Very clean and well-kept. Convenient location. Staff was friendly, helpful and terrific! Breakfast hostess was absolutely phenomenal!! She kept the area clean and well-stocked (eggs actually were enjoyable!), mingled through guests to make sure they didn't need anything and hotel willing to open breakfast early for teams staying at hotel to provide good service to all guests.

We were there with a sports team and were treated very well. The staff was friendly and welcoming and took a personal interest in our progress. Because of the personal touch, we would definitely stay here again.

Love fact that we had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Everyone was friendly and loved the breakfast. Lady who oversaw the breakfast was really attentive and nice. Would come back. Free parking!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major downtown attractions. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff fabulous. Our only complaint is the very uncomfortable pull out bed.

Overall this hotel was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well as the hot breakfast. Our room was spacious and decorated tastefully. The water pressure was good and the bathroom was spotless. We could hear traffic but it was to be expected when staying downtown. We walked to riverside park from the hotel as it was close enough. The staff are really great and the mobile check in and check out made it very fast and simple. The bed was comfortable too. We will stay here again on... Read more

Just steps to the river walk and downtown.Park and walk every where. Bring your bike or walking shows and enjoy the Centennial trail. Great hotel staff and fresh baked cookies in the evening. Walking distance to the Convention Center and IBH. Adjustable weekend rate which other hotels along the river don't have.

Katrina at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and very personal even leaving us a card congratulating us on the graduation of our daughter which was the reason for our trip. The room was in great shape as was the rest of the property.

I like the simplicity of the Fairfield Inns when I travel. They meet my needs well with the free breakfast, dependable quality, and reasonable prices. However the Fairfield in had some minor issues. I travel in a full size van and found the very narrow parking stalls to be too small for that type of vehicle. I also found a lack of local attraction brochures and very minimal drinks, snacks, etc, for purchase. On the plus side the room was clean, the staff very friendly, and the oevrall stay ... Read more

Picked this location due to the where I needed to be. To be able to walk to my event instead of drive downtown was a HUGE plus. For the price and location it was not a bad place. The only downfall for me was the pillows, so soft, by doubling them up it was to much - there was no in between.

Location in relation to schools and downtown was peefect. Very friendly helpful staffeta and very clean rooms. Pool was tiny and the beds where a bit firm but otherwise great, it didn't take away from the positive experience in any way.

Close access to riverside trail along Spokane river. Large rooms with fun carpets and drapes, but otherwise plain and inexpensive looking. Good size bathroom with large vanity - plenty of counter top space. Coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable beds. Everything is immaculate. Breakfast is included and there are plenty of tasty options - eggs, bacon or sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, waffle-maker, hard-boiled eggs. Coffee and tea are always available. Pool, jacuzzi a... Excellent place to stay for Hoopfest. It's a short walk to the downtown area. Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Free water and Gatorade for Hoopfest was a plus. Television reception was a little fuzzy at times. Clean and comfortable room.

There was no air conditioning during the night! The weather was extremely hot and the room became very warm during the night and we couldn't get the controls to respond to cool it down. So we didn't sleep much at all.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, particularly Deva at the front desk and Terri in the morning buffet room. The room was large enough to turn into a mini dorm room for the weekend! We have decided to budget this as part of our annual Hoopfest adventure!

We stayed here for hoop fest this year. Room and bed were comfortable. Guaranteed free parking and free breakfast. Short scenic walk on the river front to the action. Everyone was friendly. On top of that they had complimentary Gatorade, bottled water, and power bars for the participants at the entrance. Highly recommend. My only issue was that the pool had too much chlorine and made the kids cough while swimming. No germs though :)

All positives at this downtown hotel except that the room smelled like sweaty body odor when we arrived. I just kept the window open. Room has micro and fridge. Quiet room. Perkins shares a parking lot and there are many bars within blocks of the hotel (minors may not enter to eat)

We stayed here one night - the hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and very, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was so friendly. The staff serving breakfast was exceptional! They made sure we had everything and even got us snacks to take to our tennis match we were in town for. Our hostess grabbed a few breakfast bars from the back to send with us, and then offered some yogurt she thought was good. You normally do not get attention from the continental breakfast staff
