Driving back from key largo we stopped here as this is a familiar brand. They were doing a big make over which when done will be nice. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nothing wow about the place but familiar and a fair price. The free breakfast was good too. Would return for traveling stop.

I was driving from Floriday to Pennsylvania and needed a break - was driving through blinding snow and was traveling with a dog. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and informative. I was told that the hotel was under renovations but I must have been far from the construction because I never saw it. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts because it was very windy and the windows were whistling a bit. No draft, but a little noisy at times.

Hotel was very nice. Under construction, but Didn't effect us. Only drawback was that we had a pet, that was allowed, but no place for pet to use bathroom. No grassy area. The front desk gal was very pleasant. Close to a lot of places to eat. Right off freeway.

From the very friendly front desk receptionist, our cean room and the lady in the breakfast room, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. We stayed there last year and knew they would take good care of us again this year. We weren't disappointed. Thanks.

The hotel is under construction BUT I was alerted to that prior to check in. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Margaret (front desk clerk) was very friendly and helpful. My second stay at a Holiday Inn Express on the same trip and I must confess I "thought" they would be less expensive than Comfort Inn/Suites but I didn't find that to be the case.

Very nice people working front desk !!! Margaret made our stay most enjoyable. Rooms were standard and clean. Breakfast was good and free. Lots of restaurants nearby !!! They are in the process of remodeling which should make a good room even nicer !!!

Very loud drunken party, hotel unwilling to do anything about it. Went on for HOURS UPON HOURS. Loudest party ever at any hotel I have ever stayed, and I have stayed at so many hotels I can't possibly count them all. Was also overcharged for stay, hotel unwilling to give any refunds. Helpline to corporate office is useless. THEFT. Charged for a suite, but I did not have a suite.

Renovation in progress but clean, quiet, great breakfast, indoor pool and spa and very helpful front desk personnel (especially Linda). Great stopover when traveling. Nice size fridge in room such that us old folks don't have to get on the floor to load and unload. Freezer really freezes. Whole public areas will be beautiful in a week or two.

Conveniently located, well maintained (and newly renovated) building, quiet air conditioners, bathrooms with exhaust fans, supportive comfortable beds, but above all afternoon staff members that really are welcoming and kind and helpful makes this the "go to" place in Princeton. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, too -- better than most. But the folks that host are folks you'd be proud to have as friends. The bottom line is that you'll have good reasons to leave with a smile on your fa... Read more

Clean room, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast to get us on our way in the morning! Many restaurants in the area in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. Facility was undergoing some renovations during our stay but nothing that impacted our activities...

We were traveling home from North Carolina and needed to stop for the night. We walked in, no reservation, and were assisted right away. Traffic was horrible on I-77 and the front desk was swamped with walk-ins and phone calls, but she remained friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and just what we needed before getting back on the road the next day.

The lady at the check-in counter was very nice and quick. The room is renovated and everything is pretty new. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom so you just had to set it on the sink area which is kind of weird. Other than that everything was nice and if I'm in the area again I would stay here.

After a super gross stay at the Quality Inn, the Holiday Inn was a welcome breath of fresh air. Literally. Clean rooms. Beautiful breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean pool and hot tub area. It was honestly a pleasure to be there and we even stayed there until check out time!

This Holiday Inn Express was clean and accommodating and their breakfast is very good especially the hot cinnamon rolls. My experience here was somewhat unusual. They had one room left - a handicap room with a walk-in shower (she said) and we said ok we would take it. Well, it that was a handicap room I feel sorry for the truly handicapped person. The shower was a tub - not a walk-in and I almost fell getting in and then proceeded to hit my head on the soap dish while trying to turn the wate... Read more

If you like to be able to get off the Highway and find your hotel without any problems this is the place for you. This is a very reasonably priced Holiday Inn Express and it provides all the service of the larger properties. They always have hot coffee in the lobby and the staff is very polite. There is plenty of places to eat at this exit and I am sure one will be within your budget . The showers and beds are great and the rooms are quiet. We will stay here again.

They were painting exterior but they started early with a diesel powered lift that began at 7:30 a.m. Otherwise only wish they had safety rail at shower/tub edge in the handicap room we were staying in. Staff was very nice.

Traveling on a 657 mile trip and was stopped in traffic for hours due to an accident. During this time I lost my money clip. Did not realize that I was lost during the time of assisting with the accident on the interstate hours before and needed fuel. Went to a service station that I was a member with for years and asked for assistance. Did not get any assistance at all. Next door was the Holiday Inn. Went there and was welcome with a great smile, cup of coffee, and the night manger Bruce went a... Read more

Margaret at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and informative and always greeted us each time we left and returned with a smile. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. They even anticipated that we would want adjoining rooms for our group! The late breakfast and checkout was perfect for our weekend in Princeton. This will be our go-to hotel going forward when we are visiting the area. Thank you!

Time to stop for the day and this was on the way - we called them on the way north on the interstate- they had a vacancy and we confirmed with a credit card only a few minutes away. The desk clerk had everything ready to go when we arrived. The hotel was clean and even smelled new. The room was large and comfy. We always like the large counters in the bathroom to spread out our toiletries etc. The bed was comfy. The AC fan had a squeal to it as it would cycle off so we just left the fan on... Read more

This is a fairly new motel but if you have allergies you might want to stay elsewhere as this place does allow pets. The room and halls were clean and the breakfast and service good. The king bed was comfortable and a choice of pillows offered.

The hotel is clean from the moment you step in. Even the elevator was clean! Margaret at the front desk was efficient and very nice. There were plenty of towels and very nice open shelving in the bathroom. Loved the aroma of the toiletries supplied, too. We were so glad that they allowed us to bring our dog! There are many restaurants near by and their breakfast had a lot of choices. Coffee and coffee maker in the room, as well as fridge and microwave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
