We always stay here when traveling to PDX- it's close proximity great and it saves at least $100 a nigh and you can't go wrong with any Marriott Brand hotel. The girls at the front desk were super helpful and sent us to a great local place for wonderful Margaritas!! As always the was comfortable and the price point was good considering how close to PDX we were without being in the heart of the city!

3rd stay in the past 2 years. The property was in need of updating the rooms and it has been done, very nicely, too. The breakfast offers more choices than in the past, only thing, they need to get better plastic utensils. The location is close to freeway, but not so close to hear the noise, close to many dining, shopping and even a book store across the street. Our room was neat, clean and well appointed with amenities. All in all, a great place to stay at a good value as well.

First note, this property is in Washington in the eastern part of Vancouver. You will be far from most Portland sights but close to the airport. The rooms are spacious though not as large as the SpringHill Suites I stay at in Oceanside, CA. As you enter, this is a seating area and the location of the microwave and small fridge. There is a small wall that divides this area from the sleeping and bath. My room had a view to the east and Mt. Hood is visible behind the neighboring building. Th... Read more

Stayed here for a week for business. The newly remodeled rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. I especially appreciate a good shower, which they have. The complementary coffee and breakfast is nice if you're on the go. However, there's a ton of places to eat in the area. The staff are helpful and considerate. My only complain and it's a small one, is using the stairwell in the back was an exercise in holding your breath. They had either sprayed or something that you could almost taste, so I'd ... A great place to stay. King Suites only. Located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to I-5. Room was clean and well prepared, cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice for kids. Breakfast was good and serviced often. good selection of fooe items.

I made reservations for myself and a coworker - he was afraid I had screwed up because his room was so big and a "king suite". The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the lighting good (I hate compact fluorescents), and room to spare. The couch was comfortable and the TV set in a way to be able to watch from bed or the couch (set right in between the room divider). Room was quiet - and hotel is located close (walking distance) to food and shopping. Fred Meyers just down the block - ... Read more

We booked this hotel because you could have 5 people in a room and we were traveling on a weekend. The hotel has lots of parking which is nice and the room seemed fairly clean. The bed and pillows weren't great but they were okay. A continental breakfast was included but the lines were constant and they were long because there were so many families and such a smaller area for breakfast. We gave up and went down the street to eat. The biggest issue is that the walls are paper thin. We could... Read more

Stayed 5/25 thru 5/30, room 425. Picked because of price and location. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially with our 3 year old that likes introducing himself to everybody. Beds were ok, made a crackling noise with every move. Room was clean. Had issues with circuit for bathroom tripping if the fan and both lights were on. Hot water ran out twice. Fridge had no freezer. WiFi worked great. Free breakfast had a good variety but some items ran out quickly with the holiday crowd. The pool... Read more

We got a room booked at a good discount through one of the booking sites. The description said the room was enough was 4 people and hence we booked. Buy the place was uncomfortable for 4. The rooms were neat and had all facilities like kitchenette, heating systems etc buy was smaller than expected.

I recently traveled to Vancouver Washington via Portland airport for a brief business trip. I chose the SpringHill Suites because of the location in the Fisher's Landing area of Vancouver. I was pleased by all the amenities, the disability room I had, and the wonderful, wonderful pool and hot tub. If you are looking for a good business hotel in this area you won't go wrong at SpringHill!

We always try to stay at Marriott owned hotels. Lucked out and got room just before they filled for the weekend. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was decent sized as well. Many restaurants within walking distance and plenty of off street parking. Even though it was booked full the hotel remained fairly quiet. Every now and then we heard noise from above and around us, but nothing horrible. However, you could walk down the hall and hear all conversations that were taking place in other g... Read more

The hotel location is great. Whole food, Starbucks, Jimmy John's, target and more are just right next to the hotel. The bed and living area are nice and modern, but the bathroom is very outdated. Standard SHS comes with breakfast, small fridge, and microwave.

we stayed in this hotel during a mission trip to Portland. Since there were 5 ladies, we love this place. we had two queen beds and a pull out couch. a small kitchenette and a good size bathroom. The air conditioner worked great and the beds are so comfortable. They provide a hot breakfast and the parking is so easy! The only con I could see was that our drive everyday was a little congested because we needed to cross a brigde over the Columbia and sometimes that was very busy.

My wife and I went to Vancouver WA for a family reunion, this was the closest Hotel to where they lived. I found it to be way overpriced and a noisy and the carpet to be badly stained. I would have stayed somewhere else if I could have. i i
