The rooms were super nice with comfortable beds. There was a place to go for a nice walk. They had a continental breakfast that was free also. I have been there several times and I would go back to stay there again. They do have a computer in the front lobby for guests to use.

We were in town for a bowling tournament and had a large group of people staying together at this hotel. The hotel made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. Very close to resturants and anything you may need.

My stay at this hotel was typical. I arrived and the hotel staff was not at the desk ready to greet me and we had to wait till she came to the desk. When we got to our room it was freezing cold in there and we had to keep the lights on just to activate the heat. The whirlpool we had was nice but there was no light above it so we were unable to have light near our whirlpool. When it was time for bed, the bed appears to be so comfortable but let me tell you looks are deceiving! This bed was flat o... Read more

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant! We bring our dog with us when we travel, so we are very happy when we find pet friendly hotels. We definitely would recommend this to others.

This hotel was booked by the wedding party not my choice. The room was clean and the bed was ok there was a lack of atmosphere for the price. The room was noisy sounds from outside and other rooms could be heard.

A great place to stay in Green Bay! We stayed in Room 200 and really liked that they had French Doors between the bedroom and the sitting room with a pull out couch for the kids with their own TV. Always love a hot breakfast when traveling with the family and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool:) This hotel is well kept and up to the AmericInn standards that I expect when staying at this type of hotel!

The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable. We had a double Queen room and it was spacious enough that with the porta crib, it didn't feel squished! It was quiet at night and you couldn't hear a lot of noise from the road. The pool and Jacuzzi was great for relaxing after a busy day. Breakfast included in the room was simple but tasty and had options for everyone, including boiled eggs and fresh fruit (which was available 24/7). As someone who was trying to keep the cost of the trip lo... Read more

I've stayed at quite a few of these other places and they've always been satisfactory this time it was terrible. The first thing was the side door that was nearest to our room was set to slam back as soon as you let it go and it slammed on my foot breaking my flip flop and twisting my ankle leaving me with pins and needles in my foot all day whenever I took a step. The bed was very uncomfortable for both my husband and I. The bathroom didn't seem very clean and the fan didn't work. Overall it wa... Read more

Our soccer club consisting of 10 boys and girls travel teams took over the hotel for the Green Bay Invitational last weekend. The general manager was amazing to work with and the entire staff friendly & hard working. I didn't hear of one guest having a poor experience. I have often stayed here for Packers games but now would highly recommend for larger groups/sports teams as well.

This was my first stay at an AmericInn, and if they're all like this, I'm a fan! Pull through parking lot makes it easy if you're pulling a trailer. Lot is on large side. TONS of grassy areas for walking your dog. I was travelling with 5 (they stayed in the van) and this hotel made it easy. Best of all, my King Room had a Sleep Number bed. Quite a surprise for a hotel at this price point. I was able to adjust the bed to my preferred hardness and slept like a baby. This is an older property... Read more

The room was very spacious, updated, and clean. The doors to each room were very loud when opening and closing which woke me up. You could also hear water running very loudly every time a neighbor used water. Bed was not very comfortable but not horrible. The staff was very nice. The hot tub in our room did not hold water too well.

Stayed here because of its location to NEW Zoo, a local library, and proximity to shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had both hot and cold options and was satisfying. Staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't figure out how to turn the shower head on, but the staff provided the answer quickly when asked.

The toilet was overflowing with paper, the breakfast nook was packed, so we ate our breakfast sitting on stairs to the second floor and the bathroom baseboards were dirty, no tissues in the tissue receptacle.

We were in Green Bay for a wedding. We decided to stay here since it was close to the reception hall. Got to the hotel and there was only 1 person working the front desk with a long line of people waiting to check in. Got to the room and found pretty much everything to be outdated. Was surprised by the low quality of the room based on the fact that we paid $180 a night. From there, we found a bunch of black facial hairs in our bathroom sink, and it was clogged so we couldn't wash them down ... Read more

We needed a place to stay and it appeared that every place was booked so we grabbed this hotel when room available for our date. It is well kept, clean and rooms comfortable. We had a handicap room and will now always request these as it seemed roomy and shower was great. We did have problem with closure on door. It didn't always connect. The rate was increased due to activity in area so it wasn't a bargain. The breakfast was good but could use more table area. Many people seemed to be using... Read more

The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. Everything worked well. It was quiet. Had a refrigerator, microwave, desk, and small closet. Fine for overnight. Decor was ok as well. Room was clean (no I did not test the carpet...). Towels were fine, too. Complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was ok - they had some fresh fruit as well as protein - some sort of eggs and a meat. Nice cushy comfortable recliner in the room. We enjoyed that one. Well maintained property. Easy access when coming into town. A bit out from the stadium if that's what your in town for. Room was refurbished, clean and pleasant. Common areas in need of attention, worn a bit, but no one spends much time in the hall/elevator anyway. Breakfast was good and convenient. Didn't have time to use pool or gym so can't speak to those areas. Great for family travel. Good value for Green Bay area. No such thing as cheep rooms in GB during football season.

A wedding party made loud noise until 1:00 AM. The pool had unidentified floating balls (feces?), about the size of a dime, in the pool. Pool did not have a clean smell like you get from chlorine. Exterior entry doors were not locked at night causing security concern.

The front desk service was very attentive. The first two rooms I was assigned had no AC on when I arrived and the rooms smelled very musty. The front desk was quick to reassign me. The room was clean... a little dated, but the room had a Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, and a flat screen TV. The mattresses were awfully worn and soft. The breakfast is JUST OK.. nothing special. Free coffee in the lobby and some days they have fresh cookies and other days appetizers.

I have stayed at a number of AmericInn hotels and this one is slightly above average, mainly because of their staff. Upon check in, I discovered my request for a room on the second floor or higher hadn't been honored so I wound up on the first floor on the parking lot side. Being game night, I had people talking loud outside the window until about 1am and a tour bus loading up at 6am. The staff was very apologetic and found a way to compensate me which I appreciated. They also had direction to t... Read more

Our suite was very spacious and more than plenty of room for our family of five. The room had a bit of an odd layout and was dated. But the only real issue is that the walls are paper thin and we could hear people taking showers late at night and very early in the morning. The nearby highway exit was closed for construction as of mid-August 2016, so getting there initially was a little bit of a pain. There is a pool which we didn't have time to use. But reasonably priced hotel with typical Ameri... Read more

This hotel room and bathroom was moldy. The carpet felt damp to the naked foot. The tub was cracked. The hot breakfast was cold by 7:00am. I would not stay here again. The receptionist at night looked like she was going to vomit after a long afternoon of drinking.

Very disappointed. I reserved two rooms for a family getaway. The person at check-in acted like she could care less if I was there or not. Roadwork made getting there a challenge. Special directions they emailed were lacking clarity. It said when traveling north on 41 follow to Howard. There are no signs for Howard. Hotel was old, word, tired looking. The pool was greenish. Bed was comfortable, but room temperature in suite was hard to control both rooms. No one working there was very friendy. ... Read more

The entire staff was very friendly each day (we were there for 5 nights). Provided us great directions to several area attractions since the expressway next to the hotel had the exit closed. Food was hot and plentiful each morning. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. We will stay there again, if we are in the Green Bay area.

I was super excited that this place still had rooms available since my husband and I were on a spontaneous trip to Door County with nowhere to stay. I really liked the room, and you could see it had undergone some sort of remodel recently as everything looked quite fresh and nice! The bed being on the wall it was on threw me off a bit, but I loved it! The breakfast was good, as always, and the front desk staff was very, very friendly. However, at about 3 o'clock in the morning, everyone apparent... Read more
