Close to airport, shopping and local train station. Shuttle drivers were great and very informative on how to get to everything in Seattle city. Easy train ride to Seattle sites. You can take hotel shuttle to mall, train station etc. We also used pool and hot tub which was clean and warm! Bar /restaurant in hotel was just ok but there were better places near by. Super huge mall was a 10--15 min easy walk or shuttle would take you there. Good am free breakfast in lobby area. Good place to base... Read more

We stayed at this hotel before our cruise to Alaska. Their shuttle is free from the airport. We were there just for one night and found our room to be clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the attached restaurant which was mediocre.

The size of the room was nice and the beds were very comfy. We had a nice view of the river. Unfortunately, the hotel smelled musty and the halls were long and dark. The breakfast was underwhelming but did have waffles. The eggs were round, rubbery and burned while the sausage was dried out and wrinkled. Our shower had little hot water no matter what time of day. The power flicked off in the bathroom so they advised us to push a button on the outlet. If you're looking for a cheaper room nea... Read more

This what the manager told me about the fact that the exterior of the hotel was being spray painted during our stay. This is a noisy and noisome process, we were advised by a sign plastered on the elevator not to open our windows. We had flown in from overseas and were looking for a quiet place to spend the night before continuing home the next day. This wasn't it. Room quite large and clean, bed very comfortable but it sounded like the person above us was walking around in lead boots and I ... Read more

We stayed at this Ramada because it was central to Seattle and close to the baseball game. The first morning my daughter and mom got a hot shower but my Aunt and I had very cold showers. I had a bad experience there. I was suppose to have a roll away ready and I didn't get it until 11pm. Then the elevators were "down" and it was hard for us because my mother in law just had surgery on her leg. I don't think those elevators were down because when we did use them they worked just fine. It seemed to me that they were only down when housekeeping was working. When I went to check out the front desk lady was just on her cell phone. Let me start by saying the staff was really friendly. I don't blame them, but we had a poor experience. It started with a room that smelled like the prior person vomited in the area by the bathroom. We complained and they were very understanding and gave us a new room. The hotel is quite old and quite large. Although it is relatively clean there was someone else hair in the bathroom. There is a restaurant on site and a shuttle to the nearby mall. They provide a breakfast in the morning. We got in early before the large tour groups so it was quite pleasant. Some rooms near lifts, ice machine and laundry would be very noisy. They sound proofing in rooms was poor and the person above us walked around all night and opened the window to smoke.

We chose to stay here and use their park and fly option to leave our car while we were away on vacation. We stayed one night then their shuttle took us to the airport to catch our flight. Then when we returned we just called and got a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went back to stay another night at the hotel and pick up our car. Very convenient! I highly recommend this option over long-term airport parking options out there! The property itself was fine, not top-notch but not super ru... Read more

We did a late check in at the hotel after we watched the Mariners Game on Saturday night, September 3rd. It was me, my fiancé, and a good friend of ours who checked in very tired from the long day we had since we drove up that morning from Vancouver. As we were settling in our room and getting ready for bed we could hear some faint music w/bass coming from the next door suite. (Our suite and the suite next to us was connected by another locked door) We didn't really care at that point since ... Read more

The hotel is fine for one night, but beware that the web site saying 'free parking' is a lie. They charge $10 per night while using there 'stay, park and fly' service. And its not like their lot is small (must hold 1000 cars), but when I booked the shuttle at reception, that's when they surprised us with the fee. As a Wyndham rewards customer, I was not impressed.

Fine for a 3 star hotel. Only problem was the extreme spikes in water temp in bathroom. Nice attached restaurant for dinner, but opens at 4:00 pm. Not a big deal but not open for lunch.

Overall experience could have been worth a 5 rating. What really stands out is that your showers are sensitive to unexpected extreme temperature variations. This was very, VERY annoying !! Until I hear that this issue is resolved, I doubt that we will return to this hotel. Furthermore, our travelling group occupied 3 rooms and all complained about this situation.

At first glance the outside and building exterior looks just okay. You find yourself getting more excited as you enter the expansive lobby with high ceilings, newer tile floors and a decor that has been updated in the not too distant past. Long line at the Hotel check-in counter. There should have been more than one or two Clerks on duty at 6pm PDT. Then... you start down the hallway that dates back to a long time ago. My room seemed clean enough but just out-dated. My room #131 is actually... Read more

The stay was average. The ceiling was thin so I could hear the person above my suite walk around. The breakfast was okay. There was no toast (only bagels) and the eggs were tasteless patties. They had sanitiser out so that was nice. Having the TV display news in the morning was also a plus.

We were down for the Blue Jays Seattle game. The rooms are clean but starting to show their age. The carpeting will need replacing soon. When the people above us were walking we could hear the floor squeaking. The shower was very touchy having to move the hot and cold temperatures a sixteenth of an inch either way to get the temperature right. The staff is very friendly and obliging. The breakfast is what you would expect for free.

We stayed at this property as part of a tour. Our room was at the end of a very long corridor which was a pain to lug bags there with no staff to assist. The room was quiet and clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread with lots of choice. We at dinner at the pub next door which was convenient and well priced but the tables and chairs were uncomfortable and the service a bit slow.

Hotel is old and tired but still very nice. Comp breakfast good selection. Very nice staff. Issue with shower..water temperature fluctuates, pillows chunky foam... not very sound proof - could hear other guests showering at 530 am. $ elevated because we were there for Blue Jays games and they could fill the place at any price. Have stayed there twice now and would probably stay there again.

This is the second year we stayed at this hotel to attend Blue Jays games. The staff is very friendly and the shuttle will take you to the train station, airport and mall. We stayed here the night before flying out of the Seattle airport. I chose this hotel because it offers an excellent rate for parking while away, certainly cheaper than parking at the airport itself. They gave us a shuttle to the airport in the morning, then picked us up when we arrived back in town after our trip. They don't offer any sort of security for vehicles, but the parking lot is well lit.

We traveled from Tampa to Seattle non-stop. That means we got into Seattle at 12:30 a.m. our body time. The staff at the hotel was quick with checking us in and suggesting a place for a quick meal that night. The restaurant was just about to close but they did assist me with getting some soup. The next morning the staff helped us with connections to our rental car off site. The hotel room was adequate. Perhaps some new carpeting or vigorous shampooing would help. But things seemed to be tidy.

Please be aware, the water is very hard to regulate temperature wise in the shower, I practically scald' myself trying to get it regulated, or I froze depending on the ever so slight touch of the faucet.
