Compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels this was a three star. Room and public areas very clean and comfortable. However, the room had an off odor (possibly dead mouse smell). The entrance was slippery due to ice. There were no towels in the pool or excercise room. It appeared there was only one staff on duty and she seemed very over whelmed. She told my husband she was new, which maybe accounted for not getting some if the perks we usually get for being regular customers. We believ... Read more

Typical HIE room. Missing plugs for chargers next to bed. Hot breakfast was decent. Like the little prepared omelettes. Sausage is always flimsy at HIE and without a distinctive taste. There are other choices including yogurt, breads, etc. Convenient location directly off of I-70 with many restaurants in the area. I have a standing order for first floor room for any HIE reservations, but it was ignored. Was not greeted as Priority Club member and nor offered extra rewards points.

My family and I stayed after going to Oglebay. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds wete comfortable. The pool and hot tub were ok. The staff was friendly. The location was just fine and the price couldn't have been better. I would recomend for sure.

Very nice and we slept like babies in this HI Express. Property was situated far enough off I-70 to have no road noise. We got in early enough to have dinner at a major shopping mall right close by. Highly recommend this one.

Super comfortable beds, spacious clean rooms and common areas and quiet sleeping. In room amenities include a keurig with coffee and tea, mini fridge and microwave and large television. Better than average continental breakfast included pancakes, omelets and sausage gravy with biscuits. Would definitely return.

This motel looked fairly new. We spent one night here while traveling through the area. The desk staff was super friendly. Check in was very fast. The breakfast was adequate. There was a comfortable couch and chair in front of a fireplace that was located off the lobby, but behind a privacy wall, so a great place to gather and relax. There was a swimming pool plus an exercise room, although we didn't use them. The room was large, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We got a great r... Read more

I'm not sure how new this place is, but everything seemed to be in very good working order. There is a major shopping area across the Interstate from this hotel, which is convenience for dinner and a little shopping. The hotel does feel a little lonely by itself, but on the other hand there are no noise problems and it's still a minute or two from anything that might be needed. We had a simple overnight stop, and had no complaints. Good price too. I'd certainly go there again.

Tucked in a quiet alcove off the highways, this is a typically good H.I.E. property. It's near a Cabela's (!!) and pretty much every major chain restaurant you can imagine, so it's conveniently located. Room was typical and quiet and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. Those cinnamon rolls are killer! Very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed here one night en route to Hershey, PA. The hotel was very clean, had a friendly front desk clerk, and very comfortable beds/pillows. The pool and hot tub (indoor) were both large and very nice! We only paid $109 for the night and it had everything we needed! Great stopping point!

When traveling, my husband and I often stay at Holiday Inn Express so we are very familiar with the chain and amenities they offer. We can always count on a clean hotel and a very comfortable bed, not to mention a free breakfast. The hotel in Triadelphia did not disappoint. In fact, it was one of the best experiences we've had. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful, especially the manager, Jason Staples. We forgot to pack a bottle opener and Jason went to the local kmart to pick one u... Read more
