Simple, clean and inexpensive. I paid $60 inclusive and it is not the Ritz. But for a small business traveler on a budget, it was a good bargain with free parking, continental breakfast and wifi. The staff was friendly and accommodative. It is in an industrial part of town, but quiet. Not much in the neighborhood but GU and downtown is only 10 minutes away by the nearby freeway. Th room and big. I would stay there again on a business trip.

Our power was out because of the storm in Spokane from Tuesday Nov 17th until Sunday Nov 22nd. On Friday the 20th we decided to give in and get a hotel room because my 9 month old had a cold and it was below freezing every night with no heat. This was literally the only hotel I could find that wasn't 200.00 a night in Spokane because of the power outage. I booked a non-smoking room at 59.99 per night for 2 nights. I had my dog with me because I wasn't going to leave it at home in the cold either... Read more

I like this property, I have stayed here before. It is about 3 minutes to the freeway. The beds are comfortable and if you are in the main building the rooms are pleasant. the staff are friendly and helpful. Although I would enjoy the shower better if the shower heads was a little higher and if it had more pressure, I will stay here again.

Not a bad hotel. Staff was GREAT throughout the whole 2 day stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is old and is need of a big update. I think the decor was probably Southwest style of the 1990's. If this is your thing, then don't stay here. If your ok with not staying at a costly updated place, you should consider this place. They offer a true continental breakfast, ie no eggs, bacon, biscut/gravey deal, but a small assortment of ceral, pastries, bagels and toast, with juice... Read more

They have BIG-RIG & RV PARKING!! I stayed in Rm221 , they do there best to put you in a room, so you may be able to keep an eye on your Vehicle. I stayed in the east building, the one with the office. I had a nice clean spacious room. The bathroom is a little tight but it does have a nice shower. The breakfast is not anything to write home about. They had toast, small muffins and some breakfast cereal, I didnā??tā?? notice any protein. But the coffee is ok, so with that and some oj I started my day. Prior I have stayed in the west building, upstairs and on the east side. Those rooms are small.

Place was close to the stadium and the people were very helpful and nice and friendly. First thing I found was a condom wrapper on the floor. The bed was clean lighting dim, bathroom was brighter.Couldn,t get the tv to work right so I missed my winning in the 11:00 news on 2,real bummer. No refergerator Nice morning complimentary breakfast, I had an ego with syrup and a muffin and milk and coffee.

I must say I was surprised at the quality of this Rodeway Inn. It only received two star reviews, but it should be four. Yes it's a little off the beaten path, so you need a car as there are no restaurants in the immediate area, 1-2 miles away. Beds were very comfortable, not much noise, front desk staff very friendly. Pool area is quite nice as well as the hot tub.

For the price, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. Huge rooms, nice TV, and very safe due to the fact you have to go inside to go to the rooms. Decor is very 1990's but not abused at all. New TV's in the rooms with log furniture accents. Highly recommend

I always base my choices on reviews and ratings. I don't understand how this property has no bad reviews headlining the reviews section. The chairs should be replaced or reupholstered or at least shampooed/cleaned. The condition of the room made me imagine or positively feel bugs (fleas?) on my ankles and feet. Won't make this mistake again!!!

I hadn't stayed here before but I had business in the area so I thought I would give it a try. At first glance the room appeared to be clean. The internet worked good but I did get dropped a few times. But when it was running the signal was strong. The A/C worked well. The TV was newer but very small and it was bolted to the wall, no swivel which was a bummer. BUT, the con's were; No clock in the room. There was a scratch pad but nothing to write with. There was a 4 bulb light fixture ove... Read more

If a budget price is important to you, this hotel qualifies undoubtedly. We needed to be in Coeur d'Alene for a weekend stay, but hotel prices there were frankly absurd, basically triple the price of similar hotels in Spokane, just a 40 min drive away. So this was my preferred choice and it really was a good one. A spacious no-frills room, clean, comfortable and with good beds - even a flat screen tv and fridge with a microwave on top. The bathroom was simple and small, but clean. Wifi was adequ... Read more

If you are looking for a place to put your head on a pillow this is it. No frills. Nothing fancy. Place is pretty run down, but does the job. Free wifi which is nice. Location is close to the fairground with easy access to freeway. Would not necessarily stay here in the future, but our hotel options were limited.

First off there was not a blow dryer so ladies bring your own! You can tell they are trying to update the hotel. Bed was hard and the blankets were both stained. Luckily we travel with our own blankets for that reason. We made the reservation in my card but my fiancee paid for it with his card. Both cards were charged and I am still waiting to hear back about when my funds will be released on my card!

This very basic hotel is situated in a fairly industrial area and is pretty devoid of any sort of charm or character. However, if you are looking for a clean and quite room with easy access from the Interstate and at a very reasonable price it is a good choice. The free breakfast is as basic as the room, but it's enough to get you going in the morning. Be prepared to drive 2-3 miles to the nearest decent restaurant, or stop for dinner before you arrive.

Had to find a hotel quick for a business trip when my plans to stay with friends fell through. It was close to where I needed to be so I didn't care what it was like so I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the Rodeway Inn was. The bed was super comfy, my room had a mini fridge and microwave so I could go to the grocery store and stock up during my stay. It was a simple room but had everything I needed :) I'm for sure going to stay there when I come back in the spring!!!!
