Cambria was very clean, quiet, peaceful in a beautiful convenient location. The room was like a mini apartment. The bathroom had a nice soaking tub, and great decor. There was a mini kitchen, small living room, with a television, lots of outlets throughout. Great decor throughout. Comfortable bed, nice size closet, and a second television in the bedroom area. Pretty view outside window.

I have now stayed here twice and the hotel is excellent. The staff I'd friendly, suites are beautiful, convenient to the locations where I need to work. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here whenever I am in the Madison, Wi area. Thanks,

I had a business trip to visit Professors and Students at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and have alway been impressed with how nice it is for the price.

It was a great value for graduation weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a very quiet and restful night. It was easy to get to the campus and most of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will look forward to another stay at Cambria.

Stayed here twice in May of 2016 which were my 3rd and 4th times staying here and every time has been fabulous. I was greeted as a Gold Member and offered an additional 250pts or a free drink. Free drink please....dealt with two different bartenders and they were both friendly and efficient. Rooms are extremely comfortable, two TV's, sitting area, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and well stocked bathroom. Wake up times came in on time. Fitness center is nice and hot tub was... Read more

Nice location - however there is actually not much available in the area. We walked around and while the area is beautiful there were not many things to do - example restaurants and entertainment venues. Rooms were nice but could use some updating. They have a bar available on site and there are also a few food items available.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Madison this past week. The rooms are suites, with a bed area and living room area separated by a half wall. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave in the room. There is a restaurant in the lobby where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu, while limited, was decent and the food reasonably priced. There is no free breakfast. Our room, on the second floor... Read more

The area is nice, though there isn't much to do as it appears to be a business park type place. The staff were very friendly from the front counter to the bar staff. The rooms were all nicely appointed and great amenities in the bathroom (full size hair dryer and bath and body works soaps and shampoos). They have a gym and a pool. There is a complimentary coffee station as well on the first floor. I also got a glimpse of the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile, so fun bonus there. I would definitely stay h... Read more

I stayed at the hotel recently for two days while conducting business near the Capitol. The hotel was the nicest place I have stayed in the greater Madison area and I have stayed at many. Will I come back? I won't think of staying anywhere else not since staying here. The work out area is wonderful and the equipment is first class and well maintained. The breakfast is well worth it. It was a great way to start my day. The front desk personnel were friendly and unbelievably helpful. Speci... Read more

The rooms are very large and excellent, large screen TV's, we had 1 in lounge, and 1 for each bed. The microwave and fridge were handy and of course there were chairs and a settee. The breakfast was good, all staff were very helpful. The hotel is a little away from the nearest restaurants etc but lots of parking & is located in a quiet area. I found the swimming pool and hot tub were not quite hot enough for me but this being my first stay in a Cambria suites I was very impressed what you get fo... Read more

We were very happy with this hotel. We thought the price was reasonable for the suite. We were actually wishing we had reasons to stay for more nights, or put this hotel in our favorite places to visit! The beds were firm yet comfortable. Temp. Controls were adjustable to our wishes. We would definitely return!

The hotel has a lot going for it with the location (easy access to the Interstate) and the rate is reasonable for the Madison area. We stayed here for 6 nights while visiting relatives and friends in the area and enjoyed it. My only complaint is that housekeeping is a bit lax. One day we had a bath towel left for us that was ready for the rag bag and for 2 days no one noticed that the Kleenex container was empty with no extra left below the sink. We were gone until after 4pm one day and when we ... Read more

This is the second Cambria hotel I have stayed at and I will seek out others. Very clean, set up in rooms great for larger families. Worth the little more you pay for a really exceptional room. Traveling in a family of 5 usually ends up in either cramming into a room where there isn't a bed for everyone or getting suites or 2 rooms and increasing cost of vacation substantially. Here we got a room with 2 king sized beds and a pull out for $169. One king bed is in a separate room from the oth... Read more

I recently stayed here for a business trip with my team from work. We were promptly welcomed upon our arrival. Rooms were very nice with good air conditioning. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The hot breakfast was nice. I only gave 4 stars because there were a couple of things that would have made the rating 5 star. The biggest was not being greeted for breakfast. There were 3 staff members most mornings, and not one good morning. One gentleman had his earphones in, which I am not sure when ... Read more

I stay here for business multiple times a year and am always treated very well to a very nice, clean room. I appreciate the location as it is close to the highway, mall and restaurants. Also close to the airport. I enjoy the restaurant/bar in the hotel, as well. Minimal section in alcoholic beverages, but still great to have available!

We just got back from a business trip and booked for the second time at this lovely hotel. For the money, it cannot be beat! Our 2 room suite was super clean and quiet thru the night. The coffee is wonderful and has me looking for Wolfgang Puck to bring it home. I took a walk early morning and it was like being in farm country. Fields of corn and farmhouse not far from the hospital on my walk. All in all, we will return as it is an incredible value for the buck!

Stayed for a weekend. Very nice and clean hotel. Older friendly gentlemen at front desk very helpful. Our room was above outside patio which had loud guests until around 11pm so would suggest request not to be in that area. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

The room was big and included a sitting area. It had a nice lobby and breakfast was good. It was let down by the service in the bar and at reception. The barman, Casey was not supposed to be on duty and didn't we know it!!!! He was not only incompetrent but he didn't want to be there and was miserable and rude. He was rolling his eyes at customers. The website said the bar closes at 11pm but he shut at 10pm - well he tried to. He had no idea of what the prices were or what some drinks were or wh... My husband and I recently stayed at the Cambria so we could attend a Madison Mallards game. The staff made check in/out quick, they were professional and efficient at the bar/breakfast area, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really like the room layout at the Cambria!

I selected the Cambria as I had previously stayed at another hotel in Madison and wasn't impressed. I booked the biggest suite they had, thinking it would give me the most for my money. First the good: the check in was seamless and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was properly cooled when I checked in (always a plus). The AC worked well and was quiet. The AC also had a programmable thermostat. The mattress was comfortable (pillow top) and there were two flat screen TV's that wo... Read more

Although kind of out of the way, Cambria Suites was worth the drive. My room was clean and spacious with two tv's, refrigerator and microwave, and attractive furnishings. The exercise room was well equipped, however, when I checked out the indoor pool it was so small that I thought it was a hot tub. Breakfast is another $9.50 if you want to eat at the hotel.
