Our stay was very good at this Ramada...clean the rooms, great staff, shuttle to the hotel from the airport and a great breakfast. The Cindy who works in the breakfast dining area went far and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you!!

I would like to thank the front desk staff for their professionalism and helping to resolve issues that came up during our stay. Upon checking into our room the bathroom was not cleaned and the toilet was dirty. There were not enough towels for two people. The bedding did not appear to have been changed and there was leftover food in the fridge. Apparently this room was skipped over or the cleaning staff didn't show up for work. I also had to unplug the fridge as it was so noisy which made ... Read more

Lots of potential, but all new front desk staff made check-in really confusing. First, our luggage was held early, but no one knew where the bell hop had it stored or where the keys were. Second, room assigned was a smoke factory. Once we found our 4 huge suitcases at the bottom of a stairwell in laundry room, we had to heave it up stairs to new room, once front desk could figure out how to reassign us. No breakfast to go bags available for early checkouts, so several had to be prepared and l... Read more

Our server, Cindy, was outstanding in making sure my meal and coffee were fresh. Cindy also offered local advice, which was much appreciated. I would return to this Ramada any time I'm in Spokane. The hotel staff was also on point to meet my group's needs.

Really good service overall. They were very accomadating especially cindy on the breakfast buffett crew. She was extremely helpful and kept herself busy and on task at all times. We had a private pool off the livingroom and it was very clean and they didnt over use pool chemicals in it. The indoor pool and water slide had WAY too much chemicals in it. Just walking thru the pool room burned my eyes.

The staff was friendly, the room was neat and clean. They got me to the airport on time and answered all of my questions. A great place to stay! They also had a breakfast of bagels, yogurt, and fruit for those who had to catch a flight earlier than their breakfast bar was offered. It was a nice surprise and a welcome gift for an early traveler.

We chose the Ramada at Spokane Airport primarily for the close location to the airport, yet the room rates where superior compared to other hotels. The room was comfy, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the full breakfast each morning and those servers were excellent with exceptional attention to guests requests and services.

We chose this property because of the proximity to the Spokane terminal. It's walkable without have to hassle with the shuttle. However, the noise level at the property is way too loud to be able to get to sleep for an early morning departure. Had to call the front desk even though we used earplugs! What other hotel do you know of that you have to dial a three digit number to get connected to the front desk? Had to turn on the lights to find out how to reach the front desk.

We found the staff very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and well prepared for guests. The bed and pillows were outstanding. I hate fat, hard pillows, and you had the perfect ones for me. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have had in ANY hotel or motel. If I travel again any time soon, I will insist on a Ramada stay. Thank you. E.C.Romo

Other than the beds sinking towards the middle so much that my husband and I couldn't sleep, plus the enormous pillows that bend your neck, the stay was pretty okay. The hotel itself looks nice, but $250+ for a room is not worth it at all.

My family and I just lived in hotels for two months while we waited for our house to close and this was the worst one we stayed at. We stayed for 4 nights even thou we planned to stay a full week. I stay here a lot as I leave my car, which I loved, and fly out. I usually ask for a specific room but this time I couldn't get it and got another room near by. Bottom floor. I must say, I could hear every single footstep of the person in the room above me. loud. More insulation would help. I like the fact that you have a dining room and it is for sure one of the reasons I choose this motel. If you didn't have a dining room I might go some place else.

We arrived at the Hotel around 1 PM, having just spent a week at Glacier National Park. We drove from Hungry Horse, MT to Spokane on July 15th and would be flying home to Florida on the 16th. Due to the time changes, we arrived at the Ramada earlier than we had expected and were told it would be a while before a room would be ready. I believe the man at the desk felt sorry for my wife and me, as we probably looked very tired from the driving and excitement of our vacation. About 5 minutes la... Read more

Looking forward to a well needed and deserved holiday choosing to spend a night at the always affordable, clean and friendly Ramada. Staff welcome was warm and informative with info on the great free shuttle to a local casino. Shuttle was efficient and friendly. Guest room was warm.

Not fancy, but everything was clean, and the breakfast was a really nice buffet. The only con was that the bedside lamp couldn't be turned off at the switch. I had to unplug it at the wall. I left a note for the maid.

