks were gone by the time we got there, and there was no attempt made to replenish them! :( I think the waitress had had a long day! lol. Other than that, we stay there two glorious nights to attend the Harley Rally in Milwaukee, and the Hotel gave me gifts as a HOG member too; great bonus!

This hotel I'm sure it went under massive renovation and I have to say they did a great job. Flooring, bar, common areas are done to top of the quality. It is clean, quiet and conveniently located next door to two good restaurants, Outback and Camps. Staff very friendly it also offer a shuttle. The only not great part is the price they ask, I feel it is a little overpriced.

This is a really comfortable hotel to spend a weekend. Were in Milwaukee with our family of four and had a very pleasant stay. Lots of room. Breakfasts were really good, quite large and wonderful assortment - tip: fresh made omelettes are better than the eggs in the buffet. typically love Embassy Suites--large rooms, happy hour, good BF. This hotel-Empty Kleenex, almost out of toilet paper, dirty dishes not removed from room. Teeny fitness center for the size of the hotel (was packed @ 5:30 AM), also in poor location-open 24/7 but need to go through the pool area which is not open 24/7. BF was good, evening snacks poor but drinks great. Not at the level of other Embassy Suites, that's for sure.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Decor is pleasant. My room was great for three people. The beds were very comfortable. The evening reception was better than we expected. We were pleasantly surprised at the lovely breakfast...cooked to order omelets were great.

This was the first time I stayed at an Embassy Suites hotel, and I was very impressed with the room product. I believe that I received a good value, as I didn't feel like I was paying a premium for a suite. The free breakfast was also a great perk, for which we enjoyed every day. Also, this particular hotel is new and as such the hotel at a very fresh appearance. Lastly, the hotel staff was accommodating.

This was a classy and elegant hotel for the price. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly. I highly suggest staying here! It seems like it would be the perfect small conference location.

The thermostat stuck at 75 degrees which was too hot. Had to open window to sleep and found mold on window sill, yuk! Also stains on wall below vent in wall. No fan in bathroom so mirror fogged up after showers.

This place is comfy, clean, and quiet. Lots of space for not lots of $$$$. We will stay here again! Great location and many services on property and nearby. Easy access to main travel corridors is a plus as well.

The room was like a sauna and there're wasn't any way to remedy the problem with the thermostat. Our room wasn't cleaned on either day or our three-night stay. Although this is a nice hotel these two items led to a big disappointment!
