Location is great, you avoid the craziness of Seattle traffic and is near so much shopping and eateries. It is very quiet for being near a major road, although you hear a train or airplane once in awhile, but mostly during the day. I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom which has a loft, I really liked that, it felt like a condo instead of a hotel (nice for a weary business traveler).

So, I've stayed here before - knowing what I was in for, I booked this hotel when a last minute flight change brought us to Seattle earlier than planned. My son and I arrived at about 2:00 in the morning. The lobby is kept secure, but when we were buzzed in, a non-guest, local followed us in, wanting only a place to keep warm and a cup of coffee. The desk clerk could not have been kinder to that person; the hallmark of a person's soul is what he or she can do for someone who cannot repay the fa... Read more

We arrived just in time for the evening refreshments, or should I say dinner! They had a great taco bar and free beer/soft drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel quite welcome even though the lounge was almost full. Our hotel room was clean & modern. We used the shuttle to/from the airport and the drivers were efficient and courteous. We had an early flight, but they made sure we could grab a quick bite as they were setting up the buffet - service above & beyond.

Stayed for one night for business on. Great rate. I typically don't stay at out side entrance hotels but the room was quite and very spacious. Had a king room with nice kitchen and fireplace with couch and desk. Staff was friendly. Overall a great value

This was my second stay at this property and was a excellent experience. The front desk talent is exceptional! I had to leave the hotel early today and Sonia gave me a lift to the airport at 3:30 am, she is awesome in every aspect a traveler could ask for. Sonia you rock the hospitality industry. The Marriott brand is fortunate to have you! The property was great but the personnel is really what makes my stay away from home more enjoyable. I would recommend this location to all.

My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn in Tukwila over Memorial Day Weekend 2016. When we arrived, check-in was quick and easy. We were assigned a room at the far end of the property overlooking the Green River. However, when we got to our room, our key card wouldn't work. I walked back to the office to find a different employee working. She was very polite, rekeyed our card, and sent me back on my way. I got back to the room, and the key card still didn't work. I walked back to the office... Read more

Let me tell you how my day was going....I got a flat tire in front of the Residence Inn at Tukwila. I pull into the hotel parking lot. I have a sports car that only has an air pump and some type of fix a flat but my side wall is blown and I am out of luck. Here I am on Memorial Day Monday with my car jacked up and my wife and I stuck with no way to get to a tire store. I go into the hotel and ask Kelli and Monica if there is any way they can take me to the local tire store about 10 minutesā... Read more

Very nice rooms. The grounds are well kept and the social hour is a nice bonus after a travel day of meetings. It is close enough to the airport but just far enough away you don't hear the jet noise at night. Has an outside patio seating area you can have breakfast and relax before starting the day.

Clean; close to airport; friendly staff; and the wide selection at their breakfast buffet which included fresh fruits were the good points of our stay! Getting constant busy signal when dialing 'at your service' with our late check in; and the rough & spiked bathtub's floor prickling our feet were the disappointing points of our stay! Okay!

Being a Marriott property, I thought it would be OK especially the location. We arrived around 6:00 PM and there were two people in front of me to check in with only one counter person in prime time to accept the guests. My fiancee has a broken ankle and I asked for a ground floor unit as none of the multi-story units do not have elevators to accommodate people with disabilities. We were assigned to unit 111 which is their accommodation room. For starters, the handicap parking is very limit... Read more

I stayed 3 night in this hotel. This hotel is like a complex of houses. The location was about 20 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the airport. Prices of hotels in downtown can be pretty expensive so this was a good option. The room was nice and clean. They have a full equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook (microwave, stove, fridge, dishes, forks, knifes, etc). Amenities were replenished everyday. Breakfast buffet was complimentary and lots of variety to chose from.... Read more

We chose this hotel because of its location. Although near the airport, we have and continue to find this the quietest hotel in all of the Seattle area. It is an older type of Residence Inn, with the two-story apartment building type of arrangement. The staff are very pleasant. This is a typical Residence Inn experience...one we find predictably convenient and restful.

In Seattle on a business trip with some sightseeing squeezed in. Clean motel, great maid service! Our room was cleaned and restocked everyday of our 3 day stay. Wish there had been more 2 queen rooms available. Pull out couch not big enough for 2 teen boys. But the location is the best. About 12 minutes to downtown Seattle but far enough out as to avoid parking problems and traffic or noise. The breakfast was fantastic! Always well stocked. Eggs, sausage (sadly no bacon), juices, muffins, bagels... Read more

We thought we would see the sign on this well-traveled WA 181 highway just south of I-405. After going a rather unexpected distance we decided to turn around and have another look. There it was, just as the map indicated, but there was no sign. The manager explained that a tree had demolished the sign, and a replacement was yet to be installed. As for the establishment itself, we found no fault. In fact there were unusual elements--comfortable couch for TV watching, kitchenette elaborate ... Read more

The front desk staff was extremely flexible on finding a room in a sold out property for my parents who were in town in memorial service. This type of service is why I am a, and will be, a loyal Marriott brand customer.

Having experienced the two level units on a previous visit when that was all that was available, we chose this hotel and that type of unit for this visit when two of our granddaughters joined us. The accommodations were perfect--enough beds, bathrooms, and space for everyone to have room and privacy. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The typical Residence Inn breakfast was adequate. There is a small outdoor pool with slightly heated water. The hotel is ver... Read more

Stayed here before flying out early the next morning. Did not want to get caught in Seattle traffic. Van shuttle was on time and got us to the airport in 10 minutes. All staff were very helpful. Stayed on the first level which ended up being a mistake as the person above us was quite loud and kept us up a lot of the night. The facilities are good for a budget motel. Would rate this a 3.5 (good) if that was an option.

It seems the hotel is in need of a little repair. Everything is just aa little sad. That being said, they do serve a free hamburger night and free breakfast. The beds are excellent. The rooms re nice. The staff was very helpful. It was relatively quiet.

It isn't that luxurious but it was roomy and perfect for families. The breakfast was not high end but was fine. We left a travel pillow behind and one short call later it was on its way to our home. The staff are very friendly and care about the guests. We would definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying that we travel extensively, both domestic and abroad and always choose the Marriott brand, whether it's a Ritz Carlton or a Springhill Suites...This hotel does not measure up to any of the company's brands, and, by far, it is the worse Marriott hotel (better yet, 'motel') we have stayed at. It is also obscenely overpriced. We were 'fortunate' to get a ground floor room (an ADA room, which was not necessary for us but it was the only option available). Upon our entering the... Read more

Nice hotel. Clean, beds are comfortable. Kitchen is super nice, and I had a fireplace (but didnt use it). I like staying at hotels where it feels like a small apartment, and not another hotel room. Its a little confusing looking for the rooms, especially at night. Signs on the property would be nice. If you are on the 2nd floor, be prepared to haul your crap up the stairs. Not convenient at all. The lady at checkin was a bit snippy, maybe it was her bed time. I did mobile checkin, which typ... Read more
