We've stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 time previously and keep coming back. The hotel it always clean and rooms are very comfortable. The staff is always pleasant and when checking-in, the clerk thanked Bill for returning and asked if he had brought Bob and back with him - he had. Most recent trip was to provide assistance to Bill's aging Mother. The hotel offered us much-needed rest after an arduous day helping Mom.

Ugh. The rooms are nice average Hilton fare, but that's where it ends. The temp was set at 65, which should be cool but if there was sun all day it never cools off keeping the temp way too hot too sleep comfortably. Not that you can sleep anyway because...wait for can hear the bed squeaking in the next room, you can hear snoring, farting, coughing. It's worse than any cheap no tell motel! Never again! I got about 2 hours of sleep!

This hotel is close to Portland International Airport (less than a half hour drive). As an aside, we were overcharged by the driver from the airport to hotel so be careful. It really should only cost around $30. Prior to arrival we checked in online with HHonors and requested a digital room key and some extra towels in the room. On arrival, the digital room key was unavailable and would not work. The front desk clerk seemed almost annoyed making us feel like it was our fault. Also he didn'... Read more

Clean facility located near downtown Vancouver. Adjacent to a lovely park. Weekend market was in progress when we arrived and continued on Sunday. Booked there by river cruise company prior to boarding their river boat on Sunday. Had time to wander the market on Sunday before we left for boat. Pleasant desk personnel and restaurant staff made for a brief but enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this Hilton 30 days. Everything started off excellent. Yauncy(?) checked me in and was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. During the first three weeks I was pleased with the stay. The help was friendly, the room service accommodating (I was working night shift and sleeping daytime). No problems. Then one evening I ate in the hotel restaurant, Grays at the Park. Nice place to visit, hotel is pretty spread out which is good and bad. It felt like after following thier hotel system it was pretty long to get to my room and I needed to give myself extra time to walk the hall, get to the elevator, switch elevators and get to the parking garage. The prices were fair.

I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past having a wonderful experience. This time was disappointing. The housekeepers were very noisy first thing in the morning in the hallway. The staff did not have a friendly smile or friendly service. As a guest in the hotel I felt like I was a burden to the staff. The good things are that the rooms are clean and the location is very good.

Hilton is supposed to stand for something and I'm sure it doers, just not in Vancouver. I've never spent the night, but I have eaten there several times and the food overpriced and underwhelming. Great hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. Staff was helpful. Only downside is parking. There is only metered street parking which is not an option for more than an hour or two, so you are really stuck paying $20/day for parking. Very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel was clean and mostly quiet. The hallways are a little noisy, but not bad. Great views of Vancouver, depending on which side of the hotel you are on. There was plenty of room for food tables, decorations and tables inside and out on the very large patio overlooking Esther Short Park. I have stayed at the Hilton Vancouver on several occasions for conferences and have had a great experience every time! Nice conference facilities, spacious clean rooms, a great location and helpful and most exceptional staff. In walking distance to many good restaurants and pubs as well as the waterfront trail for walking/running.

Stayed 2 nights for business training. The desk clerk, concierge, bar staff and maid service all were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The lobby was inviting. The conference room was good. The catered dinners from the Hotel were excellent. I was very pleased with the service.