Upon our return trip... (We stayed here and left our car parked here while away...) I called the front desk, which took forever to answer, to have the shuttle pick us up and explained that we are just at baggage claim awaiting our luggage... We retrieved our luggage tromped all the way out to the waiting area... It was sprinkling at the time and waited 10-15 mins and no one ever showed up.... We bagged it and decided to walk in the drizzle through the puddles.. I called the front desk back as we... Read more

We started and ended our 9 day expedition at the Ramada next to the Spokane Airport. Very accommodating staff. Good clean rooms. Full breakfast available and restaurant / bar. It was a perfect start and finish to our 2000 mile trek through Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

There is a great indoor pool and even a tube slide. Closes a bit early. There needs to be a car charging location. A bit dated.

Clean room, indoor pool with huge slide, great free breakfast, right across the street from the airport. Perfect place to stay if you have an early or late flight. Free parking with easy access. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant, we had a car that enabled us to drive into Spokane. Only down side is this location is a fair distance from other amenities ie: shopping, restaurants, recreation, etc...

We met here as a central location with family and was blown away by Cindy in the restaurant. We had a great time with the kids in the pool and water slide as a main attraction. The grounds and room are fine and what you'd expect. What we most commented on among our group was the friendliness and attentiveness of Cindy in the restaurant, specifically at Breakfast both mornings we stayed. Thank you for making us feel special and being so helpful and friendly!

I was flying out of Spokane to Nashville for a business trip and booked my hotel online. I looked through all of the rates listed to see if they had a "park and fly" rate but nothing was listed so I booked the regular online rate. When I got to the hotel to check in and asked for a sticker for my window they said parking wasn't included. I explained to her that I like looked online for a specific rate but there wasn't anything, she said no, you have to call them directly (this is stated NOWHERE ... Read more

Look, you stay here for the location. It is literally right across the street from the airport, and you can stroll over there in about four minutes. However, even from that standpoint, it might not be worth it. Over time, this hotel has started to show its age, and the proprietors seem content to bank on their location to keep people staying here. There was some sort of thumping all night in the pipes, the "mini" fridge was huge and loud, and you hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the hall and... Read more

The staff watched us take a luggage trolley towards our room and didn't tell us we had to take four stair steps down to get to our room! Shuttle said she could have brought a smaller vehicle so that I wouldn't have to pole vault to get into the bigger van. It was miserable. I have mobility issues. They didn't tell me when I made my reservation that I would have to park the car miles away from the front entrance. A valet would be great for those of us who have problems walking long distances. The hotel was fine for the length of time we were staying (2 nights), but the rooms could be better kept. The beds were not pulled tight and looked as if someone had been sitting on them before we got to our room. A wine glass was on the floor in front of our room when we first got there as well. The customer service was good. The breakfast was good. The pool was fun for the kids and clean.

The Ramada at the Spokane Airport is a clean albeit older hotel within walking distance of the airport. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Our overnight experience was not overly positive, however, as we found the antiquated HVAC system problematic. The thermostat would only increase in temperature, and when asked for help, the person who came was unhelpful, so we had to turn it off and on manually - making the room uncomfortable. That with thin "blankets" made for a poor nights ... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for a single night to catch a 6am departing flight from GEG the next morning. The hotel has certainly seen better days - while my room was clean, a colleague staying down the hall complained that his room smelled of animal urine. If you have luggage, be sure to ask for a room that does not require stairs to access it. The property has, from what I could tell, two separate wings - one with an elevator and one without. Unfortunately, I was placed in the area without an eleva... Read more

We stay at the Ramada whenever we're in Idaho. We usually spend the night there before our flight back home because the airport is so close...and for those early morning flights it's worth being able to sleep in a little. Every time we stay, we get a kick out of the pool area. The families with kids LOVE it. One of these days when no one's around (which is hardly ever) I'm going to get on that water slide.

I ordered a hamburger (room service) from Remington's. I was told that it would arrive in about 15 to 20 minutes. I waited well over an hour before I called to find out that my order was never submitted. I received my burger 1 hour and 45 minutes after initially placing the order. I was then charged full price for a burger that was raw in the middle and bled all over the plate.
