Stayed here for a family get together over the weekend. Booked the room online the week before and paid in advance. When we arrived the guy asked for my credit card and swiped it, then informing me of the cost of the room being charged to my card. When I told him I had already paid in advance he had to call another employee over to help him. The look on both of their faces told me they had made a mistake, but the second guy assured me that if I had already paid then I wouldn't be charged again. ... Read more

The water pressure in the shower was flaccid, soft, dysfunctional, limp. I gave up after 30 minutes of trying to get fully wet. I just felt cold and exposed afterwards. It was pathetic and upsetting. When it's 50°F outside, I prefer strong, hot showers, not lukewarm drizzles. Because of that, I might not ever stay at this hotel again. The room, however, was a glorified studio apartment. You know... The show-room kind of staged apartment you get a tour of when you're looking for something in a... Read more

I traveled to this hotel this week for business. I had reserved a room for three nights. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation and they were full. In my hand I had the email confirmation where I had checked in online, the reservation on the Hilton app on my phone, and the confirmation from my travel agency. It was 8 AM PT and I had been up since 5 AM Central. All they said was, sorry, nothing we can do. For some reason Seattle was packed, and it took a while to finally find some place... Read more

This is a great place to stay. I was there for work, otherwise I would not recommend the location as it is so far out of Seattle and other local sites. The staff was very nice and the facilities were great. Gym was nice for a hotel in this price range. The complimentary breakfast was better than most (still not amazing but it is free so I'm not sure what people expect).

We stayed here after a cruise before we flew out the next day. This is not the hotel you want if you're planning to visit Seattle proper, as it is not near downtown and a $50+ cab ride away. If you're flying in or out of Sea-Tac, though, it's an awesome hotel. Our double queen room was huge (and felt especially big after being on a cruise ship for a week!), with a kitchenette and a sofa bed so six people could stay here comfortably. There were multiple resturants within walking distance. The hotel also had shuttles to the train station as well as the airport. We were also able to use the free washer/ dryers they provide to wash our clothes before leaving for our cruise.

I'm a Hilton diamond and Marriott platinum member. For battle born travels, it's not worthy. No bar, it's located in an industrial location, limited food servings, spotty Internet - the room smelled liked B.O. and fatback from heavy cooking. Never felt clean, the bedding was poor. The service help was friendly which helped made up for the lows - I checked out... Great staff, I'm just a finicky traveler.

It could be just me but the bed sheet and fitting sheet used at this hotel is so-called microfiber not cotton which made me very uncomfortable. I couldn't even go to sleep and called the frontdesk couple times to see if they could replace with cotton sheets for me. The answer was that's all they got. I had to buy the cotton sheets from the store to use for the rest of my stays. Besides, the free breakfast is O.K. at best. They provide frozen burgers and let you heat it up in microwave oven.

This is a nice hotel but hoeusekeeping service needs to be tweeked some more. For the price you pay per night, the hotel should be changing the bedsheets more often than changing it them after your 5th day of stay. I stayed for 10 days and got my sheets changed only once. The last three days of my stay, housekeeping seems to be hurrying and did not empty the trash and pick up the dirty towels from my bath room.

We wanted to stay at a place near the airport as we were going to catch a plane the next morning. It is a new facility and looks good. We were very pleased with the hotel stay. It was a great place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and nice. It was very close to shopping and the Mall and it was very quiet. I would stay her again when I visit Seattle, WA.

It's location is good and a quiet area. Accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel ameneties are good and the kitchen is a plus for a place like this. I love the nice soft bed sheets and comforter.

Stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Seattle Airport September 17. My guest got locked in the bathroom twice due to a faulty lock and cheap materials used in this hotel. We ultimately had to remove the bathroom lock altogether in order to avoid being locked in again. The front desk didn't even apologize, instead they laughed at the situation. Highly unprofessional to say the least. Our rate was prepaid so I was not expecting anymore charges on my credit card. I checked my statement few days after I... Read more

The hotel is clean and comfortable but what makes it special is the people. Chris at the front desk is excellent to every guest that walks in the door. He makes sure you have everything you need and remembers your name. He knew the local places to eat and he did not make me feel like I was crazy when I called for a shuttle but I was only a block from the hotel.(I did not know that I was only a block away) The morning breakfast girls make sure you have everything you need and the housekeepers... Stayed here for 3 nights. Was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and all the public areas. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large with a well equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was functional with only a shower, no bath, but that is in keeping with the environmental friendly strategy of the hotel. There is a free guest laundry where you only need to buy soap powder available from the front desk. Breakfast is self service and a bit quirky with microwaveable omelettes and an adequate... I booked this room for my brother as my home was going through carpet cleaning and some minor renovations I chose to book a room that would be close to the airport as well as he being close to his kids. Amadou (sorry if I misspelled) was AMAZING with my brother and with myself. I had to come to the hotel to check my brother back in due to the res being an employee red and Amadou was so sweet in the process. My brother said from the time he checked in to the time he checked out he was very satisf... Read more

Very nice, clean, modern room with a full kitchen and living area. Comfortable pillow top bed with the softest sheets I've ever felt. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Short stay to attend a conference found hotel out of the way , needed a car to really stay at the hotel. Breakfast was poor really need to improve the food quality not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel, I picked up delagates from other hotels that cost less and there breakfasts where a lot better than provided by hotel.

New property with very inept unprofessional employees that don't care about customer service. And while sadly customer service has declined everywhere it seems over the years, these people here are the absolute worst. Not only that, but they will price gouge you every step of the way. The breakfast is terrible. Housekeeping left a cleaner in my room. And there was hair in my bathroom, which makes me question how well they really clean. The only positive I can say about this place is it looks nic... Read more

Staff is exceptionally friendly and if you don't get the help you need, it's your own fault. In fact, the staff often asks you if they can help in any way each time you cross their face. Other businesses should take notice! Proximity to so many things along with being clean and friendly, make this an awesome place to stay!

I love the fact that they are concern about our environment, so the hotel is totally green. The system they use to save energy and water us awesome. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, i also enjoy the mini kitchen they have in the rooms.

I have stayed at this location twice and both times they have failed to deliver the requested wake up calls. Management never followed up as promised and twice they failed to replenish the used coffee.

Though located in the middle of a warehouse and shopping area, the hotel is new and very clean. I stayed in a studio room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great and I honestly enjoyed my brief one-night stay. Breakfast in the morning was a little chaotic but all of the requisite hotel items where there....fruit/cereal/yogurt/breads/juice/coffee/tea. Additional items were make-your-own waffles and pre-made packaged breakfast biscuits/croissants/burritos and skillet-type dishes (egg... Read more
