The hotel is going through renovations, but still has the "old style" heaters that are by the window and very difficult to regulate the temperature. The rooms are also very dark. Really need another lamp if you're going to be working in your room. Also kind of out in the middle of nowhere, so you have to really hunt for decent restaurants.

It's the typical Courtyard Marriott, but it looks like renovations are nearly complete. I stayed here for work. The room was quiet, excellent, water pressure, check-in (I use the mobile app) was quick and efficient. The updated room (312) was nice. Had a brighter, airy feel to it. I like the the two USB charging ports so I didn't have to dig around and find a plug in my computer bags. The mattress was excellent. If I had to pick a nit, I would say the beds are too tall and they could have gott... Read more

It is a hit or miss when we stay here. We stay on a regular basis. This time they are remodeling, which is good when the hotel does upkeep. On the other hand if you are aware of remodeling and not many people are booked then why put the guest by the stairway that the painters are using. We could hear the workers coming and going. One stairway and elevator out of commission. Saturday morning the cook did not show up for the kitchen. I thought they would at least offer free coffee for the i... Read more

Stayed the night on a Friday on my way to visit friends in Green Bay. Woke up around 9 and went down to grab breakfast. Find out the bistro is closed because everyone called in sick. Kind of glad I didn't eat there thinking about it now wouldn't want to catch anything. You would think they would at least of had coffee though.

This hotel is in the middle of remodeling. I was on the top (3rd floor) in a new room. The bathroom still had the old fixtures, countertops, and shower, but the rest of the room had been updated with new furniture, carpeting and tile. Like all Courtyardâ??s, breakfast is not included but they have a menu for breakfast sandwiches and Starbucks coffee. They have a small pantry area to purchase necessities if needed just off the lobby. They have a limited dinner menu with bar selection if yo... Read more

Remodel is soon to be finished. Typical Marriott experience- tho the bed in our room was the highest off the ground in memory. Not sure why so tall? Best part of visit was enthusiastic front desk host Leonard. He was helpful and started our stay off on the right foot.

Spent one night here on the way from Milwaukee to Cedarburg. The staff was the best we have ever experienced! From very polite, friendly and attentive check-in, to the perfect cooked eggs over easy. The room was recently remodeled and looked great. We had a great experience here and would highly recommend.

As a platinum Marriott member, please understand I stay at Marriott ALOT! After one night I checked out 2 days early and went to another Marriott downtown far away from my work destination just because the conditions of this newly remodeled courtyard were so appalling I felt like I needed a shower after my shower! Without going into too many gross details, I will give my candid opinion of the root cause which is poor management and hiring practices in general. I have a friend who is a total... Read more

Our first floor room had sliding glass doors which opened to a landscaped garden where you could walk or sit. The room was adequate to our needs but our preferred Marriott property is the Residence Inn. The pool was too small for swimming laps, the smallest indoor pool we have ever seen. There is an onsite eatery called The Bistro. I really like to start the day with their healthy start sandwich. I chose a rate that included breakfast, otherwise it is out of pocket. I had some problems at check ... Read more

I made my reservations online for this hotel. That was a huge mistake. Had I waited until I got to the hotel I could have saved $43 dollars a night for three nights. When I spoke to the hotel clerk/administrator, she said that I had made a guaranteed price reservation and that she couldn't change my hotel reservation price. She offered to have the manager call...I'm still waiting on that call. I recommend if you're planning to use this hotel, then you should make your reservations in person to g... Read more

Recently remodeled, nicely furnished, responsive helpful staff, great location for being near but not in busier and noisier parts of suburban Milwaukee. Bed was so high this 5'3" person had to crawl in! Good thing there was a sofa and hassock in the room to sit on while I put on socks LOL! I suppose theft is the reason for short corded tie-down of the clock, but the bedside table it was on, on the far side of the bed, was so low that the clock could not be seen while in bed, or even while standi... It was a lot nicer than expected based on people's reviews. The rooms were cozy with a fridge and micro wave. About 20 mins to downtown and lots to see on the way. The front desk worker was really good at what we should do. And we did what she recommended
